Old Two Legs Loves Rosie!

 Hello Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret here again!

Well, what a day! We were up just a little late this morning but that was no problem, I mean, It's Saturday and that means no work, according to Old Two Legs any way!

Outside there was not a breath of wind, in fact it was so still that the morning fog was everywhere!

Can't see my paw in front of my snout!

Running around in the fog is one thing but you have to watch out you don't get lost. Now, I could get lost but if Holly was to get lost all she would do is to bark her tail off and Old Two Legs would come charging to the rescue!

OK, shall we call for OTL of can you see the path?

OTL got down to some serious ladder climbing to get rid of the moss and fungus on the window frames at the back of the house. He was using some stuff that's called Silly Bong or something like that!

What was amazing was it worked! Spray this stuff on the window frame, wait ten minutes, then wipe it off and whoosh, it's gone!

It was while he was swinging around on the ladder that Rosie, remember Rosie, she loves our ferret Miss Wendy. Well, the story goes like this, OTL won a Christmas Cake at the Village Hall Craft Christmas party by guessing the weight!

He said it was the best Christmas cake he had ever tasted, so much so, the next year he spent a fortune on guesses and was beaten by Rosie who guessed correctly!

OTL's bottom lip came out and he was about to show off when Rosie said OTL cold have the cake as a Christmas Prezzie!

Well, with all this COVID-19 stuff, this year the Christmas Party was cancelled and it looked like OTL stood no chance of getting his hands on the Christmas Cake.

Rosie as her dad if they could make OTL a cake and today they turned up at our house with the cake, all covered with icing and marzipan and weighing a ton and a a half!

OTL was up the ladder at the time so couldn't say thank you to Rosie so he has asked me to pass on his thanks and also ask that if he eats it all before Christmas, is there anymore in the larder?

Did you read all about Archies TL and the trench outside her house? Managed to get £50 compensation, £50? She should have held on for more, I mean, can't get the car out, the taxi fare so early in the morning and the telephone bill chasing council and gas Bozos around?

At least £100, plus VAT!

Back to today, the fog has hung around all day and was just as bad down on the sea front!

The ship fog horn sounded so loud and mournful!

The fungi is putting up a fight and we found some more just before we went into the forest.

OTL says this one is the size of a shilling, Holly asked me what a shilling is but I don't know, I'm not that old!

These could grow uo to be a 'bunch' and also a lot taller, providing they don't get squashed!

So, that's it for today, windows out the back all clean, financial advice for Archie Babes TL and a super big thank you to Rosie and Mum & Dad.

 Rosie and Wendy.

Miss Wendy is the one with the harness on!

See you all tomorow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.
