We get Gold!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy & Holly here!

What a wonderful day, we are getting 'Gold' at the Olympics, well done Bradley Wiggins on his bike and Helen Glover and Heather Stanning in the women's pair rowing race!

Ho Ho to the eight badminton players that have been disqualified, that'll teach them!

We were up good and early this morning so we could get out for our walk before the rain started. Old Two Legs didn't seem to appreciate our planning and stayed in bed for an extra fifteen minutes and so, by the time we were all ready, it was pouring down!

Luckily enough by the time we got down to The Sea Wall, it had stopped! Which was good for the fishermen who were unpacking all their gear to get ready.

OTL found what he thinks is a Two Spot Dragonfly, which is a bit rare! He also said that it may be a young four spot!

A Two Spot Dragonfly?
Then we found a 'Pretend Dragonfly' OTL spotted it first and laughed then he pointed it out to us, it looked funny hanging there going 'Buzz Buzz'!

A Curly Dragonfly?
Holly and I were having fun running along the sea wall woofing at all the gulls. Back home for breakfast and a snooze before our lunch time walk.

When we got down to the beach we found a rock with some sort of plastic things on it. Now we know the rock is not normally there, so it's been brought up from somewhere.

We had a look at it and OTL said it was interesting to have the coloured things on the grey rock, so, he just had to take a picture!

Rock n Plastic!
Then he took another and called it 'Stranger on the Beach'

'Stranger on the Beach' Rock On!
Holly and I then had a game called 'Bradley Wiggins' and we pretended to be on bicycles and racing along the sea wall!

Wiggy Wunning the Wall!
Back home OTL is still working getting the 'Decks Cleared' before the holiday. He has been busy manufacturing stuff and making a load of noise! Holly and I had to leave him alone 'cos he was making so much noise we couldn't have our afternoon snoozette!

Tonight we managed to mug him for a little bit of his home made meat balls, The Missus makes then in batches of twenty kilos and freezes them in meal size portions that have to include a nibble for us!

Tonight it is the swimming, so fingers crossed for some success for our team!

See you tomorrow.

Luv,

Daisy & Holly
