A day for tourists!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret here again!

It's been another sunny day, well most of the day was sunny but there was a little rain this morning, something to do with thunder storms over France.

As far as we are concerned, they can keep them!

The Missus has been getting all the washing done, the important stuff, like the ferret blankets and our doggy blankets that go on the sofa and the bits of chopped up towels that Old Two Legs uses to give our butt a wash when we get the 'Grumbly Tum'!

First thing this morning it looked horrid, dark grey skies and even the ducks were still hanging about!

Not exactly the brightest of starts!
Last night it was raining and we came across a snail that had climbed up to get out of the wet grass.

It had climbed up and the wrapped it's 'Foot' around the branch and over his head, just to stop the rain from soaking his hair do!

Wot I really need is an umbrella!
Later on the sun came out and Holly got trapped on OTL's desk, well, OTL lifted her up and plonked her on the top then did some trimming of her legs and paws 'cos OTL says that the hair was getting 'A bit 'Thick' and it needed a trim.

Ever since he has got these trimming tools he seems to want to give us a trim almost every week!

The post has brought his 'Confirmation of Booking' from the Hadlow College where he has enrolled in a course to teach him to cut our hair properly!

It contained a receipt for the money and a list of 'Useful Information', like where to park the car, where to meet the tutor, wear closed toe footwear, oh and bring a packed lunch. Then they tell you that you will get both Hairy and Wet!

As if he didn't know that!

Lunch time we were down the beach again but without the ferrets 'cos OTL says it would be too hot for them.

When we got down there, expecting to have some fun digging the ball up, what did we see?

Tourists! Loads of them taking up all the room on the Sea Wall and even on our beach!

Look, they are sitting on top of the hole!
That was it, back we headed to the car and bumped into this lot, woofing their tails off at us as if we were tourists!

Holly did one of her 'Big WOOFS' and that shut them up!

Woof off of our beach!
The Missus had a glum face today, it seems that her favourite battery powered carpet sweeper has finally rolled over and died! There was a sort of cough, then a phutt and finally a phisssst, then nothing!

So tomorrow we are expecting a new one to arrive!

That should be fun, especially if the ferrets get hold of it!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret.
