A bit of a Grey Day!

Hello Woofers!

We are back again, Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret!

It is still 'Grey Clouds' down on the sea front and this morning wasn't really made for photographs!

We met up with the Lakeland Terriers who were their normal noisy woofing ways!

Holly and I just stood there giving them the old 'Hairy Eyeball' but they still carried on woofing but they were moving away from us!

If they were any closer I'd twist their tails!
Old Two Legs works in the office and Holly and I have sleeping cushions we gently snooze the morning away but come lunchtime we have to tell him 'It's Time' to go walkies again and once he has cottoned onto what we want, we are off again!

I love it when he realises what time it is!
Today the sun was out but not very visible! Just for a change we were let onto the beach and the first thing I did was to have a roll!

OTL kept close to Holly Chops 'cos she likes sticking her nose into the sand and digging a trench!

That gives her a dose of Conjunctivitis and normally costs OTL a fortune in Vet Bills!

So, not wishing to spend all his money OTL made sure Holly kept her nose out of the sand!

Remember, sniffs only!
I found a tennis ball in the car and OTL put it in his pocket, so, when we got to the Football Field he threw it down the field and off I went, chasing the ball.

Now, I don't to this retrieving thing, I'm more of a 'Chase and Kill' sort of terrier!

I chased and then sat down to do some killing! OTL had to chase me around for a bit before I let him have the ball and then worried the heck out of him until he threw the ball again.

Then I killed it again and started to skin it!

Just stay there until I kill you!
Back home Holly and I were given a good brushing to get rid of the knots in our fur ready for a bath and a fight with the clippers!

I think that will be done on Saturday 'cos The Missus has a Master Class on Saturday and maybe even Sunday, so two little woofers could end up clean and bald!

I'm not sure what is for dinner tonight, yesterday it was Ham Salad (OTL's Slimming Meal) so tonight it may be Gammon Salad or Bambi Burger or even Steak and Salad!

Claws crossed!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret!

  1. Yo little maties. It's been quite a grey day here as well. I've done a bit of guarding, I even had to woof once or twice, mainly to tell the woofers next door to shut up and woof off. My mum has been busy trying to catch on the ironing, she's nearly finished doing all my boys work shirts, it's a good job I don't have as many clothes as him or she'd be glued to the ironing board. I'm off to the groomers tomorrow morning when my mum gets home, in sympathy with you and Holly chops and cos I'm seeing the specialist on Saturday, my mum wants me to sniff nice and be nice and clean so he can see how lovely my skin is and find away of getting me off the steroids without me getting itchy. My mum is already crying about the size of the bill she expects to get, she reckons specialists charge lots more than ordinary vets. We're going to get an early night tonight so that when the clock goes forward we don't miss the hour we'll lose so much. Loved all the pictures today. Hope you manage to mug a decent bit of scoff tonight. Have a lovely evening all, take care and stay cosy. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and the Nippers xxxxxxxxxxxx

  2. Lovely pictures so good to see, next week there will be a different set of pictures of a couple of thin bald creatures that used to be Daisy and Holly, I am not saying that OTL will make a mess of it because he does a very good job of the grooming just that you look so cuddly when you are fluffy 😘 😘. Did you see the big tower coming down today, Michael was at the dentist, someone has to give her money so it might as well be him. Hope you had some nice muggings tonight you need your strength and keep warm it has been a bit draughty recently xxxxxx
