Eric and The Squeaky!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret here!

Now, yesterday it snowed but we forgot to show you how bad the blizzard was. Old Two Legs said it was too bad to go out, so he took a picture of the computer screen that is connected to a camera!

Will we need snow shoes?
This morning it was dark and the sky was all dark and the sunrise just didn't happen! Mind you, I had a bit of luck, we found a ball, a brand new yellow tennis ball!

Mine, All Mine!
OTL would kick it and I chased it and when I lost it OTL found it and hid it in the car!

Of course, I found it 'cos of the sniff, I mean, you just couldn't miss the sniff, well unless you are OTL!

It was rather warmer than yesterday and there was nothing about rain in the forecast so at lunchtime Eric and May came out with us.

Eric, like Freddy is not really into this walking lark but today he got a surprise, OTL had brought along one of his squeaky balls!

So, when Eric look like slowing down, we would get a squeak and off he would go chasing OTL along the beach!

Who's got me Squeaky?
Miss May has got a thing about rolling in a good sniff on the beach and some times OTL has to drag her off the sea weed!

I've really missed this!
I decided that I would leave the ball on the beach and to make sure no one pinched it I decided to bury it!

Must get deeper!
Unfortunately, Holly doesn't share my love of ball hiding, she did at least sit down and wait for me.

For Gawd's sake, how much longer?
Of course, back home Eric and May were asleep in no time! You can tell they missed there walk on the beach. Tomorrow it will be Freddy and Wendy's time for a run, providing it's warm and not raining!

By the way, we have been informed that yesterday we got Boo's puppies name wrong! They are not called Wee and Poo!

They are called Sooty and Sweep!

Holly says that she still prefers Poo and Wee!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret.

  1. Yo maties. Cor look at that blizzard, we had one as well yesterday, for a little while I couldn't find my garden, but as it was so cold and wet I didn't bother too much about trying to find it. Daisy you need to plant a flag where you bury the ball then you'll be able to find it again. You are lucky to find treasures. I bet Eric enjoyed looking for his squeaky on his walk. Miss May looks like she's enjoying the roll in the seaweed, does she get told off for rolling in sniffs like wot you and Holly do? Now I'm with Holly, I reckon wee and poo are good names but I suppose Sooty and Sweep aren't bad but wee and poo are unique, I mean some names are quite common but I doubt there's many little woofers called wee and poo. Me and my mum are going to bed early cos my mum has a hot dry nose and a sore throat and a headache. I might need to take her to the vet and she might need to have an injection is she's not careful. My mum and my boy are having a takeaway for tea tonight to save her cooking. Paws crossed it's warmer and dryer tomorrow. Have a lovely snuggly evening and hope you get some decent muggings. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and the Nippers xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

  2. I can understand how your got the pupies names wrong, very similar -- Wee, Poo, -- Sooty,Sweep, well I believe you. It didn't look much of a blizzard from your camera angle just an excuse not to go out. What a clever idea to use a squeaker, keeps Eric on his toes, tomorrow he can help you look for the yellow tennis ball, it must a been a very dim woofer to loose something bright yellow! Today I went out for morning tea, came home for lunch and then out for afternoon coffee so Michael decided that after lunch as it was lovely and sunny he would pick up his camera and go out to play. I left and the sun went in and stayed in all afternoon so he stayed Home Alone! Don't you just feel sorry for him? Tomorrow he is going to the Movies "with my friend" they both wanted to see "Dunkirk" so tomorrow morning it is on the Silver Screen, £3.00 including a biscuit so he will be home for lunch as he can't exist on a biscuit. Hope the Take Away was good in Archieland, we had stew I made in November, a bit green around the edges but that was the brocolli. xxxxxx
