It has been a bit of run around today. First of all this morning we headed off for our morning stroll and were surprised to see how many show waggons had turned up in the football field and were assembling the rides for the Village Fete this coming weekend!
As we walked past the caravans a big hairy monster of a woofer tried to charge out from under the caravan to woof at us and maybe chew Holly and i to bits!
It was a good job that he was tied to a metal pole driven into the ground1
Mind you, it gave Holly a chance to wiggle her butt at him and blow raspberries as well!
The sun was out and the tide was in, so, being a crafty woofer, I sort of wandered ahead and managed to get far enough ahead to go in for a swim!
I really needed a swim and to finish it off I had a good roll in the sand, much to Old Two Legs disgust!

OTL is not a happy two legs!
Still, tomorrow is another day and he will try the next thing which is..................telephone!

Wotcha maties. Well I'm glad you enjoyed your swim, rather you than me though cos I don't do wet. Mind, saying that, my mum has just sprayed me in the garden with the hose cos I was munching on Susan and I didn't hear her sneak up on me. I got my own back though cos I've just got under the throws and rolled around to dry myself, do you know she spotted me even though I was under the throws and she picked them up and told me to come out ....... wot a spoilsport. Good job that big hairy woofer was tied to a pole or it might have come after you and Holly chops and been sniffing around my girlfriends. Good on Holly for blowing raspberries at it. Looks like that sniff she found was a nice rolly sniff, hope she didn't get sprayed with a hose. Now me and my mum have got a new keyboard, my boy got it last week for us cos our old one was not as good as it should be, half the letters had worn off the keys as well. Did you go for your walk in the new car? It's been very hot here today and me and my mum fell asleep after lunch, I reckon we deserved a nice siesta though. I went out for my walk quite early today so I didn't bump into any of my mates. My mum says we've got a busy day tomorrow wot with the ironing and a bit of gardening, I offered to help with the pruning but she reckons it's just weeding and grass cutting, well I can't push the mower so she'll just have to do it herself and I'll supervise. Nice piccies today OTL, now my mum has got a new phone today and it's supposed to have a good camera on it so she might take some piccies and see wot they come out like. Have a lovely evening, hope you manage to put your paws up and get some tasty muggings. ReplyDeleteThat turned to be a good day, well except for OTL and Toshiba, maybe he will get to speak to “a person” and get sorted out. Watch out for that big woofer at the fair you show him it is your territory not his. Archie up to no good again, it will be back in the muzzle for him if he doesn’t behave himself. Tomorrow we are off to Essex, passports packed and enough credit on the Toll to get back again so watch out for some different pictures from Michael, it is his birthday on Monday so Margaret has been with his card and some chocolate biscuits to celebrate with him. OTL has again shared some lovely pictures of little wildlife with us, tell him well done and more please. Keep dry and clean and keep away from those plants Archie xxxxxx
