It's the First Day Of Summer and OTL's been Crying Again!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly & Snowflake here again!

What a day!

First of all, did you know it's the First Day Of Summer today?

That means it is going to be sun shine and balmy breezes all day long and OTL will be sneezing even more, until September!

We were out a bit later than normal, you see we forgot to give Old Two Legs his early morning ear licking, so, he didn't wake up until seven! Even Snowflake was beginning to wonder what was wrong!

She just can't get out of bed without her morning slurp of Ferretone!

We were off down to the Sea Wall and when we got there, instead of turning left, our normal route, OTL turned right!

Not wishing to be seen to be confused, we turned right as well and legged it down the path to see if there were and rabbits dining 'Alfresco', they weren't, so we just had to carry on walking!

It was soon obvious why OTL had come this way!

Yesterday he had spotted another 'Local' version of the Goats Beard plant. This one is the 'Native sub species' and is a bit smaller than the Purple coloured one which is really a Mediterranean import!

Tragopogon pratensis ssp minor
OTL says that when the seed pods develop, he is going to take a couple of pods from each of the plants for planting in our 'Wild Flower Patch' he is preparing at the back of the garden. At the moment he is trying to get rid of all the 'Wild Weeds' by putting down a sheet of plastic so it hopefully will be 'Virgin Soil' ready for the seeds he hopes to plant next March time.

As Holly says, 'I don't mind what a Pee over, weeds, wild flowers or plastic sheets, just as long as I can Pee'!

The sea was calm and an 'Incoming Tide' so I decided to have a paddle. Holly, being the non swimming wimp she is, just stood on the shore shouting that a shark was chasing me, as if!

Shark! Shark!
Not that I believed her for one moment!

Fooled You!
I was going to get out anyway!

Wot Sand?
Holly ran up the beach and started to dig a hole and of course getting sand all over her nose. I said she looked a real twit with sand all over her chops!

That's when the fight started!

Not that OTL was interested, he was trying to get a photo of a Meadow Buttercup with an insect on it!

Ranunculus acris   Meadow Buttercup
 What ever turns you on!
As we got closer to the car park, Holly and I shot off into the grass to see if there were any rabbits out but as before, nothing.

We heard OTL whistling for us so we wandered back to the car and on the way spotted the Bin Men having their morning break!

Hello Mr Bin Man!
We didn't go straight home, instead OTL went to pick up some new keys for the caravan 'cos he lost his up in Scotland somewhere! Two new sets cost him a fortune! He came out sobbing hysterically and clutching his wallet to his chest!

That will teach him to be more careful next time!

You know, it was a full five minutes before he could drive off, what with him sobbing and the hay fever making him sneeze!

Back at the office, Snowflake tried to cheer him up by loaning him one of her squeaky toys and insisted on putting it in his boot for safe keeping!

This will cheer him up, it always does for me!
Lunchtime walk was fun as well, we went the 'Wrong way around' again! I think OTL is still suffering from giving away all that money!

He spotted a Bumblebee slurping away on some clover flowers and nearly got a full side shot. Well he would have done had Holly not pushed past and scared the bee off!

Look on the bright side, tomorrow is Saturday! Loads of sunshine, food and shortbread! Well, that's what we have told OTL but he is still whimpering!

Bye for now.

Daisy, Holly & Snowflake

Some Days...........

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly & Snowflake here.

It has been a bit cloudy today, and there we were looking forward to another warm and sun shiny day!

Mind you, Snowflake decide that she wanted to come out with us again on our 'Morning Patrol'

When we got down there she was all shivery and refused to come out from Old Two Legs arms where she was all cuddled up and doing her 'Shivering Trick' and twitching her whiskers!

When she finally got down, she had a fun time scooting in and out of the undergrowth searching for rats and rabbits!

I think it sort of wore her out 'cos she hasn't been out for a run since before our holidays, so she is a bit out of condition!

Back home she had some breakfast and headed back to bed. Trouble was, she just couldn't decide on whether she wanted to curl up in a 'Doughnut or Stretch Out full length!

To Bed or Not To Bed, That is the Question!
So OTL lifted her up and put her back in bed where she curled up and spent most of the morning fast asleep!

Not that we can complain, 'cos after a super breakfast of Lambs Heart and Biscuits we also crashed out for the morning!

Our afternoon walk was a 'Quick One' 'cos the rain had started as soon as we got out of the car and strange as it may seem, it stopped shortly after we got back in the car!

