Where's my Chicken?

 Hello Woofers.

Daisy here!

OK, first things first, sorry I missed yesterdays blog, but I have a good excuse!

When TM got back from her day at the village hall she offered OTL a Kebab from the local shop.

Well, I just couldn't resist that and spent a long time robbing OTL of what I could get from the Kebab box!

Yesterday we noticed that there was a scaffold tower erected up the side of the church, so that means there are plan to renstall the Chicken on top of the tower!

It won't be long before the Chicken is back!

There was just one butterfly we saw, a common butterfly called a Speckled Wood and he wouldn't open his wings for us!

Go on, Gissa flash!

Today was a very mist morning but we saw the gang ahead of us and so, we joined in the game of chase the ball. Well, they played chase while I followed on behind!

When it came to nibble time, we all lined up and I was offered the first nibble but to be honest, I don't take nibbles from anyone other than OTL or TM, so, I turned my nose up when it came to me

I think I'll pass on this one thanks!

Not that it worried the gang and pretty soon they were all begging for a nobble!

Bribery and corruption!

Out to sea it was so misty that the fog horns were blasting away, even though you couldn't see anything!

Is there anyone there?

It was best staying away from the sea so we stayed in the forest, it wasn't so windy there!

Oxide Daisy?

Looking down the forest path makes an interesting view.

Back home we investigated the moth trap but there was nothing to show for a night’s worth of electricity!

We will try again and see if we get more than mosquitos!

Now, yesterday I packed them both off to get a Covid jab and other than the snivelling that OTL always does, it went off well, right up to the point when the nurse stuck a small plaster on OTL's arm to stop the blood pouring down his arm.

Not that he noticed it until late last night when, after a wee, he happened to look in the mirror to see a discoloured patch on his arm. Oh, Gawd quoth OTL what is this on my arm and off he went down stairs to show TM, 'Look' he said, my arm has all gone funny looking and looks like it's going to fall off!

TM took one look and ripped off the plaster.

'There' she said, 'It's a Plaster'

OTL felt a right plonker!

That's the trouble with OTL, a real drama queen!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy!
