When everyone goes away on holiday, it rains down here!

Hi Woofers!

It's us, Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret here!

Well, we headed out this morning for our normal morning stroll along the Sea Wall and noticed that the roads were quiet, in fact, very quiet!

There were no Mummy Two Legs pushing prams along the middle of the road, puffing away on a cigarette and surrounded by Mini Tl's and other mothers.

School Holidays have started!

The roads are clear and everyone seems to have gone away on holiday!

The BAP Union was still there on the horizon!
Eric and May were bouncing along the beach looking for the hole they pinched off Holly and I yesterday. Trouble was, the sea had washed all the sand back into the hole and it was nowhere to be found!

Well I reckon it was about here!
Holly and I had a sniff but even we couldn't find it!

I thought it was further over there!
There seemed to be no sun out today and there was even a few drips of rain, a sure sign that the holidays are here!

Out to sea the BAP Union was still bouncing along off Herne Bay. Holly said it was their fault it was rotten weather 'cos they had parked the ship there for a few days holiday!

Who chose this place to stay for a short holiday?
The tide was right in and even I must admit that the sea didn't look very inviting, in fact it looked rather cold and muddy!

If it comes any closer there won't be any room for us on this beach!
Back home we spent the afternoon having snoozes in the office and woofing at the noisy Mini Two Legs who were screaming their heads off!

Yep! The school holidays are here again!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret.

  1. Evening little maties. Well why would they go away on holiday when they live right by the seaside? It doesn't make sense, they are strange these TL's. It's rained quite a bit here today. Mind I've been snoozing in between my guard duties. I'm looking forward to a day off tomorrow, I have worked very hard today. My boy and my mum are off tomorrow as well so I reckon we'll all have a nice lay in. There might be bacon rolls giving off tasty sniffs tomorrow. Loved the pictures today, even though the weather wasn't very nice the photos turned out good. I wonder why anyone would want to have a holiday on an old boat ....... hmmm strange TL's. Shame you couldn't find your hole today. Send the ferrets out after the screaming mini TL's, that should give you a bit of peace. Have a lovely evening all and hope the mugging is good. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and Mr Nipper xxxxxxxxx

  2. It has rained on and off all day today but as a bonus the "Block Paving Men" seem to have gone somewhere else, we have no trucks, no banging and no hoards of builder men. Hooray. I told my friend that it was like a block paving syndrome, one started and then it just spread, she has told me that it has taken hold in the road next to hers, one day someone was having paving and the next it had spread she is watching out to see how far the syndrome spreads and hopes it doesn't go into her road because once it takes hold you can't move as the drives being paved are usually occupied with cars so they are in the road together with all the equipment and truck times five. Did you make more holes today, you must keep trying. Do you think the mini TLs are just hiding indoors out of the rain waiting to pounce when you least expect it, that's what I recon. We are waiting to go away, taking our wellies with us, well shame to leave them at home when we are going to a Steam Festival! Hope the cuisine has been up to the mark, it hasn't featured much in your Diary recently but your strength seems to be up so you must be alright. xxxxxx
