She's Back!

Hi Ho Woofers!

Us again, Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles.

We were up good and early this morning 'cos there was loads of washing up to be done and the poor dishwasher has been working overtime!

You see, we had a game, we were trying to use every plate and cup and bowl to eat and drink off and use a new one every time. OTL was having fun seeing how high he could pile the plates!

Well, as The Missus is arriving back today, we don't think she would be amused with our little game, so, the dishwasher is hard at work!

Still, there are piles of nice clean crockery in the cupboard now!

Down on the beach Holly and I had a great time dashing up and down the beach and going ever so slightly potty!

Me Going Potty!
Holly and I decided that we needed a big hole in the sand 'cos Holly had found an old ball and we decided we should dig a big hole and leave it at the bottom!

Of course, Mr 'Nosy' Brambles saw us digging and wanted to join in the fun!

What you doing Girls?
We didn't take any notice of him but he stayed there sniffing!

I had to tell him.......

Woof Off and find your Own Hole!
Now, our walks in the morning normally last for about an hour, unless it's raining! You would have thought that all that time and running and chasing about would have tired the ferrets out, not our two, as soon as OTL gets on with cleaning the cage, these two go on a 'Rampage'!

Today it is 'Who is The Boss' and even if it looks like Mr Brambles is winning, he isn't!

You know it takes another half an hour of fighting and chasing and hiding to finally wear these two out and as soon as OTL puts them back in the cage, they crash out until this evening!

Of course, when TM drove down the road, we were waiting at the window and went just ever so slightly POTTY!

We gave her a big 'Welcome Home Woof And a Lick'! Then we followed her around while she unpacked, just in case she had brought us any presents!

She hadn't!

Holly gave her the 'We're Starving' look and she opened up a tin of Doggy Scoff!

We have had a week of Gourmet Dinners, cooked to perfection by OTL. Home comes TM and it's all 'Back To Normal'..............Doggy Scoff!

That is the last lick on the nose she's getting today!

See you tomorrow, providing we don't die of hunger!

Luv,

Daisy (The Starving), Holly (The Hungry), Miss Snowflake (OTL feeds us!) and Mr (My Tum is Always Full) Brambles!

Wednesday 30 July 2014

It's Clear Up Day Today!

Hi Ho Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles here.

Well, today is the last day of our 'Holiday'. Tomorrow The Missus is returning from 'Up North' after her Baby Sitting Duties, which, we understand, the 'Babies' were either in bed or out with their mates!

Today, Old Two Legs has been running around with the vacuum cleaner and we have been searching out all the carrot ends we have left under the sofa and down the backs of the chairs!

The ferrets have been pointing out where they have left their 'Marker Poos' in TM's craft room!

OTL has been out with the Garden Cam again and caught us out for our late night 'Woof an'a Wee'!

Mind you, he also caught us doing our early morning 'Puppy Patrol' of the garden, just to clear off any stray cat that has over slept!

It was good and sunny as we set off for our walk this morning and OTL spotted a Green Bug Thing on our front door. So he just had to take a picture!

A Green Bug Thing!
Down on the beach Mr Brambles was showing off by running up the side of the Wall of Death, that was, until he fell off.

Holly said it should be called The Wall of Falling Off!

Not falling off just yet!
When we got back, the Bozo Green Thing was still on the door, so OTL got a plastic box and captured the Bug so he could take some photos!

A Speckled Bush Cricket!
Looking in the book we were able to identify it. Not a rare find but an absolute pain to photograph.

You see, crickets jump and every time OTL got the bug out of the box it jumped up in the air to get away from the monster with the One Eye and the nasty flashing thingy! So, instead of getting a 'Side On' shot, we had to make do with it hanging on a bit of card that OTL uses as a wall to stop the bugs from escaping in the office!

TM would not be too happy about bugs crawling all over the house after escaping from OTL's Bug Studio!

Now, we just loved the bit about Archie Babe bringing home a frog and wanting to keep it as a pet, we asked OTL if we could keep the cricket as a pet but he said no!

Holly, however, has had a brilliant idea, when Archie Babe visits, maybe he could bring his Frog Mate with him and it could live in our pond and we could send Archie video's of him splashing about on the Lily Leaves!

