Showing Maisey the Sniffs!

Hi! Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake, Miss April and Miss May here again, plus Maisey!

What a performance today!

The Missus was up early to get all her stuff up the Village Hall and then kept the car, so we had to walk all the way up to the hall to get it before we could have our morning walk!

As Snowflake said, 'It's a bit much!'

Mind you, it didn't stop her enjoying a rampage over the sea weed!

No sign of The Monster today!
Although we were a little late in getting to the beach, with a bit of fiddling, Old Two Legs captured this picture of the sun shining through the clouds onto water.

Morning Sun.
We were excited about Maisey visiting us and we had been told to turn up at ten to collect her from the hall. As we headed back to the car we spotted a Kestrel hovering above the ground. Then it dropped down and came up holding a Mouse or possibly a Vole!

Breakfast!
Holly said that it was a Vole and if she didn't still have a Grumbly Tum, she might have fancied it for breakfast!

Yuk!

We met up with Maisey and collected the Page 3 Girls 'cos she hadn't met them before. Down on the beach she had a good sniff along the shore 'cos she says that she doesn't get sniffs like that at home!

Now, that's a strange one!
One thing we were surprised about, both ferrets got on very well with Maisey, showing her the sniffs and discussing the fine points, just as I had taught them!

I was dead proud of those girls!

Yes, the rabbit sniff does go off after getting wet.
Miss May was very helpful in finding new sniffs for Maisey and the pair got on very well.

There's a Mouse Sniff here!
Holly and I also did our bit with the sniffs on the Sea Wall.

Mmm! Sea Washed Sniff!
Back home Maisey enjoyed some of our High Protein Biscuits and then had a snooze on her blanket she uses when she is here. The ferrets were all worn out as well and after a race around the house, they headed off to bed and a snooze.

OTL finished his chores and then spent some time playing with a picture of Brambles and Snowflake. TM has told him of a process where he could transfer the picture onto a canvas. We have got to wait for TM to give him instructions, so, if it works, will he get invited to join the Glue & Glitter Girls!

Never!

We had to get Maisey back by three thirty so we couldn't spend too long on the beach, never mind, there is always next time.

TM has told us that we may see Archie Babe next week and he will be able to tell us all about his tooth!

See you all tomorrow!

Luv,

Hi! Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake, Miss April and Miss May.

  1. Yo girlies, I'm back on the keyboard. I'm glad you all had a lovely day and pleased that Maisy was able to come and visit, although I'm a little bit jealous cos I couldn't come. I was so brave yesterday you would have been proud of me. Anyways, wots this with your TM car jacking? Your poor little legs going all that way. Did one of you give little Snowflake a lift on your back or did OTL carry her all the way to the village hall? Tell Holly not to mug that big bird for it's brekkie, they have very sharp beaks. I hope Holly's grumbly tum is improving. It's good to see the page 3 girls get on with other woofers and share their sniffs with them. I bet Maisy had a really good time, you have such lovely sniffs down there. Didn't Maisy get to have her nap on OTL's lap or is that a treat reserved for me? I love snoozing with OTL. Wot's this, OTL joining the glitter and glue brigade? Surely not! Who's going to run the woofer crèche if he joins the TM? I don't think I'll be down next week sadly but hope to be down next month. Right I have to sneak back to my poorly bed and let my mum think I'm still suffering otherwise I'll not get my extra cuddles in. My wish is her command at the moment. Happy muggings girls, looking forward to tomorrow's blog from you. Love, licks and wags from little (old soldier) Arch xxxxxxxx

  2. Hi everyone, how cheeky of TM to pinch the car, although I did hear that she had a lot of heavy canvases to carry so maybe OTL should be grateful that he didn't have to carry them himself. My mum's TL daughter went to the masterclass and had a fantastic time. Mum's been oooing and aaarrrhhing over some photos but them we gave her that special woof that reminded her that we needed our doggy scoff.
It's good to hear that Archie is on the mend. Keep up with that sad face and you'll get lots of extra treats and cuddles, it seemed to work well for Hamish..
It was great to see that the Page three girls got on well with Maisie and how kind of Miss May to show Maisie all the good sniffs. Mum keeps promising us a visit to Kent so maybe Miss May could show us too. We get to stay at Rizzo's house with Aunts Danielle. Rizzo'S great fun and I think that her and Hamish are Best Woofers Forever.
Have to go now as mum's just in from the village pub and she seems in a very happy mood! Xxx

  4. Sounds like everyone had a great time and Maisey enjoyed herself with the ferrets, lovely to see. Shame on TM for keeping the car and making you walk, it is a long way for little legs but at least you didn't have to help do the carrying, she will be getting little carts next so that you can drag her gear wherever she needs. I am very intrigued with this canvas of Snowflake and Mr Brambles and the possibility of OTL joining the Gluers and Glitterers! Glad you have been good while I have been away, I thought I had better catch up before I go away again. xxxxx