We had a drive in the car into town to do something or other that OTL considered important!

The rest of the afternoon has been spent looking out of the window, keeping an eye open for Gob.

We have seen loads of sparrows and a number of youngsters being fed but no sign of Gob!

His parents have been bringing stuff into the nest box but then disappear for an hour or so, which means they are out feeding him and getting fed themselves!

All good signs.

Snowflake has been getting over her marathon run this morning by putting her paws up and snoozing the day away.

Waking up every so often to mug OTL for a slurp of Ferretone!

That ferret sure knows how to live it up!

See you tomorrow!

Daisy, Holly & Snowflake (Still Snoozing)

Gob's still here!

Hi Woofers!

It's us again, Daisy, Holly & Snowflake.

Good news! Gob has been spotted in the garden this morning being fed by mum and dad! It was The Missus who saw him and recognised him by his limp. He was hopping about using his other leg and seemed much stronger. TM, being TM, who just can't let thing be, decided to go into the garden and sweep the path, at seven in the morning and still in her curlers and hairnet plus a bright pink fluffy dressing gown!

Now, that is a sight to scare the bravest of us and as soon as the birds spotted her, they were off in a frantic flurry of feathers and tweets!

TM had a look on the ground where Gob was, and, no Gob, so he is strong enough to escape an attack by a TM and her broom, that means he should be able to escape any of the natural dangers!

On our walk there was hardly any wind, so that means OTL starts sneezing  his head off! Wot a noise! If he really gets going he could start a hurricane!

So, what with his Hay fever, you can imagine, taking a photo is a bit 'Hit & Miss' the flowers are some times sharp and other times a big blur!

This is the Jack-Go-To-Bed-At-Noon or Goats Beard that we spoke of yesterday.

Tragopogon porrifolius (Salsify)
This flower is easy to recognise, it's the one Holly calls a 'Whizz Bang' 'cos it looks like one of those fireworks!

Real Name is Plantago media Hoary Plantain!
Holly says that her name is the best!

As we got to the end of the Sea Wall Path, a snail came jogging past, 'Good Morning Girlie's!' he called 'Outta My Way, Snail Coming Through'!

A jogging Snail!
OTL spotted a Silver-studded Blue butterfly resting on a plant, it was waiting for the sun to warm up its wings before flying off to find some breakfast!

Silver-studded Blue
According to OTL, this species rarely flies any distance, often moving less than 20 metres in its life.

Maybe that's why it is a bit of a rarity 'cos it don't like travelling and meeting new butterflies!

Unlike this ant OTL spotted. Him and his mates were running around all over the plant, trouble was,  OTL was using a manual focus lens and the ant wouldn't stand still!

Can't stop, got too much to do!
Back home Snowflake was having her rampage around the office. She has a new trick, she hides under Snowy Towers and when OTL isn't looking, she climbs onto the roof and chuckles when she finds the bottle of Ferretone!

Guess Wot I've Found?
Poor OTL, every time he tries to get on with his 'Stuff' either Snowflake Holly or me wants him to do something!

Of course, the other one giving him stick is TM, but that's her job!

See you tomorrow.

Bye the way, no sign of Gob since this morning, so he may have started to wander around some of the other gardens!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly & Snowflake

OTL to the rescue and 'That Plant' is identified!

Hello Woofers!

Daisy, Holly & Snowflake back again.

We have had a bit of excitement this morning. You remember we have a camera in a nest box and two sparrows hatched from a total of five eggs that were laid?

Well, three days ago one of the baby sparrows left the nest and 'Fledged' the other one stayed behind. Old Two Legs said that it was just being a bit slow and preferred to have it's meals served instead of hunting for it!

This morning we noticed that the baby was trying to get up to the hole and leave but it seemed to have caught it's leg in the nest material. On strict instructions from The Missus, our walk was put on hold and OTL dispatched to the garage to get a ladder.

Putting on rubber gloves, so he doesn't get bitten by any bugs the nest may hold, OTL retrieved the baby sparrow and a big handful of nest material, plus a couple of old eggs.

Up, Up, Up We Go!
Very carefully we bring down the bird and the nest material.

Down comes Baby Cradle and All!
Very gently, OTL starts to remove the material that is wrapped around the leg.

