Lazy OTL!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret here!

You know how super efficient our Old Two Legs is? I mean, up at crack of dawn, rushing around cleaning and generally getting everyone sorted out ready for the day ahead?

Not today, OTL was a whole hour late in getting up this morning 'cos he had a bad night, indigestion, and his night was rather disturbed with hunting around for some tablets which he couldn't find so it was back to a few mouth fulls of milk and a grumble about The Missuses cooking.

Only TM didn't do any cooking last night and if she did. just what damage can she do with a pork pie salad?

Answers on a post card!

We didn't reckon on the weather and it looked like rain was going to chase us all the way home!

I think that is called a  'Squall'!
Back home TM was cooking our chicken so Holly and I kept guard at the kitchen door to make sure she doesn't burn it like wot she does to OTL's dinner.

I mean, how many people cook a salad?

Lunchtime it was a little better but not warm enough to bring the ferrets with us, so, they stayed at home snoozing!

It was interesting to see just how the undergrowth had sprouted up since we last photographed it!

Just wait until the leaves come out on the trees!
Mind you, the undergrowth is full of sniffs!

Well, I think it may be a fox!
Being we got up so late we came across a woofer we have seen a couple of time ago. He was out on his own and Holly wanted to rush down woofing at him as a joke!

Come on, let's give him a good woofin'!
Before we could do that, his mate came along behind and whispered in Holly's ear, 'I'm bigger than you'!

So we didn't do any woofing!

Now, your not going to woof at my mate are you?
We left them to it and headed off towards the car park. The plants are growing but we thing that the council will come along with their grass cutters and chop this lot down, like they did last year!

Holly was sniffing around and came across these plant looking things that I reckon look like fungi!

We shall keep an eye on these as we walk past every day and with a bit of luck we won't have them chopped down before we find out what they are!

Strange looking things!
One of the problem when they cut the grass and plants is that the insects have no where to breed and play when the sun shine comes out.

Holly and I are on guard duty again tonight so, if OTL gets up again we will be able to escort him to the fridge for another slurp of milk!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret!
