Free to a Good Home?

 Hello Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret here again!

Well, a funny old day today, a bit colder today with the wind to add to the chill. Old Two Legs has been plonking again on the computer and being a bit of a bore. Well, let's face it, what does a woofer know or care about VAT?

All we are interested in is a walk along the sea front looking at the ships sailing up and down the rivers.

We get container ships and like this one, bulk carriers.

Yesterday we showed the gun batteries out in the estuary, now today we used a 28 - 300mm zoom lens, hand held!

Not bad, considering the wind was blowing as well!

Boom Boom!

Now, for some time now this drilling rig has been sitting in Sheerness Docks having some major work done on it. We're not sure exactly what but judging on the time it has been taking I reckon they could have built one from scratch!

Well, no lights, or wielding sparks, it looks all freshly painted, is it going back to work soon?

A few years ago, someone planted some Daffodilly bulbs along the path we tread when out walking and they tend to bloom early. A problem we seem to have is that as soon as the flowers bloom, someone picks them in time for Mother’s Day! Now, Mother’s Day in the UK is on the 14th March and each year the picking of the flowers has got earlier and earlier each year, this year it was the 1st of March when they got picked!

Some mother got an early present?

The Last Bloom!

Today, just for a change we went the long way back to the car, Old Two Legs was searching for things to photograph but we saw nothing. Not even a rabbit or squirrel, indeed, not even another woofer!

I suppose it was too early or too cold!

Different, boring but different!

We put the old swivel chair out the front of the house and today someone took it away. Now, we are not sure that it was someone who wanted to sit on it at home or the dustbin men. Mind you, the bin men don't normally take anything away unless it fits inside a black bin bag, so we reckon it is being re used, again!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.