Gently Does It!
Finally we get to the point where we can see what's wrong. Some of the nest material, looking very much like hair, was wrapped around the leg at the knee joint and was cutting into the leg. Because the leg was cut, the hair was captured in caked blood from the bird. There was no option but to operate on the leg!

Looks a bit 'Hairy' nurse, Bring My Tools!
Very carefully, OTL unwrapped as much hair as he could, the very gently cut a lump around the back of the leg that was all hair and dried matter. The hair came away and OTL 'unwound' it from the wound on the leg.

Be Brave Little One!
After that, there was nothing else OTL could do but to open his hand and let the bird fly off, which it did and landed in the tree in the garden. After that we lost sight if it but we hope that mum and dad will find and feed the little one.

Now I know that really we should have let 'Nature take it's course' but this way, the bird has a chance of survival and OTL says he has seen a number of birds with only one leg that were doing OK.

So, best of luck to Gob, we were sure that was him and if you see a sparrow with a limp, it may just be him!

Say 'Hello' for us!

After all that excitement we got our walk and then settled down for a snooze after a breakfast of chicken and biscuits!

OTL had a reply from the botanist, it seems that the flower is called Tragopogon porrifolius or the common name 'Jack-go-to-bed-at-noon' 'cos it shuts it's flower up at midday!

Another name is Goat's Beard, maybe 'cos the flower when it is closed, looks like a Goat's Beard!

Well, that's another flower we know the name of!

This afternoon we went out with OTL to deliver some stuff and we ended up in the Riverside Park. We didn't go down to the river where we normally go but this time we ended up in the field where doggies get to be let off the lead for a run around.

There were woofers all over the place, making a noise and chasing balls. We just sniffed and chased a ball!

We met up with a couple of Spotty Dalmatian dogs who said hello to OTL and one even wanted to play but they were just a bit too big and cool looking for us!

Do I Look Cool or Wot?
We were joined by a very nervous Poodle who took exception to OTL taking her picture and started to woof at him.

No Camera's, I'm not ready!
We weren't having any of that, so I jumped up on OTL's lap and woofed back!

That got her into trouble and she was put on a lead!

Back home, Snowflake was still asleep, she had gathered up all her squeaky balls and was sleeping on top of them, just to make sure OTL doesn't pinch them!

****LATE BREAKING NEWS*****

Just to let you know, late this afternoon, we have spotted Gob down the end of the garden, making a cods of walking on rocks but being fed by both mum and dad. You would have thought that he had got onto the paving slabs, at least it may have been easier to hop about!

Trouble is, you just can't tell the kids nowadays, as OTL says!

See you tomorrow!

Another Splash Day for Snowflake

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly & Snowflake here.

What has happened to the weather? What about a 'Flaming June'? It's more like a wet autumn!

Talking about wet, Snowflake, (minus her rubber ring) has been splashing her drinking water all over the place again! Old Two Legs was getting a bit fed up with wiping the water up and cleaning the cage so, he has put the tray filled with water in the cage, then, just in case Snowflake gets all 'Tricksy', he put her drinking bowl in the water as well!

That was just great as far as Snowflake was concerned, in she went, scrabbling about, putting her nose under the water and blowing bubbles!

When she had finished playing 'Mermaids', OTL took her out and wrapped her in a clean, dry towel and gave her a good rub down, just like he does with us if we get wet!

Snowflake thought it was great fun 'cos as soon as he put  her back in the cage, she set off for the water tray and did it all again!

So, there was OTL, standing by the cage door with the towel, just like a Butler, waiting for 'Madam' to finish her swim!

It was so funny!

Talking of fun, we had a chase on the beach today, pretending we had dug a hole and covered up a 'Secret' and it was up to the other to guess what it was and where it was!

I went first.

I'll Hide it here!
Then I call out 'Ready' and Holly comes bounding over the beach!

My Turn To Find It!

Holly spoilt it by rolling on top of her sand hole and shouting 'Leave Me Bone Alone!' That rather gave the game away!

Leave Me Bone..............Oops!
OTL showed us some Cuckoo Spit, it wasn't a cuckoo spitting really, that's just an 'Old Wives Tale'!

OTL says Cuckoo spit is a white frothy liquid secreted by the immature nymphs of a sap-sucking insect known as a Froghopper.

Can you imagine a life where every time you had a meal, a big ball of foamy bubbles appears behind you!

Scary!
Cuckoo Spit!
As we headed back home this new doggy jumped up in front of us and shouted 'Boo'! Then he turned around and ran off laughing!

