OTL is heading for some Trouble!

Hi Woofers!

It's us again, Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret!

This morning Holly and I dived out into the garden expecting a quick wee and back again (because of the cold!) but surprisingly it was almost warm!

I mean, it's almost the last day of the year and well into Winter when it should be all Jack Frost and six feet of snow and instead it's almost balmy weather!

Any warmer and it will be out with the sun block!
Down on the beach, Miss May decided to play 'Chicken' with the waves and ended up getting her paws wet!

Of course, that got her running back to Old Two Legs arms for a cuddle and somewhere to wipe the water from her paws!

Yorrocks! That water is colder than it looks!
That was it, we headed off back to a bowl of Doggy Scoff! You know sometimes we think someone hates us!

OTL was busy playing on the computer making 'Files' for the VAT man!

Lunchtime we were late getting out 'cos we fell asleep on the bed cuddling a Bonio each!

Freddy and Wendy were fast asleep and OTL decided that they would be better off staying in bed snoring their tails off, so Holly and I got to have a much faster run than normal.

We both had a roll in something smelly on the beach and then we walked the long way back along the Sea Wall and up the hill.

As it was getting late the sun was close to disappearing over the horizon.

This could turn into a Night Time Walk!
When we got home OTL was back onto the computer again and kept muttering to himself. You see, he is getting old now, even in Two Leg years he is still considered to be 'Getting On' and quite often Boy Scouts offer to help him across the road!

Well, he has bee arranging stuff to be paid just after the New Year and of course he has had to put in the date when this stuff has to be paid and it is all in January 2018, now, being OLD and FORGETFUL and an OLD DUFFER, OTL has only just got used to 2017 and now having to change it to 2018 is going to cause him some trouble!

While he was on the computer he said that the sunset could be all over in three minutes!???

WOT?

He sat us on his lap and got into the International Space Station Live Feed which shows live pictures from on board of the ISS and the world turning around and the space station going at gawd knows wot speed means the sunrise and sunsets are over in no time!

Just have a look here  Live ISS Video

Remember there are loads of sunsets and sunrises in on day up there!

Holly says that she always fancied being an astronaut but her Dicky Tummy was always against her!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret.

  1. Yo maties. Sounds like you've had a good day. Loved the pictures. Poor Miss May getting her paws wet, I bet it was very cold. We had a look at that space station thingy but we could only see a blue screen so we gave up. We'll try again another day. Sorry to hear you got doggie scoff today, now Santa Paws might have been but he's coming again next year and he'll be watching to see who gives their woofers doggie scoff and he won't bring them anything nice. I'm hoping Jack Frost and his snow have gone on holiday. It was well windy here this morning and I didn't want to be out in it too long. My mum made me go up the shops with her, she can be quite cruel at times you know. My mum doesn't have to work new years day in the afternoon only in the morning which means she can snuggle me and have a siesta with me if she behaves herself and stops making me go out for walks in this horrible weather. Hope you all have a lovely evening with some delicious muggings to make up for the rotten doggie scoff. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and the Nipper pair. xxxxxxxxxx

  2. This VAT man is getting all of OTLs attention and I am afraid that you and Holly come very low down in order which is why you get a bit of doggie scoff now and again and again and again! 2018 and January all a new start so a new clean sheet is coming up so all new resolutions to be made and 365 days in which to keep them.
Interesting about the sunrises and sunsets, so much to find out. It was certainly warmish here and yesterday we were slightly warmer than Florida which wasn't good for them because it is supposed to be much better there. Miss May must have had a surprise when the water lapped over her tootsies but she had a big brave OTL to comfort her. We are now on the countdown to Christmas so Santa is having a rest before starting all over again. Last day of the year tomorrow so have a good day and a happy new year to you all, big hugs from us here and here is wishing you nice chicken with crispy skin and gravy for dinner xxxxxx
