Paws up Sunday!

Hello Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy and Freddy de Ferret here!

I just love Sundays like today!

We stayed in bed a whole half an hour longer than normal!

Old Two Legs was up just before us to get his shower and then we were off to the beach.

Now, you all know it is Autumn and the days are getting shorter and the nights are getting longer, so that means we got to bed when it's dark and wake up when it's dark!

Now it seems that OTL likes this arrangement 'cos he can play about with the camera and shoot Sunrises!

So, while he is playing we get a chance to roll in the sniffs and dig holes!

Miss May was well away with a hole!

This is good for hiding from the sunrise!
Holly was still half asleep, so she stayed on the Sea Wall basking in the warm glow of the sun!

I won't get much of a suntan until it gets higher in the sky!
Of course, OTL was clicking away, so I suppose I'll have to show you his effort!

Morning has Broken?
After the beach we headed off to the grass path, May was dragging her tail a bit 'cos she was looking at the sunrise and saying it was 'Pretty'!

I suppose next she will be bringing her own camera to take pictures of the sun!

Don't that all look pretty?
Back home we decided to retire for a morning snooze 'cos we had a late night last night. OTL got the carrots out and Holly and I were chewing away into the night!

Lunchtime we were down the beach again but this time the sun was right above our head, so no pretty pictures!

Instead we were playing on the beach digging holes and rolling in the sniffs!

Miss Wendy was having a great time and she was getting well down into the hole!

Haven't seen a ball have you?
Freddy was having a great time as well and instead of a deep hole, his was sort of spread about!

I need room to roll in mine!
This afternoon we have been watching some TV and snoozing, so pretty soon we will wake OTL up and see what is for dinner tonight!

I like the idea of an early breakfast around 2-15! Mind you, we take our carrot to bed with us so that if we feel peckish we can have a nibble without going down stairs!

Organisation, that's the secret!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy and Freddy de Ferret.

  1. Afternoon little maties down by the seaside with the pretty sunrise. Loved the pictures today. I got up in the dark but I managed to find a frog that was willing to play whizz and hop, the others were all still asleep. My mum went off to work and it was pitch black, no sunrise for a few hours here. Good to see you all having a lovely time on the beach. I don't know how you manage to save your carrots so that you snack on them during the night, I eat everything as soon as I get it, just in case that Mr Nipper decides to steal my scoff and hide it away. Mr Nipper can chew through his electric bars on his cage if he sniffs scoff. I don't suppose you found any of your balls in any of the holes you lot dug today. I suppose you'd better go and wake OTL up from his snooze, you must be getting a tad hungry. Have you heard from Mrs TM yet? I'm off to do a patrol before my boy gets home from work then I'll be having an early night cos my mum is going to work again tomorrow morning when it's very dark still. My boy is off work tomorrow so I might have some snoozes with him. Have a lovely evening and enjoy your DVD's and snacks. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and Mr Nipper xxxxxxxxx

  2. Late on parade because we have been out to dinner, we were served with cottages and crumbled fruit! I thought I had better answer your story before it is time for breakfast again. It's so dark for so long and lots more to come before it gets better again. Lovely sunset this morning and OTL doesn't have to wake too early for it either. Wouldn't it be fun if you accidentally found one of those lost balls, you might even find another woofers lost ball then you could claim finders rights. How is TM managing without her minders and how are the foods stakes going, has OTL eaten all his ready meals yet? Lovely pictures again, so good to see you all, the light is just so right, makes the glossy coats really show up, a lovely healthy glow. Hope you had some good nosh today and some good nibbles, xxxxx