'Wot on Earth Was That?' says Holly, 'Dunno' I replied but he looks like one of those 'Doodle Dogs'!

A Doodle Dog!
OTL was looking for the flowers he photographed yesterday, you know, the one that looked purple colour. Well, he found it but the flower had closed right up, thus proving that it only comes out in the sun shine!

Flower closed up, no sun shine!
He still can't find out what it is called, so he has sent the pictures and an email to a botanists wot knows far more than OTL does about plants!

OTL stays away from plants if he can, it's the Hay fever thing you see!

Snowflake has spent the afternoon snoozing in her travelling cage, worn out from all the long distance swimming she has been doing!

We are busting to hear how Archie is getting on with his sore patch, is it plant or insect based?

See you tomorrow,

Luv,

Daisy, Holly & Snowflake

Fathers Day?

Hi Ho Woofers!

Daisy, Holly & Snowflake back again!

Did you know it's Fathers Day today? We did! So at four this morning we jumped up on the bed and gave Old Two Legs a good ear licking and a cuddle!

OTL said 'thank you very much', then went back to sleep again!

We were down the Sea Wall early 'cos OTL had a lot to do today, like digging all the weeds out of the back part of the garden and then he had to lay down a layer of plastic bags to keep the weeds from growing back. That is until next year when he will sow the 'Wild Flower Seeds' he got in packets in the kitchen!

Before that he had some fun, well all of us did 'cos OTL was cleaning out Snowflakes quarters and had just put the bowl of fresh water into the cage when Snowflake sort of jumped in and started to 'Dig' the water, sloshing the water all over the place and all over herself!

When she had finished all the fresh water was out of the bowl and onto the floor! OTL started to soak it all up using a towel we use for wiping Snowflakes cage after OTL washes it. Well, the towel was soaking wet and OTL reckons he wouldn't make it to the bathroom without it dripping onto the floor, so, he opens the window in the office and wrings the water from the towel while holding it out of the window, super idea OTL!

That was until we heard a yell from somewhere in the garden, it seems that The Missus was standing right under the office window, watching the birds on the feeders when the water hit her on the head, soaking her, good and proper!

OTL was in trouble!

We legged it pretty sharp down to The Sea Wall for a walk and wait for TM to stop yelling at OTL!

We saw a rabbit on the path but it was just too quick for us, especially as OTL had us on the lead at the time!

This is one that got away!
The wind was not as strong as yesterday, so OTL tried again with the flowers but even a small breeze can blow the flowers all over the place!

This Daisy had been got at by the insects and you can see where  pollen buds have been opened.

Daisy Pollen.
This one was good 'cos you can see the pollen on the little sort of stalks, so that when a bee or insect walks over the flower, the pollen sticks to their legs or body.

Mind you, the wind could do just as good a job if it keeps blowing the way it has over the last week!

Loads of Pollen!
When we got back, OTL said that maybe Snowflake wanted a swim, so he filled a tray with water and put it in the cage, this is the result!

Next she will want to try out the shower or even get a jacuzzi of her own!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly & Snowflake

Saturday Fun.

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly & Snowflake back to see you!

We were up early this morning 'cos The Missus has one of her 'Master Classes' and we had to help take up all the stuff to the village hall. You know, I just don't know why it takes so much stuff just to make one card!

Boxes of card, paper, stamps, glue, inks, pens, crayons, pencils, hammers, screwdrivers, welding sets, hot air blowers, irons, ox-acetylene cutters, E Bossy machine, scissors and a wicked looking knife, well the list goes on for ever!

You know, there was hardly room for us in the car!

Old Two Legs had planned to do some photography of the plants down on The Sea Wall but the wind was blowing the plants about, so he soon gave up on that idea, he only managed just one picture of a plant and he didn't know the name of it!

Something on the path!
Back home he was busy trawling the Internet while Holly and I had our breakfast. OTL tried to have a shave this morning but his electric razor seized up, well one of the cutting heads did and he was panicking 'cos he had to meet some customers on Monday and didn't like to tell them he was growing a beard!

Having identified the shaver he wanted he tried to go to the local electrical store and pick it up but no one had that one in stock! Poor OTL, he was getting in a state!

So, he ordered the razor 'On Line' then got his tool kit out and had a look at the broken razor. In the end he extracted the shaving head (the shaver has three) that was causing problems and got it working again, but with just two heads. That should keep him going until the new one arrives!

