We found The Balls!

Hi Woofers!

We're back again, Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles.

Well, no messing about with cameras this morning, we were woken up at some ridiculous hour when it was still dark and damp and chilly!

Seems Old Two Legs had to get some stuff our to a customer who was taking it with him on a aeroplane today and OTL had promised delivery, in person!

So, there we all were, on the beach, looking for a place to have a wee, in the dark!

We had to keep calling to each other, just to make sure we didn't wee on each others paws!

Have you ever heard a ferret whistle? Well, that was what Mr Brambles did to keep us all away!

As we were heading back to the car, the sun was creeping over the horizon and sort of lit up the clouds. It was then that OTL said he wished he had brought his camera!

Yeah? Then he would have spent so much time 'Waiting for The Light' that his customer would have caught the aeroplane and had been in Florida a week and still be waiting for his bits!

As it was, OTL made it on time and we now have a Happy Customer, which is what it's all about!

Talking of being Happy, Holly and I found where we had left three of our balls, that is the ones the ferrets haven't snaffled and stashed in their 'Secret' place!

Holly started by running down stairs and tossing it into the air then chasing it around the lounge. I then joined in and we got into a bit of a 'Rough House' pushing, shoving and snarling at each other!

Great Fun!

Then OTL started to throw the ball up and down the stairs for us to chase, well, that's what he was doing until The Missus told him off for making too much noise!

At lunchtime we went down the Sea Wall again, rabbit hunting!

OTL said he saw one but we missed it all together, so, to make up for it, Holly found a bit of wood and we chased each other along the sandy bit of beach pretending that the one who had the stick was a rabbit!

Me, Hunting a Big Porky Rabbit!
Mind you, that rabbit tried to get away but I was just too fast for her and I ran her to ground!

Well, actually, she tripped over her paws and collapsed onto the sand all out of breath!

I'm finished, this is just too much for me!

Further along the Sea Wall we spotted a Little Egret fishing around for his lunch. The tide was on it's way in so the soppy bird was son busy he didn't notice OTL trying to creep along the beach to get closer.

That was until OTL raised his camera to take a shot, whereupon, the bird squawked and shot into the air and raced off down the beach out of sight!

Now, how about a Mollusc for 'Afters'?

Back home, and we got a chew as a treat for being such good puppies followed by a snooze while OTL was taking apart the furniture ready for the workmen!

See you all tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles.
