Here comes the Sun!

Hi Woofers!

Us again, Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret!

Well, wot a day!

First of all, The Missus was up just too early for anyone to believe! Rattling around getting all her stuff ready for the Master Class today in the village hall.

That means Old Two Legs was up too early as well and of course, that means we were down the sea front very early!

Unfortunately, we didn't get a good sunrise, in fact it was rather 'Whishy Whashy' if you know what I mean!

Not really exciting is it?
OTL thought it would be better around the other side of the bush but by the time we got there.......

It's Gone!
Back home it was busy busy getting things sorted out and OTL was charging up all the batteries for the camera's and also 'Calabrating' them. So, instead of taking a couple of hours the charging was taking all day, or all night, depending on when he started the charging!

Lunchtime came and there was this thing hanging up in the sky, it was the sun!

No, really, the sun had finally come out and was shining down making everything sniff new!

We went for a walk over the football field and down the side of the field. The football field had just been mowed and that means super sniffs to roll in!

This is good, Oh, this is really good!
Even OTL was looking at the trees and telling us all about the leaves.

Boring!

Well, yes, I suppose it looks pretty!
Down the side of the field there were loads of new sniffs and loads of insects running about. We saw loads of ants running around making up for all the damp weather we have had of late!

These ants are everywhere!
We spotted a Painted Lady butterfly, the first this year and OTL chased it all the way down the path until he snapped this shot!

First one this year!
Tomorrow OTL will be finishing his packing and will be heading off leaving us behind. On Monday Holly goes in for her 'Proceedure' and will miss having OTL to hold her paw!

We will have to telephone him to let him know how it went and what they found in her ear.

Freddy said it was more than likely her brain leaking out!

Right, we are off to help OTL put all the batteries back in the case and if we get lucky, we may even get a bash at OTL's kebab tonight. If we don't get lucky it will be salad and ham for him!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret!

  1. Yo maties the sun has been out here today as well. It's been a lovely warm day. I was up very early as well cos my mum had to go to work first thing, well I say first thing, I mean half way thru the night. Now there is a frog in my garden and I'm not sure if it's poorly, I haven't made it jump and I don't sniff it cos I don't want to upset it if it is poorly but me and my mum are keeping an eye on him. He may need a trip to the vets. Lovely pictures today, well done OTL. I bet you and Holly chops and the ferrets will miss him when he drives off for his bird watching holiday. I do hope Holly chops isn't worried about her procedure, I know she'd want OTL to hold her paw but I know you'll look after her and Mrs TM will keep a careful eye on her. Tell that Freddy Holly's brain doesn't leak, that's very rude of him, tsk. Hope you manage to nab a bit of OTL's kebab and hope Mrs TM had a good day slapping glue and glitter. Have a lovely evening all. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and the Nippers. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

  2. Farewell for a while OTL, leave Scotland behind for us to see, drive safely and have a good time. That sun thing certainly needed to be seen, it has been horrible with all that misty stuff around, glad you enjoyed yourselves and let’s hope the kebab is big enough to share. That roll on the newly mown grass looks good but I hope the ants kept away from you. Enjoy the evening and have a super Sunday, F1 on tomorrow so you can watch with TM, take care of her xxxxxx
