Hello Woofers!
Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret here.
Another one of those damp and dreary days but it's that time of year so we can't expect anything different, can we?
Our walk across the Old Golf Course was a bit soggy, as it had rained earlier on and made the ground a bit wet.
Do I have to walk in this mud?Old Two Legs took the little camera out and was looking for 'something different' and he managed this.
Looks like it could be a nest for someone!
Of course, getting in and out of the golf course we had to duck under the conifer tree with all its water drops on the end of the needles.
It's difficult trying to focus on just one water droplet!
Lunchtime he dug out the big camera and a 105mm macro lens, he didn't take a tripod, which he should have done 'cos he was a little shaky because the camera is so heavy!
Pretty, but a bit wobbly!
When we got to the sea shore it was clear enough to see the old gun emplacements out to sea, not bad for a 105mm lens!
They look like aliens from the film War of the Worlds!
Heading back, he spotted some Hawthorne buds with water drops on them but he had to be quick cos the drops kept falling off the buds!
A bud, a droplet and a spider’s web!
Towards the end of the month, it is The Missuses birthday and OTL had the present delivered today, a new chair for the office.
One happy TM!
We pick the caravan up on Monday, all mended and back to working order and ready for the June Holiday, providing the lockdown is lifted!
See you tomorrow.
Luv,
Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.
