Sunny Saturday and we meet young Rosie again!

Hi Woofers!

Here we are again, Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret!

The Missus packed up her stuff and was off to the village hall for another 'Master Class' today. It seems she has missed it over the last week or two and has been getting all twitchy!

We were up good and early and Eric was looking forward to having some fun in the mown grass again, However, when we got there the grass was all damp and wet! It stuck to Old Two Legs soles of his shoes and made his paws look twice the size!

Down on the Sea Shore the tide was out but there were loads of those sea gully things digging the worms up before the 'Wormy Men' arrive!

Worm Breakfast...........YUK!
Young Eric was playing about in the grass looking for Nargles and Mouses but I think they were still in bed!

Just what will he do with them if he finds one?
Not that it worried Eric, the fun is in the hunting rather than the 'Catch'!

OK, who made that rustle, I know your here somewhere!
Mind you, when we got back to the football field Eric was running from one freshly dig hole to the next looking for rabbits, weasels or Hefferlumps!

There was one of those Lumpy Things in here, I'm sure of it!
Lunchtime it was super sunny and both Wendy and Monty had a great time ferreting through the grass. Wendy said that all the mouses had been scared off by Eric.

Monty, being a young ferret didn't know what a mouse was, except that it tastes good with a little mustard!

Wendy told him that!

Why do they make these steps so big?
While the ferrets were rock climbing up the steps, Holly and I were looking out to sea and wondering what a worm tastes like. I reckon they taste like squashy string, Holly reckons they taste like gritty Doggy Scoff but without any flavour!

Squashy String with too much salt!

It's funny what you can discuss when sitting beside the sea, or beside the mud flats!

Gritty Doggy Scoff? No thanks!
On our way back home, OTL dropped into the village hall 'cos young Rosie was up there after her holiday in America, you know, that place where TM visited for three weeks a couple of years ago!

Both Wendy and Monty got a cuddle each from Rosie then we all headed for home to watch the F1 practise for tomorrows race!

Tomorrow should be sunny so with a bit of luck we will find a Nargle or two under the grass!

Well, that's what Eric says!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret!
