Sunday, Lazy Funny Sunday!

Hi Woofers!

Here we are again, Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles.

We love Sundays, you see there is no rushing about and the telephone is quiet and The Missus plays with her Glue & Glitter and Old Two Legs is a miserable as they come 'cos England missed out on the rugby!

You should have heard him, one moment cheering his head off and next cursing 'cos England lost by just one converted try!

We, of course, joined in with some supportive woofing but in the end it was Ireland who carried the trophy home!

We were down the beach good and early just to see what the tide had done. It was a very high tide yesterday and what with the wind blowing as well, the beach was washed clean of all the rubbish that was there a couple of days ago, including our holes that we had dug!

'ere! Me Holes Gone!
The ferrets stuck their heads out of the bag but decided it was just too windy and cold to get out early and instead they decided to wait until they got onto the beach!

No Thanks, we'll stay here until we get to the beach!
Mind you, they didn't stay long and were soon running for the grass path.

Mr Brambles did say that all the wind and water yesterday had loosened a rock and if we all gave it a push we could roll it along the beach for fun!

Yeah! On your bike sunshine

Look, we could Rock & Roll it a bit!
Back home the ferrets were having a great time exploring the 'Fun Palace' that OTL had put together for them. There is only two holes in the front, a sort of 'In' and 'Out' but it is full of toys and tubes and boxes full of packing material and loads of rustles with the brown paper!

Snowflake reckons it is Brilliant and even Brambles had fun exploring it and trying to dig into the brown paper!
The only problem is, Holly and I haven't worked out how to get into it and pinch the squeaky balls!

OTL had some paperwork to catch up on so this morning Holly and I  lazed on our cushions having a chew of our Rawhide Chews.

After all the work was done, OTL tried out the new printer on a couple of pictures he fancied seeing on printed paper.

Not bad, even if we do say so!

Lunchtime it was still chilly but the tide was almost in, so the fishermen were back but today.......

No Fish!
The water was splashing against The Sea Wall and some was even coming over the top!

More Splashy Water!
Holly said that she was just too fast for water to catch her but just at that moment........

Yikes!
 It got her!

Back home for more snoozes and a chew on our Rawhide chew.

At least there is no more rugby to upset OTL!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles.

  1. What a lovely day you've had. That playground for the ferrets looks brilliant, you'll have to find a way in to pinch some of the squeaky things. I think there are a lot of hole pinchers down where you live. I wondered if Mr Brambles thought he could roll that rock home for his playground. Good to hear that OTL's printer is working. How nice, a laze on a cushion with a nice chew. I bet Holly got a bit of a shock when that water nearly hit her. Glad you've had a nice lazy, snoozy day. I bet TM has had a lovely time with her glue pot. Have a good evening all, loved the pictures today. Love, licks and wags from little Arch xxxx

  2. Number One, the Printer, it works, hooooray, hooooooray, of I am so glad about that.
You were spoil sports not to play Rock and Roll with Mr B, it could have been great fun. I don't like that rugby game it is too rough but my friend Margaret absolutely loves it, we had the TV on all afternoon so that we knew what was happening and saw that Wales won their game after our friend Gareth went to Rome to watch it. Then Wales came third, behind England so that was a result of some sort. The Fun Palace looks wonderful what a clever OTL you have to be able to Engineer such a construction, when is he going to build you a Palace of your own. Sounds like Holly got a bit damp xx still a nice cushion and a rawhide chew would put it out of her mind. Lovely pictures today, let's hope for some blue skies soon. xxxx