After all that, he decided that he would try taking some pictures of the plants around the garden pond. Now normally that would be no problem, except that the wind was still blowing like a hurricane and the blooms wouldn't stay still!

He did try, but we suspect he will be out again when the wind drops.

Still, he did get this one.

Pond Plant.
Now we should know what the name of this plant is but the little plastic sticker has got overgrown by the plant and we couldn't see where it was, so we will let you know next time, honest!

Lunchtime we got a phone call from TM to take one of her 'Crushing Machines' up to the hall, so we used that as an excuse for an early walk!

Holly has been taking the mickey out of my hair cut saying that the hair around my back side wasn't cut properly and it makes me look like a horse.

So I asked OTL to take a picture so I could see and you know what? She was telling Porkies!

Does me butt look........?
Back home OTL got fed up with trying to get the flowers to stand still, so he went into 'Sneaky' mode and set up the camera on a tripod and pointing towards the place where the birds have their baths.

Connecting a wireless trigger release to the camera means that  he can sit in the house and fire the camera remotely!

Sneaky or wot!

This is the Bathing Area.
It wasn't long before a sparrow and a starling dived in and were splashing about having a great time!

Plenty of room for two!
After the starling left, the sparrow started to shout and twitter at the top of his voice. Holly says that he was complaining that someone had pinched his towel!

Who's nicked me towel!
Maybe tomorrow, after he has done all the weeding around the garden he may set it all up again and try for some more sneaky shots!

Mind you, he won't catch Holly and me having a bath in there, too many snails for my liking!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly & Snowflake!

A Shampoo & Set Day for us Girls!

Hello Woofers!

Daisy, Holly & Snowflake back again.

We normally love Fridays 'cos that's the day that Old Two Legs finishes early and we normally go out on long walks, but not today!

Holly was up last night with a 'Grumbly Tum', we were given one of our favourite 'Chicken & Rice' chews that OTL gets from the Doggy Shop, but Holly, being the greedy guts that she is, ate her one then pinched mine and finished that off!

Around one thirty she went down to the back door and did her 'Let Me Out I've Got A Grumbly Tummy' woof. So, OTL rolls out of bed and staggers down the stairs to let her out.

It was just after three that finds OTL staggering down the stairs again because Holly was calling and when she came back in, she had the 'Grubby Butt' and was in need of a wash!

That'll teach her to pinch my chews!

We were out for our morning stroll good and early 'cos today is the day we have an appointment with the Poodle Parlour for our Shampoo & Set.

We met up with Max & Oscar, who, as normal, were just overjoyed to see OTL, Tarts!

Here come the Tarts!
After a quick chat we continued our stroll and we had to drag OTL away from the flowers!

Not sure, but we're going back with the tripod and a flash tomorrow!

You know, I'm almost sure that is the same bug we saw yesterday, either that or it's his brother!

Didn't we see you yesterday?
We got our walk and rabbit chase done in time and was down at the parlour with about ten minutes to spare. So, rather than sit in the car we had a walk along the grass in front of the cages where all the doggies are kept while their owners go away on holiday.

We have never heard such 'whining and woofing and sounds of woe' as we heard today, there must be loads of people going on holiday! Of course, we just pranced up and down and calling out that we were on the outside!

It was shortly after that the doors opened and we rushed inside to try to be first in line!

We didn't make it to the front of the queue so we had to wait. I was feeling a bit insecure and jumped up to OTL's leg, which is my sign for him to reassure me. He crouched down and I jumped up onto his lap, it helps a bit and I feel safe as well!

While I was up there, Holly jumped up as well!

It helped, but not much, 'cos we know what is coming!

I won't bore you with the details, but we were washed, shampooed, shaved, clipped and roasted with a hot air blower!

It was Hell!

Back home Snowflake had the run of the office and was fascinated with the sniff of OTL's boot, she just couldn't work out what it reminded her off!

What have you been doing in here?
Then it dawned on her, it reminded her of the other boot!

Two fifteen OTL collected us, after paying out a fortune, Holly and I were out of there in double quick time!

Once in the car OTL got a lick from both of us and the command to 'Get The Woof Outta Here!'

Back home to our dinner that we missed out on this morning plus a cuddle from The Missus!

So, that's it, we are all super smart and trim looking, wonder how long it will last?

See you tomorrow!

