Soggy Sunday!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles here again.

We were out this morning and just for a change, it was raining!

Not buckets of rain but enough to make us all wet, even Old Two Legs!

We didn't hang about too much but by the time we got back to the car we in need of a good rub down with our towel!

It didn't help that the ferrets were chasing along behind us and Bro Brambles kept telling Holly to 'Gets a Move On Sis!'

Holly was not happy about that but decided to leave it 'cos she wanted to get back to the car and get dry!

They're behind us again aren't they?
Lunchtime we were out in the sun shine and of course, I was in swimming. Holly called out, from well up the beach, 'Hey Look at That!'

That's what we should do to you!
There, having a little splash about was this woofer who was being kept on a lead, a short lead and there, behind him was the TL up to his knees in the water!

I just don't believe it!
We had a good laugh about it and I did some more swimming before heading back home so OTL could get his jobs done before The Missus comes back from her 'Glue Slapping'!

So, soggy start and a soggy finish, what could be better?

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles here.

  1. Yuk, I hate rain, I hate water, I don't do wet. Those little ferrets are bossy little things. My mum said she would do to me what that TL is doing to his woofer, fat chance. I'd leave home is she put my lead on me and took me in all that wet stuff. I wonder if Holly would go in if OTL went in with her? I bet you nearly laughed your tails off at that poor woofer. Doesn't OTL even get Sunday off from doing jobs? I see your TM enjoyed her glue slapping day. Are you all giving her extra licks and cuddles? Hope you've got some good muggings tonight. Have a good chill out this evening all. Love, licks and wags from little Arch xxxx

  2. Well done OTL for taking the camera with memory and charged battery out with you, I do hope you wore your hat in the heat. We had early rain but then the day was beautiful, we were at Womanswold from Thursday until Sunday so I could not comment on your Diary and last night I was in bed by 10 pm. Now I have almost caught up, it is Michael's birthday on Wednesday in case you have forgotten and he is older than Mr Brambles, quite a bit older so he being taken out for dinner. Once a year he gets fed so he is looking forward to Wednesday!
I could just see Holly on a lead in the sea, no way hoosay, I wonder if the TL was worried about him swimming away because he looks happy to be in the wet stuff! xxxx