Lunchtime we ended up in The Forest 'cos OTL had to take a parcel to the carriers and a walk under the shade of the trees while looking for squirrels and Heeland Coos, well, what could be better!

I see No Coo's!
Tonight we are having chicken for dinner and OTL will cook it just how we like it, all warm and greasy!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles.

It's all happening here!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles here!

As we are getting closer to the end of the month, Old Two Legs work rate has gone up and he looks like having everything sorted in time!

It's all to do with something called 'Year End' and the need to get all invoices paid and sorted before the thirty first. When August the first arrives OTL will be starting his twenty first year of trading!

Twenty one! I bet he wishes he was twenty one again!

For a laugh, OTL set up the 'Garden Cam' on the landing and was planning to catch the ferrets running about in the morning. Well, it sort of worked!

Here's one of OTL and Miss Snowflake playing, 'Chase The Ball'

She really has a thing about the squeaky balls, so much so that we always have a good laugh watching her!

When she got fed up chasing the ball and Mr Brambles, she started playing 'Chase the Echo'

I can hear an Echo, Echo, Echo,Echo!
It was cloudy this morning when we went out for our walk, but it didn't stop OTL from snapping a Meadow Brown that was trying to hide amongst the flowers!

I can see you too!
Lunchtime was much better, there were Two Legs playing on the beach with their fishing rods!

Caught anything yet Bozo?
We met up with a new woofer on the Sea Wall but he was a bit of a Bozo 'cos his owners had told him they were 'In France' on a day trip and he believed them! He was trying to speak French by talking English with a terrible French accent!

Bonjour Off Bozo!
The tide was in, so OTL found a stick and was throwing it for me. Holly, wanting the stick but not wanting to get her feet wet, was sitting on the beach watching.

'Hey' she says, 'Just watch me get that stick'!

OK, Just watch this!
I came splashing back from a big, long swim, when she rushed forward and tried to grab the stick!

I wasn't having any of that and I splashed her with my front paws, that made her let go! I know she hates water!

GerrOff, you Bozo!
Tonight we have got some Ox Heart for dinner, so we are both looking forward to that!

Just in case you thought we had left Mr Brambles out, here he is!

 Mr Brambles 'On a Mission'!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles.

Back to Work Again!

Hello Woofers!

Here we are again, Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles!

Just for a change it was Thunder and Lightening last night, not that much rain fell on us, but it did help to fill the pond up a little!

When we went for our morning walk it was raining little spots and drips, so Old Two Legs, (a little drip in his own right), decided to leave the camera in the car, so no photos of Oscar eyeballing the ferrets!

Miss Snowflake did her normal trick and didn't get out of the ferret bag until we got off the beach!

Back home it was all go, go, go for OTL. Bits of paper and VAT returns and other boring stuff!

We had a look at the video from the Garden Cam and saw that we had caught the Scottish Wild Cat again as it walked past the pond!

The other film bits were of moths flying past the lens at speeds so fast you couldn't identify them!

Lunch time it had stopped raining, but we didn't like the look of the sky but decided that a quick run along the Sea Wall would be the best idea!

We could see the rain storm coming at us from over Essex way!

Here comes The Wet!
Of course, being 'Summer' and sort of 'Holiday Time' there just had to be some Bozo's on the beach fishing!

Now, if she had looked over her shoulder instead of making sure Holly didn't pinch any of her sarnies, she maybe would have been packing up the picnic!

No Sarnies, No Strokes and have you seen that lot?
I went down to the waters edge and decided it was just a little too rough for me to go swimming, even OTL agreed and told me not to go in!

Too Rough for Little Dogs!
Further along we felt the rain spots start and looking out to sea there was this big menacing looking cloud that must have contained tons and tons of water and was heading our way!

I'm Coming To Get You!
We headed back to the car as quickly as possible and it was only OTL being so slow that let the rain drops start on us!

So, back home again and off for a snooze on the sofa!

See you all tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles.

Sunday 27 July 2014

Another Super Sunday.

Hi Woofers All!

It's us again, Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles.

Last night, just as it was getting dark, we heard a tapping sound on the back window, there, on the patio was a young Blackbird! She was gathering grubs and spiders and other birdy food!

