Technology 'aint always best!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret here!

Now, you know that Miss May has got Insulinoma and is on a course of pills to help control her trouble. To start off, she wouldn't take her pill when it was crushed in a spoon full of Ferretone. Old Two Legs changed over to adding a couple of spoonfuls of Lactose Free Milk. The vet said it wasn't good to give her the milk 'cos it contained sugar. Well, OTL tried and tried but Miss May is a stubborn little lady and in the end OTL gave up and mixed the pill in the milk.

Miss May now drinks the milk and the crushed pill and she has improved no end. OTL says it's a case of quality of life over the vets instructions!

We had something similar today when we were out. You remember I told you that OTL has found some buttons on the camera that is supposed to make taking a picture easier. Well, he has tried another setting today and...........well you decide.

We were out early this morning and for a change the clouds had all gone and the stars were out. By the time we got down to the shore the dawn had begun.

On the camera there is a button labelled Dusk/Dawn and another marked Sunset. Ho Ho thinks OTL, let's see what the camera does against what OTL thinks the setting should be.

First of all, we pressed the button for Dusk/Dawn and this is what popped out of the camera. Now, honest, you will have to believe OTL when he says he has done nothing to these pictures except crop to size.

Honest, no fiddly diddly on the computer!
Next he switched to Sunset setting and rattled off another shot.

Dunno about you but it looks the same to us!
And now OTL sets the camera as he would do normally and again, no fiddly diddly just crop to size.

Now, wot do you think?

Holly and I prefer the OTL setting! Mind you, there are times when he gets it all wrong and makes a right cods of it!

Still, we can't be perfect all the time!

We have been out this afternoon delivering stuff and while OTL is out of the car we stand on guard and tell anyone who gets close, to 'Woof Off'!

Later this week OTL is off to get his eyeball polished with a laser. I'm not too sure what they do but we are crossing our claws that he will be able to read his magazines that have been piling up. At the moment the pile is about six inches high!

Doggy Scoff today, I think I'll go on strike, no cuddles for anyone!

See you all tomorrow and with a bit of luck we may try OTL's Close Up Lens and the button marked 'Close Up'!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret.
