Hi Woofers!
Daisy here again!
It's another one of those chilly days but here in North Kent the clouds haven't been so black today. Who knows, with a bit of luck over the next two or three days we may see the sun!
I got Old Two Legs up good and early 'cos I fancied a run down on the sea wall, just to blow away the cob webs and get away from those hooligans that rampage along the sea front!
The sun was up and the tide was out, so, nothing too exciting unless you think that wet shiny mud is your thing!
Just a couple of waders out on the mud flats getting their breakfast!
You know, it was so exciting down on the sea wall that OTL found time to photograph my tail!
Rats! Caught again!
One click and that's your lot, there will be no more photos from me today!
Lunchtime it was a little better, the tide had come in and with a following wind was able to kick up some white horses on the beach!
Well, that will mix up the sand and sea shells!
I was thinking about going in for a dip but in the end decided that it looked too cold for even a deep paddle!
No, not today, maybe next week but definitely not today!
One thing we did see was a Red-Tailed Bumblebee. It looked enormous and OTL reckoned it was a Queen 'cos the workers were much smaller!
It was a bit wobbly on the ground but once it got up in the air it was off like a rocket!
OTL reckons we will be seeing a few more this summer and hopefully some more bugs to photograph!
See you tomorrow.
Luv,
Daisy!