Got any Grubs?
Old Two Legs set the 'Garden Cam' up again and it spotted a new cat stalking about our garden!

This one had a bushy tail and Holly reckons it could be a sort of Scottish Wild Cat!

New Pussy Cat!
Of course, Holly, being Holly, decided that when she went out for her 'Late Night Wee' she would warn all the local cats to 'Stay Out'!

OTL has decided that the garden should be a big 'Wild Life' garden and the plants will be given a help to start off but to a certain extent, would be left to it's self to grow as a wild place.

The patch up the back had several packets of Wild Flowers sown and other than the obvious weeds, which OTL has either chopped down or pulled up, it has all been left to it's self!

The patch of earth beside the pond has several plants purchased from the local 'Aquarium Centre' as Bog or Marsh plants, like reeds and other stuff.

This year there has appeared a new plant that has sprung up. It's about five foot high and has a purple sort of flower. OTL has no idea what it's called, but it off sets the yellow of the other plants that have taken root!

Wild but what's it called?
Out for our walk this morning, Miss Snowflake did her 'Sneaky Bit' again and crept back into the ferret bag until we got off the beach!

I don't think he saw me!
The bees are still hunting pollen and OTL caught this one having a Buzzy Day!

Another Buzzy Day!
Back home OTL has been buzzy today and Holly and I have been snoozing.

The F1 Racing was exciting and Holly and I were cheering Hamilton as he went from twenty first up to third place!

So, that's the news from here, we hope you had a fun day as well.

See you tomorrow.

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles.

Saturday 26 July 2014

Old Two Legs has a New Toy!

Hello Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles back with you again!

Guess what Old Two Legs got delivered yesterday?

No? Well how about this.

Still not guessed?

Yes! It's one of those hidden cameras that work both day and night to see what wild animals there are about!

As you see, we have the two Pussy Cats that think our garden belongs to them and a Holly Dog On Night Time Patrol!

And this one final one is Holly off for an early morning wee, in the daylight!

Now this is all going to be great fun 'cos OTL will be planting the camera in different parts of the garden to catch whatever is passing through. A hedgehog or snakes or Pussy Cats or even Foxes, you never know, there might be another lost ferret, or two!

Now, just how long will this lot take to upload?

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles.

Friday 25 July 2014

We get the Worming Tablets!

Hi Woofers!

Us again, Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles.

It's that time of the year again, Worming Time!

This is where Holly and I have some great fun not swallowing our pills and instead, get loads of different 'Nibbles' that may hide a worming tablet.

Now the list can go on for ages, ice cream, cheese, Marmite sandwich, doggy chocs, ferret bits, ferret food, oh, the list just goes on and on!

Well, let's say, Holly and I have dined well today!

Daisy Spaniel's owners came back last night, so that means we have got Old Two Legs to ourselves again!

Our morning run on the beach was fun, Holly found a feather and was trying to convince me that she had eaten the chicken and all that was left was this feather, that was until I pointed out that the feather belonged to a sea gull!

I don't care, it still tasted like chicken!
It is so funny to see the tricks that Miss Snowflake will try to get up off the beach and back into the ferret bag, then, as soon as she is back in, she wants to come out again!

I've got a sore claw, pick me up daddy!
OTL says he won't fall for her tricks though!

Now, OTL has been busy busy today, so we didn't get a chance to take any more pictures. It is getting close to what OTL calls 'End of Year Accounts' which means he has to catch up on all the paperwork and stuff he should have done in time for the end of this month!

Plus, he has to get money in and pay out money, all before the beginning of August, which he says will be the beginning of his twenty first year of trading or working for himself!

So, we will leave him to get on with everything and put our paws up and watch some TV!

See you all tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles.

Thursday 24 July 2014

Us Again!

Hello Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles back again!

Old Two Legs is not too happy with me this morning! You see, I got up at about three fifteen and sort of felt like I wanted a wee and as I can't open the kitchen door on my own, I stood at the bottom of the bed and did my 'IWannaWee' whine, which got OTL up and bouncing off the walls as he fell down stairs!

He opened the back door and Holly and I went for a sniff and a walk in the garden. OTL left the door open and went back to bed.

