Monday Again!

Hi Woofers!

Us again, Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles.

Now, just before we start, Old Two Legs has found out what that flower is in our garden, by the pond. It's called Purple Loosestrife, which is a strange name to give a plant. Since when has Strife been Loose?

We have decided we like Mondays, you see, all over the weekend there are Two Legs rushing around trying to have fun relaxing on the beach and fishing and riding around on cycles looking like they are left over from the Tour de France!

Monday, well that's different. The roads are clear, the car park is empty, cycles are parked up in cycle racks or in the shed and we have the beach all to ourselves!

Even Old Two Legs is a little less hurried!

You know what? Even the Sea looked less busy!

Calm Sea but OTL has been at the Photo shop Again!
Mr Brambles was digging holes in the sea shells again while Snowflake snoozed in the bag!

A Hole Lotta Fun!
We met up with the old Labrador and OTL had a stroke and a chat with his owner.

The woofer was worn out from his walk but as he says, I'll bet you would be as well when you get to fifteen years old!

Another hot one today girls!
We got some Ox Heart this morning and of course, it was gone in no time at all! Holly and I retired to our snoozing spots with a Teeth Cleaning Chew each and spent the morning doing what we do best!

Lunchtime we were out again and as it wasn't so hot, we decided to try some 'Rabbit Hunting' up on top of the hill.

Not for us the wild chasing around, especially as it was rather warm, instead, we did the old 'Sit and Wait'!

This is fun, Maisey doesn't know what she is missing!
While we were 'Rabbit Hunting' OTL was down on his knees trying some 'Soft Focus' 'Wide Open Aperture' shots of a Thistle.

Thistle, very narrow Depth of Field!
Now, The Missus could be called a 'Silver Surfer' and a bit of a 'Gizmo Girl'. All the latest electronic thingy whatsits.

The ferret bedding needs washing every week and it gets put in the washing machine but it tends to leave loads of ferret hair in the filter and TM is always complaining.

So, to get over this problem, she has purchased a 'Manual' washing machine that is sold as an accessory for the 'Ultimate Caravaner'

It doesn't use electricity but instead you wind a big handle thingy and slosh the clothes or ferret bedding about until it is beaten to a pulp!

I really thought that with a bit of forethought, she could have got the same effect with a couple of rocks by the side of the pond, I mean, loads of two legs do it all over the world!

See you tomorrow!

Don't forget, lights out at ten tonight for an hour.

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles.
