A Seriously Lazy Sunday!

Hello Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Miss Wendy and Freddy de Ferret here!

You know there are some days that are meant for serious laziness!

Today has been one of those days!

It started this morning when Holly and I kicked Old Two Legs out of bed! That means we get to take over the bed, stretch out and finish off the nights sleep while he goes and gives the ferrets a cuddle then has his morning shower!

The sun was hiding behind the clouds but that didn't stop the clouds putting on a show for us!

Now, if we had a Yellow filter...............................!
Miss April found a super ferret sniff on the beach and dug her nose in!

Ooooh! Just get a load of this!
That was it, May came tearing up the beach and dived into the hole for a good wriggle!

This is just great!
I really don't know how the ferrets get away with it, I mean, if Holly or I did that he'd go potty! He would call us 'Smelly Nelly's' or 'Pongy Pups' but the ferrets get away with it!

Not fair!

Back home it was Lambs Heart for breakfast and while we were eating OTL was clearing ferret cages!

Then, instead of working on the computer he sat down and watched the F1 qualifying!

Seriously lazy!

'ere, there's a sniffy dead bird here, do you think it's worth a roll?
OTL was watching us as we investigated a dead bird that had been washed up on the beach. One look at OTL told us that it would not be a good idea!

OK, so we wandered off down the beach and spotted Miss April with her nose in the sand!

We called out that OTL was watching her but she said that she was digging not rolling!

And she got away with it!

I love digging!
So, here we are, back home, and Holly is sleeping next to the ferret cage, guarding a couple of 'Bonio' biscuits. Just to make sure, she has been growling at the ferrets who were getting too close. OTL told her not to grumble so much 'cos the ferrets only wanted a poo!

We were looking forward to sitting in the garden watching the water feature but the sun has stayed behind the clouds and on top of that it has been raining, OK, not much but enough to have had the windscreen wiper on as we came home.

So, that is it really, a super Lazy Sunday!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Miss Wendy and Freddy de Ferret.

  1. Evening little maties down by the beach with the serious sniffy sniffs. I suppose you could say we had a lazy day as well ............ my mums alarm didn't go off and she woke up at 5 o clock, now that's wot time she should be at work, well, you've never seen a TL move so fast. She said it was a good job the papers were delivered late because of the footy, she managed to get to work half an hour before the papers arrived, which left her moaning that she didn't need to have hurried quite so much. The weather was good when she left but when she came home it was tipping down, so we went back to bed for an hour. We can hear thunder in the distance at the moment. Now I need to come and have a cuddle with OTL and whisper in his ear, if Daisy and Holly are smelly nellies for rolling, why aren't the ferrets being called fumy furballs? I heard one of the ferrets left a solid sniff in OTL's office this morning and that the culprit wasn't owning up, at least you and Holly chops don't leave things lying about. Glad to hear you got some lovely scoff today. Well the heavens have opened here so we're going to switch off cos we've got a storm now. Have a good evening all and hope the weather improves tomorrow. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and Mr Nipper xxxxxxxx

  2. I can report that real hot dogs are not used in the butchers sausages! Well what a lazy day all this stretching out and snoozing with a bit of Bonio guarding thrown in for effect, regarding the ferrets and their rolling, I think they are just sensible and just go for aroma whereas you and Holly go for messy! You were sensible not to touch the dead bird, they can give you lots of nasty germs that would put you off your lovely lambs heart. Hope you all enjoyed the F1 we are just watching it and have managed not to discover who won. Home now, it rained today so we got damp saying goodbye to everyone then the sun came out. Have a good Monday, maybe more lambs heart............ xxxxxx
