Hi Woofers!
Daisy, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret here!
Well, it has been a bit of a day here in North Kent. First of all, we took The Missus down to the Two Legs Vet to get her stabbed with the Booster Jab this morning. I must admit I was smiling when she was saying that the needle, they used was blunt and it made her arm hurt!
Now she knows what it's like for me, I always get the blunt needle!
Now I don't know if she saw me but the next stop is The Vet!
It was my turn but a jab against Distemper which wasn't too bad but then they wanted to clip my claws!
Now, no one touches my claws, let along chop them down to close to my pads!
The vet had to take me into the back office where she had her mate and it took two of them to hold me just to trim my claws, including my Dew Claw!
The vet was saying to Old Two Legs that they had never seen a woofer get into such a tight ball of hair to prevent Nail Clipping!
They caught me unprepared this time, just wait until next time, I'll be ready for them!
Lunchtime Eric was rattling the cage door and demanding to be let out with me for the lunchtime walk!
First, he was running after the squeaky ball OTL had in the Ferret Bag, then he got fed up and climbed up OTL's leg and into the ferret bag!
Eric loves the sea wall 'cos he runs up the wall and that's my tail he is chasing!
He'll only get within two strides before I'm off!
OTL wouldn't allow me to go for a swim, mind you, looking at the size of those waves I reckon they are Bow Waves from a passing tanker!
I reckon that you could get washed away in those waves!
Now, when we got back we found the postman had left a package on the door mat and with help from OTL we looked inside to find a treat from Archie Babe!
Poo or Truffle?
Now you know we were discussing Truffles and Poo the other day? Archie Babe has sent a Truffle Gauge that is designed to be 'user friendly'!
The only problem I got was working out if the poo exiting the bum is a poo or a truffle!
