More Guarding Duties!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret back with you again!

We have been busy today, It starts off with us getting a run along the sea shore and into the woods. There were loads of sniffs and we even found a dead rat!

Hey! there is some rabbit poo here!  Never mind that, I've found a dead rat under this bush!
Old Two Legs wouldn't let us play with the poo or the rat, he's no fun any more!

We spotted more catkins bursting out!
We were going to run up the hill but OTL held us back and crept up ahead of us, stopped, looked over the top of the hill and gave our secret call which says there is a rabbit or two just ahead of him!

Well, we were off like a couple of puppy rockets and chased these rabbits all the way down the hill and into the bushes!

Then we lost them!

I'm sure they went in here!
After Holly and I had a ferret about we decided that they had got away and we should rejoin OTL but Holly was limping a bit. It seems that she managed to pick up a thorn in her paw and OTL had to spend some time digging it out!

It's a good job OTL knows how to pull these thorns out or Holly would be limping all the way home!

Back on the football field we met up with a big soppy woofer who wanted a game but his Two Legs wouldn't let him loose.

We think the TL is a bit of a grumpy 'cos OTL normally has to say 'Good Morning' at least twice before he answers!

I've been told not to talk to other woofers!
For most of the day OTL has either been working or cleaning Ferret Cages! However, we were left in charge when he went off to see one of his customers, so, we managed to woof at everyone who came close to the front of the house, that was until everyone came back home, The Missus included!

Tomorrow TM is off to her glue sloshing, so we have a relaxing day ahead of us and we have promised to go easy on the nibbles, well Holly has anyway!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret!

  1. Great shots OTL got today Daisy. I love the Catkin shot . . . plus you and Holly look like you're having fun. Fancy finding a dead rat . . . not sure if that's any better than finding a live one really!

Wish TM a happy day tomorrow . . . she sounded jolly happy with the last session!

Good guarding today . . . hope you got a reward.

Have a great weekend all. xxx

  2. I am still recovering from the news of OTLs sick wallet, poor thing - OTL and the wallet that is. Lovely pictures of the spring, hope the camera is able to get a trip out to see all this soon. We are home now and sorting out before our next trip, which we are not sure when that will be. Dead rat is not good idea, it was alive before and I wondered how many there are, a good idea not to touch it. Hope TM enjoys her visit to the village hall and we will be able to see all the wonderful creations. You can have another viewing of the DVDs that are too loud for TM xxxxxx

  3. Wotcha maties. Sorry to hear Holly had a sore paw, hope it's all better now, good job she didn't keep limping or she might have had a visit to the vet like wot I did last week, then she might of got stabbed with that stuff wot makes your head feel fuzzy. Nice piccies again today. Shame you didn't find them bunnies. I don't have to do guard duty anymore since my mum put that doorbell video thingy in last week, it tells us when someone is near the door and we can see them and we can see wot they're doing, me and my mum were laughing at the chap who delivered my boys pizza last night, he was acting all silly and waving at the camera ...... wot a bozzo. I'll be home alone tomorrow listening out for the funny noise wot Alexa makes if someone comes near my door when my mum takes my boy for his appointment at the hospital. I'm keeping my paws crossed that they will sort him out quick. Well I better get myself off to bed now cos I spose they'll be up early in the morning and I was up at 4 this morning cos my mum was working. Hope you all have a lovely evening and hope Mrs TM enjoys her glue sloshing. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch, the Nippers and (gone on strike) Alexa. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
