Sunshine, Sea Side and me being Sneaky!

Hello Woofers!

Here we are, Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret.

It has been a super sunny day today, we have all enjoyed ourselves down on the beach. Now, when we were first introduced to Freddy, he just couldn't get into this walking lark and would fall over and roll onto his side and stick his paws in the air and wait for Old Two Legs to pick him up!

Since then he has got better and has walked all the way back from the beach right up to the car park.

However, there are times when he falls back into his bad habits!

Today was one of them!

As soon as his paws hit the beach, over he went!

I'm going to do more of this!
Oscar came waddling by and asked if he could join Freddy on the beach but as he hadn't had his breakfast yet he decided to get back home!

That looks just the thing for a day like this!
Come lunchtime, OTL had got back from the dentist with his new teeth! He has to back again 'cos the  dentist found there was one tooth with a loose filling, more expense!

On the beach Holly and I had fun playing 'Dig & Chase' 'cos the tide hadn't come in yet and I couldn't have a swim yet!

Come on tide, hurry up!
While Holly and I were having fun Miss May and Eric were busy digging holes in the sand and of course, I just couldn't resist stopping to help them out with a quick dig!

Hey! This sniffs good!
Now, as were heading back to the car, the tide was rushing in across the mud and because the ferrets were a bit slow, by the time we got to the path where we turn left into the car park and wave good bye to the sea.

I was having a sniff in the grass and noticed that the tide was almost in and I was tempted, very tempted, in fact, I did some quick calculations and reckon I could get down onto the beach and in for a paddle before OTL could get to me!

So, I stood there and as OTL turned to call me, I gave him a big woofer grin and ran off down to the beach and straight into the water!

OTL headed back to the car mumbling all sorts of curses but I didn't care, I just had to have a swim!

I didn't hang about too long and by the time he had got Holly and the ferrets packed into the car I had caught up with them!

A quick rub down with one of our Doggy Towels and we were ready to get off home!

Tonight we are going to watch the 'Fantastic Creature' DVD, so that could mean a bottle of single malt, a pack of shortbread and a pack or two of nibbles!

We know how to have fun!

See you all tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret.