Around five, I got this irresistible urge to go out for a walk and went up to tell OTL, who was asleep at the time, catching up on the sleep he missed when I woke him earlier!

Up got OTL, and bounced off the walls as he fell down stairs, again, only to find the back door still open!

Oops! I forgot to check!

At that point OTL decided it was too dangerous to go back to bed, so he got up and showered, got dressed and put Holly and me on our lead and off we went to wake Daisy Spaniel up. Which was a bit silly really 'cos she was wide awake and ready for a walk!

Surprising enough, Holly and I would have preferred to go back to bed and we dawdled along the path until we got to the field behind the houses.

Daisy Spaniel was all 'Go Go Go' and soon was weeing for England!

Holly and I sat down and said we would just watch if you don't mind!

OTL wasn't having that, and we were put on our leads and walked all around the field, and didn't we do some showing off!

Soon Daisy was back home and enjoying some breakfast while OTL marched us back so he could get the ferrets ready for the beach!

I must say, Holly and I prefer the beach to the field 'cos you can get a good lick on!

Me and Holly getting a 'Lick On'
While OTL wasn't looking, Sneaky Miss Snowflake crawled back into the ferret bag, just until she gets off the sand!

I just don't like sand!
Holly and I tried to get a rabbit but although we tried the 'Waiting Game' we still couldn't get close enough!

There be Rabbits!
Holly was saying that what we need is a new approach and maybe Archie Babe could give us some new idea's on Rabbit Hunting when he comes down here!

Mind you, we'll have to go hunting without the ferrets 'cos Archie Babe may mistake them for rabbits and we can't have that!

Lunchtime, after Daisy had been for her run, OTL tried some more photo's 'cos he says that Daisy is 'Photogenic', we call it dopey!

I can do Cute as well!
After she got back home and was supplied with another bowl of clean cool water, we headed off for some deliveries and then onto The Forest. On sunny days like today it is good to be under the shade of the trees and of course, there is always a chance of a squirrel!

Well, it sniffs like a squirrel to me!
Back home for a snooze before dinner of chicken, all warm and greasy!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles.

Wednesday 23 July 2014

We manage to stay out of trouble today.

Hi There Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles back with you again!

Today we have been good girls, we have stayed out of the mud and not rolled in anything smelly and we've eaten all our Ox Heart (a whole bowl full!) and no one has fallen in the pond!

Although I did have a little paddle when we went to the Riverside Park!

Miss Snowflake sort of got lost this morning. Well, not lost really, it was just that she was 'Exploring' The Missus's 'Card Room' where she stores all her glue and glitter stuff!

Miss Snowflake says it is fun finding new ways through all the stuff on the shelves!

Now, what's up there?
On our walk it wasn't so hot and there was a super light over the sea, of course, Old Two Legs just had to get all 'Artistic'!

Early Morning Light!
We enjoyed a mornings snoozing and at lunchtime OTL and Daisy went out for a walk. We don't go 'cos Holly and me prefer a run on the beach rather than chase the ball up and down the football field, it's  just whatever wags you tail!

Come on, get the ball out!
OTL, being the sneaky one was holding the ball next to the lens on the camera so it looks like Daisy is looking almost directly at you, well, that was the idea!

Throw it, Don't hold it there!
OTL says that we are going to watch a DVD tonight and Holly and I can choose which one, so, we have talked about it and we have decided on 'Babe' 'cos we like to woof at the sheep!

Bye bye for now!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles

Tuesday 22 July 2014

Daisy Learns a Lesson!

Hi There Woofers!

Us again, Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles.

Another fun day!

Well, we waved Bye Bye to The Missus as she drove off to Coventry for her 'Baby Sitting' duties.

She didn't get very far before Old Two Legs got a telephone call. Seems she got stuck in a big queue on the M25 and had been sitting in the car for about an hour!

She had gone into a tunnel and lost satellite signals on the Sat Nav Gizmo Thingy, well you would in a tunnel!

The side mirror on the car got whacked by a passing lorry and the glass fell out! So, that's another job she can do while she is up there. OTL has found a garage close to where she is staying and has found out that you can replace just replace the mirror, so no real problem!

