We Love Mondays!

Hi Woofers!

Yep! It's us again, Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Miss Wendy and Freddy de Ferret!

You know most of the Two Legs we know have a thing about Mondays, the beginning of the working week but not for us!

We love Mondays!

You see we get go down to the seaside and there is no problems about parking the car, there are just one or two TL's wandering about and there are our Woofer mates off the lead as well!

Down on the sand Holly and I dug some holes then had a good roll in them, until that little bundle of fighting fury decided to take over the hole just for her to have a roll!

A Tailor Made hole for a Fighting Ferret!
Miss April said that May was just showing off and anyway it was better in the bag!

Stop showing off Sneaky Knickers!
Back home it was a lazy morning, OTL had some stuff to get down to the carrier and he had to put some more petrol in the car.

We decided to let him go off on his own to do all that 'cos we didn't fancy sitting in a hot car waiting for the petrol tank to be filled!

When he came back we were straight out again and down the beach. I was hoping that the tide would be in but when we got there the tide was well on it's way out and all there was to see was wet mud!

Freddy didn't mind 'cos he is into rock climbing and had a great time ferreting around the rock wall!

Look! No Crampons!
Miss Wendy had a little paddle in the mud and dragged the lead through the sand as well making it look a right mess!

Don't worry, it will dry and fall off by the time we get back to the car!
Freddy reckons that the walk at lunchtime has helped him get his body in trim!

When he first arrived he was a bit of a Pudding and his tummy spent more time on the floor than his paws!

Now look at him, he still has a bit of a tummy but that is a good thing for a Ferret Hob!

Do I look good or wot?
One of the good things is that when the ferrets run on the concrete surface it grinds down their claws to the correct size. Of course, Miss April's claws are a little long 'cos she spends so much time in the ferret bag but Old Two Legs has been cutting claws for the ferrets since Miss Snowflake arrived. It's wonderful what a cap full of Ferretone will do help settle a ferret for nail clipping!

We hear that OTL has got 'Bangers and Mash' tonight so Holly and I are getting ready for some mugging!

OTL still hasn't done the bathroom floor yet, he has been given a small rest before getting his ear bent again!

Tomorrow we got visitors but I think that Wednesday is Flooring Day!

See you all tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Miss Wendy and Freddy de Ferret.

  1. Yo maties. Hasn't it been a hottie today. So glad you all had a good day. That Miss May is a feisty little lady, good job you didn't object to her taking over your hole. Miss April looks very happy in the bag, I suppose it stops the sand getting in between her toes. Now that Freddy does look a handsome lad, very fit. Miss Wendy is right about the sand dropping off when the mud dries. Sorry to hear that you weren't able to get your dip in the sea today, I bet you could have done with a nice cooling swim. Now I thought that OTL must have done a really good job on the bathroom floor to be getting steak and chips yesterday, wot a surprise to hear he hasn't done it yet. Bangers and mash sound good to me, hope you manage some muggings. My boys wife is coming over soon, she'll be arriving on 28th of August, so I'm looking forward to having another lady to give me lots of cuddles and tell me how lovely I am. I'm off to do a quick sweep of the house to make sure there are no intruders then I can go and get my scoff for being a good guard dog. Have a lovely evening all. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and Mr Nipper xxxxxxxxx
