Still Sunny!

Hello Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret!

You know, we have often noticed that our little corner of the country always seems to get the sun while other parts  of the country is being washed or frozen solid!

Today we got the wet first thing but we get a good rub down with a doggy towel when we get back so we don't mind the dew!

Eric is like us, he has short legs which means he gets soaking wet but being a crafty little lad, he has a cuddle with Old Two Legs and gets to dry off by rubbing against against OTL's fleece!

Oi! My tummy is wetter than yours!
Holly and I don't mind getting wet legs and while Eric was worrying about his wet tummy we were more interested in a soppy woofing going on a bit further along the Sea Wall.

I reckon it's those soppy little Yorkies, the ones with bad manners!
Eric was having a ball ducking and diving in and out of the grass, getting wetter all the time!

Has he finished yet? I need some breakfast!
After breakfast we had a good snooze while the ferrets had fun chasing OTL when he was trying to clean out their cages!

Little Monty is a great one for dashing about and jumping up on OTL's leg then running off again!

He rolls around on the floor kicking his paws in the air and just for fun, OTL tickles his back legs!

Mind you, when Wendy and Monty are out with us on the lunchtime walk they are more interested in ferreting in the grass than rolling in it!

Of course, this bores the tail off of Holly who reckons that she spends more of the walk sitting down waiting for them to catch up!

Walk? This is more like a Lunchtime sit!
We loved the story of Archie Babes giant Hedgehog on the garden. We get little hedgehogs but they scuttle off behind the storage boxes where we keep the bird seed. Sometimes they scuttle about and as soon as Holly and I come flying out of the kitchen door they disappear under the garden gate!

Cats are no problem, a couple of big woofs normally gets them flying over the fence without touching the wooden fence!

Tomorrow OTL is off to the dentist for his second visit to get his root canal sorted. I don't know if they have dug the root out yet but if he comes home looking unhappy that means they haven't!

Claws crossed it's not painful, especially as he has paid for all of the treatment up front!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret!