Down on the beach we got into trouble, well Holly and I did!

Holly found a dead crab, on its back and sniffing really bad!

So, what did we do?

We had a roll!

Shove over, it's my turn!
Of course, OTL went potty, jumping up and down and calling us Smelly Nelly's and how we were both in deep trouble!

Miss Snowflake got scared said it 'Wasn't Her' and asked to be picked up!

Pick me up Daddy!
Back home and we were all too hot to bother to get in any trouble, so we crashed out and had a snooze.

Mr Brambles just loves the Freezer Pack wrapped up in a blanket and reckons it is the best thing for these hot days!

Hey Man, This Is COOOOL!
Lunchtime came and it was really hot, in fact OTL decided that Daisy Spaniel and us could got out together to the field behind the houses, so, Daisy was running about chasing a ball while Holly and me got in some sniffing.

Then I found it, a super big squashy pile of poo that called out to be mixed with rotting crab!

I got called a Smelly Nelly again and we got marched back home!

OTL was in a quandary, put Daisy back in her house or get me washed before it all dried hard on my back!

Daisy Spaniel thought it was great to visit our house and OTL got us both in the kitchen and shut the door.

While he was filling up the sink with warm water and doggy shampoo, he let Daisy Spaniel out to investigate the garden.

The was an almighty splash and the next thing we saw was a soaking wet doggy at the back door with a very surprised look on her face!

Well, I got done first, washed all over and dried, then Daisy Spaniel got dried off and OTL even got the brush out and gave her a good brushing to get her coat looking all smooth and sleek again!

Then he took her home.

OTL said that he had enough things to worry about without standing guard over the pond!

Maybe later tonight she will be able to stay for an hour or two!

So, that's about it for today.

18:30hr

Well not quite, you see we have just got back from our afternoon walk and Daisy came with us, down to the beach and the tide is out, and she chased the ball, and then she ran into the mud, and she got very, very, very muddy, and OTL was not a 'Happy Bunny'!

So much so, Daisy was tied up in the back of the big car, but she still managed to get mud all over the place and on the roof!

OTL had to bring her in via the back gate and give her a wash down using the hose and a cloth while she was tied up to the water pipe from the gutter!

She was soaked from her nose to her tail and it all got washed and then dried off!

She has now gone home, in disgrace and is enjoying her Doggy Scoff and a drink.

I'm not sure if she will be allowed to stay with us this evening, maybe tomorrow, if she is a good girl!

See you again tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles.

Monday 21 July 2014

Back to Work again!

Hi Woofer Mates!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles here!

It's been another Sunny Day and just a little warm!

Old Two Legs took Daisy Spaniel out early today 'cos he thought she would like a run in the cool of the morning, before the sun got too hot!

The ferrets got their morning Lactose Free Milk which OTL dilutes 50/50 with warm water from the kettle. They do love the milk but if they have it 'Neat' they end up doing some 'Projectile Pooing'!

The Morning Milluck!
As soon as they are finished, OTL puts their harnesses on them and they are off to the beach!

That also means, we get an early walk as well, which was OK 'cos the tide was almost in and that means 'A Swim'!

You know, I really do enjoy an early morning dip, it sort of sets you up for the day plus washes all the grass darts out of your tail!

Just right for an Early Morning Dip!
OTL helped by throwing a stick out into the water so I had something to chase, brilliant fun!

Look! I got the stick!
The ferrets didn't go in for a swim but instead they dug holes in the sand and investigated all the sniffs!

Miss Snowflake said that it was a shame that there were just too many Mucky Two Legs who leave all their rubbish on the beach!

Mucky Two Legs!
Back in the car, I got a good rub down to dry me off and Mr Brambles decided to have another taste of our 'Doggy Nodules' and declared that he wouldn't mind being a dog!

Not bad really, for Doggy Scoff!
Back home, OTL cleared up the ferret cage and changed all the water and filled the food bowl up, although Mr Brambles said he had a full tummy already!

Miss Snowflake said she had a good idea for a card and went off looking for some inks and a pot of emulsion paint so she could get started before she got too tired!