Daisy, Holly &Snowflake

Back to work for OTL!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly & Snowflake back with you again!

You know what? Nothing really exciting today to report, which is most unusual!

We were up early 'cos Holly was snoring her head off and waking everyone up!

Even Snowflake was stomping up and down her bedroom mumbling about the noise!

Old Two Legs was in 'Manufacturing Mode' today and spent all morning in the office working away with his box of tools!

When we went out at lunchtime we spotted a new 'Wormy Man', we could tell he was new to the job 'cos he wasn't far from the beach!

The new ones worry about sinking into the quicksand!

Mind The Quicksand!
We both thought it was funny and Holly decided to have a woof at him as we passed, not that he took any notice, he just carried on digging amongst the rocks!
Leave him alone, he's New!
By the way, did you like the shape of the photo? OTL has been playing again!

You'd think he had better things to do, like take a ferret for a walk of tickle her tummy!

It is getting close to 'Insect Time', that means that he will be changing his lens for a 105mm Macro and a tripod and some other bits of gizmo stuff!

A Green Bug having a bath on a Daisy!
Back home it was back to work again and we retired to our favourite snoozing places until all was ready to be taken down to the carrier.

We helped OTL by standing guard in the car while he off loaded all the stuff and then instead of going out for another walk, we headed home!

That's not the thanks we were looking for!

That's it, if he thinks he's getting a cuddle tonight, he going to be mistaken, no walks, no cuddles!

Off we go now to try mugging him for some of his dinner!

See you tomorrow!

Daisy, Holly & Snowflake

OTL shows his age!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly & Snowflake back with you again!

Today has been a day of sweat and tears and aches and pains and something strange in the pond!

Let me explain, as you remember me saying, Old Two Legs had half a ton of pebbles delivered so he could finish off the 'Rocky Patch' in the garden. Well, first thing this morning the man in the big truck turned up with the bags of rocks, all twenty eight of them, on a big wooden pallet!

He dumped them down on the drive where the caravan is parked. OK, that's no problem says OTL, thinking he is still young and fit. On goes his Boiler Suit and Industrial Work Gloves and he starts carrying the 25kilo bags around the back of the house. He started off all sort of bouncing along with a bag cradled in his arms but slowly he started to slow up and then his back started to give him pain and in the end he was staggering along with the last bag, sniveling and whinging!

Holly and I both went to the back garden, jumped up onto his lap and gave him a cuddle to make it all better! The Missus brought out a cup of tea but that didn't really help 'cos she had forgotten to put some sugar in it!

In the end the rocks were spread all over the area and, it don't look too bad, now he has got to do some weeding and sow some 'Wild Flowers', but that will have to wait until next year 'cos there are still some weeds growing on the patch!

Now, there we all were, looking out of the window at the garden discussing the birds and the pond and how good the rocks look when there was a big 'Plop' in the pond.

It was the sort of Plop you get when a fish flicks it's tail at a passing fly or insect. We didn't see any tail, in fact we didn't see anything, strange!

Holly says that it must be something that lives in the pond but we only know of the insects and the snails that have taken up residence since it was filled with water last year, very strange!

Holly says that until we find out what it is, she is definitely not going to be drinking any more pond water, no matter how refreshing it tastes!

So, OTL now has an aching back, he is all sweaty and pongy and in need of another shower!

It was a good job that he took us out for a walk at lunch time 'cos he had to get rid of the wooden pallet the rocks were delivered on and of course, you know what is near the rubbish tip, The Forest!

Holly and I fancied a bit of Squirrel Hunting and OTL had his camera with him so he wouldn't be bored!

OTL's Hunting Bluebells!
 First I looked this way.

I Spy With my Little Eye
I really looked hard but in the end couldn't see any squirrels, just birds and Holly having a sniff!

So, I turned around and headed off to a new location where I had seen squirrels before and ........

Still no Squirrels!
This was getting bad, OTL got his Bluebells but I couldn't find a single squirrel!

Maybe tomorrow?

Well that's if the rain holds off and we get down the Forrest again!

Well, I'm off to see if the Doggy Scoff looks or sniffs any better than it did this morning when Holly and I both decided it might be a good idea to have a 'Fasting Day', I've sort of gone off fasting, especially when my tummy rumbles!

See you all tomorrow.

Luv,

Daisy, Holly & Snowflake (Presently out of the cage and 'Rampaging'!)
