Cold, Misty and Eric gets wet!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret back with you again!

We have been having some great fun today. You see, we got some great prezzies from Santa Paws and one was a pair of squeaky toys. Now, the ferrets have their squeakies that they have pinched off Holly and me but these new ones are great 'cos they are too tough for the ferrets to squeak but Holly and I can make them squeak and they sound terrible!

I put one down behind Old Two Legs when he is cleaning the ferret cages and bite into it and the squeak makes OTL think he has trodden on a ferret, which makes him jump ten feet into the air!

Wot a Good Game!

Down on the beach this morning it was very frosty, cold and misty! You could hardly see your paw in front of your nose!

Wot Sea?
Holly and I ran along the beach and once we were out of sight, we had a good roll in the sand!

He can't see me now!
Young Eric was interested in the rocks on the shore and went off to investigate. He said there were loads of sniffs and muddy bits but the best was when he stepped into the rock pools!

My Paws are Wet!
It wasn't long before he got a carry by OTL to dry his paws and belly and of course to warm him up!

We headed back home with the ferrets all tucked up in the blanket in their travelling cage and we left the mist and frost for the other woofers!

Wot Sea?

Lunchtime we went out but by then the mist had gone and the sun had come out!

I see the Ships!
Mind you, being Christmas Holidays, it brought out the Two Legs and their funny ways!

I mean, just look at this TL, walking in the mud to watch some birds on the mud flat feeding.

With their binoculars they must have gained all of twenty feet and the birds are all a good hundred yards away!

I think it's a Mud Bird!
Miss Wendy wasn't impressed and insisted on getting back into the bag!

It is too wet, damp and cold to be out on the beach!
Mind you, once she got past the Sea Wall and onto the grass it sort of got better, loads of sniffs and Woofers every fifty feet, so OTL had to pick them both up!

That means they only really walked half way back to the car!

I'll be glad when the strangers, TL's and Woofers all go back to work again!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret.
