Hello Woofers!
It's Daisy here again.
Well, what a day, first thing this morning it was sunny and yet windy enough to make sure the temperature was kept low.
As we headed down to the sea front, I saw that the tide had turned but there was enough water for a little paddle!
Not very deep this water!
It was deep enough for a splosh and I'm sure that there was a little fish dashing around! Still, it was a fish and not a crab with pinceres!
Being a Sunday, there were the usual visitors wandering around the sea front. We had one who asked Old Two Legs where Southend was, I mean, they were standing there looking at Southend across the Thames!
Now, remember OTL saying he was going to fit the Macro Lens? Well, he did and was hunting bugs and little creepy crawlies but it wasn't until the lunchtime walk and he even managed to get a shot of me looking all cool and sitting on top of a bench!
Do I look cool or what?
After sneaking a shot of me he went off hunting bugs and stuff. The first one was a spider that was hiding in one of those webs that look like a trampoline. He tickled the web with a grass stalk and the spider came rushing out of the hole in the middle of the web, rushed to the middle of the web and stood there looking for what it thought was a fly in the web. Instead of that there was only OTL and a grass stalk!
Fooled you!
A bit further on OTL spotted this Dragonfly diving around bushes, then it landed for a rest so OTL crept up and got this shot, which, ain't too bad!
Hanging at the right angle means the whole Dragonfly will be in focus from eye to abdomen!
OTL is still investigating my poo and reckons it is almost back to normal, which is good 'cos that means the medicine is working. I have to go back to the vet on Tuesday, just to make sure there is nothing to worry about!
Back to work tomorrow!
Bye for now.
Luv,
Daisy.