....or shall I try some Brayering?
Holly and I headed for bed after our breakfast and enjoyed a snooze until lunchtime when we took Daisy Spaniel out for a run before heading off to do some deliveries.

Of course, you know what deliveries mean?

Yep! A trip to The Forest!

It was a bit quaggy from the 'Deluge' we had yesterday but OTL managed to stay out of the seriously damp bits!

The afternoon has been spent watching The Missus getting all her stuff ready to take with her tomorrow. She is off for a week or so to visit 'The Boys' up in Coventry, to some 'Baby Sitting'!

The funny thing is, they are both taller than her and will be away with their mates all day!

You should see the stuff she is taking! The poor little car will be sagging in the middle with all the weight!

Still, that means we will be getting proper Doggy Food while she is away, no Doggy Scoff!

We will be able to sit of the sofa and pig out on nibbles and Chicken Fillets and Duck Strips anf Chews and Teeth Cleaning Chews that all make crumbs all over the place!

Holly and I will also be able to eat our Rawhide Chews on the sofa without getting chased up stairs by TM!

Yes, there are benefits to be had when she goes away!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles.

Sunday 20 July 2014

Another Flash Bang Day!

A Big Hi to all our Woofer Mates!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles here!

Wot a Sunday! Do you remember Daisy the Springer Spaniel? You know, the one we looked after when her owners went on holiday and had to leave her behind?

Well, they had to do it again, they were going to take her with them but she came into Season a couple of days before they were due to go, and, as they were going to a place where there would be 'Loads of Dogs' and at least four thousand Two Legs!

So, you see, it wouldn't have been a good idea to take her!

Daisy the Spaniel gets walked three times a day by Old Two Legs plus a Wee Wee before going to bed at night!

Because she is in season, OTL says he has to be careful in case we meet up with any Bozo Dogs like Labradors and the such to whom a 'Fertile' Daisy would be just too much to ignore!

OTL is up an hour earlier than normal and takes Daisy out, on her own, but at lunch time and afternoon, we get to go as well!

So, with three doggy's, and two ferrets to walk, but not at the same time, you can see OTL is a bit 'Occupied!'

It's working out OK, OTL is ' Organized', however, he has not taken any photo's today so you will have to forgive us, just this once!

Maybe tomorrow, if he remembers to take the camera with him!

See you all tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles.

Saturday 19 July 2014

Flash, Boom, Bang Flash!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles here!

First of all, Mr Brambles would like to say thanks to everyone who sent him birthday greetings and cards and presents and messages!

Late in the afternoon it was really hot, I mean, horribly hot and the ferrets were saying they could do with some gentle breezes!

OTL, being sneaky, put them in the 'Show Cage' and then planted them on the patio where it was shady and cool!

Mr Brambles said it was brilliant 'cos he could check out the sniffs!

Sniffs and a cooling breeze!
Miss Snowflake tried to get out but OTL said that was how she got lost last time, so she agreed to get back in and join Mr Brambles in sniffing!

Go on, just a little run around the garden!
They stayed outside until it was getting dark, in fact they stayed out until it started to rain. Now, rain is OK but only when you are indoors or in the car!

This has been great, can we come in now?

We all got inside and looked out of the window and wot a show we had before bedtime!

Mr Brambles said it was the best birthday celebration he has had in years!

It started off with some very strong wind, followed by flashes of lightening and then the thunder!

Holly didn't like the thunder but she cuddled up to Old Two Legs and The Missus and it didn't seem too bad!

Of course, OTL was there with his camera and managed to take a few snaps!

It's not really hitting the chimney!

It's not really hitting the chimney!

This is one of the Sheet Lightening that seems to light up all of the sky but with a digital camera you can see the colours!

Sheet Lightening, good or Wot?

This one was taken out the front of the house but we had to have the window shut 'cos of the rain, so, pretend you can't see the rain drops on the window!

It's behind you!
We caught this one just as the lightening was searching for somewhere to land!

Coming into land!
This is another one looking for a place to land!

Here we come again!
It was all exciting but I think we were really glad when it finished, well, at least we could get some sleep!

So, that's it for now, a sort of different report on our adventures!

Today we have been very lazy, snoozing, snoozing and a bit more snoozing!

Bye bye for now!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles.
