More Re Assembling and Cleaning!

Yo Woofers!

It's us again, Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles.

Last night the Two Legs were working hard getting our chairs and stuff back into place and Holly was in charge of making sure they were in the correct places!

I was in charge of the DVDs making sure they are in alphabetical order!

We were all tired little puppies when we went to bed and Holly was asleep before Old Two Legs got into bed, making it a bit of a job for him to get enough of the duvet to cover himself!

Up early, we were out in the fresh air and Mr Brambles said it was the warmest he had known it for a couple of weeks or more!

Miss Snowflake couldn't find her rock again and had to make do with taking her chance with the waves!

It's Behind You!

 Holly and I were having fun dashing up and down the beach and having a roll in the rotting sea weed, much to OTL's annoyance!

The ferrets decided to have a race along the Sea Wall and Brambles cheated by running off before Snowflake was ready!

Much to her annoyance!

Oi! Cheat! Come Back and start again!

 Just as the ferrets were getting ready for another race that Bozo Woofer came past. He was the one that Holly told to 'Woof Off' when the Bozo was getting too close to OTL and the ferrets!

He came along the Sea Wall and stopped to say hello to OTL and he also gave OTL a lick on the nose, just to show he was friendly really!

OTL said that he should watch out 'cos Holly was on the beach and she may come and sort him out!

Yeah! In her dreams!

On the way up the path, the ferrets were ducking and diving through the grass and having a roll as well! OTL didn't tell them to 'Get Up' like he does when we do it!

Mind you, it seems to give them a bit of a 'charge' 'cos Mr Brambles went tearing up the hill shoving Holly and me out of the way!

 Holly nearly got knocked off her paws as Brambles went tearing through!

Back home it was back to re assembling all the furniture and OTL was doing the alarm system. He was balancing on top of a step ladder putting the PIRs  back and he kept setting off the alarm!

It all worked in the end and we are looking at finishing by tonight. All there is left is to get the curtains and install them but that will be next week, just in time for Christmas!

The Missus is in a good mood 'cos he got her desk in and set it all up so she doesn't have to go into the caravan to make a card!

Getting Back to Normal'ish!

Hello Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles back again!

You will be pleased to know that the Decorator Men packed up all their gear last night and said they wouldn't be back 'cos they had finished!

There was still a big pong of paint but that would wear off over night.

They loaded up their car with all the sheets and buckets of paint and then stood in line with their hands out, looking for some dosh!

Old Two Legs said that they had done a splendid job and was happy to pay out the money. In fact, it was the insurance companies money 'cos he had claimed for all the damage done by the leaky pipe and now we have a new lounge and dinning room!

The Missus is talking about getting them back to fit new doors throughout the house!

Down on the beach the tide was right in and Miss Snowflake couldn't get out to her Wee'ing Rock!

She even braved sticking her tail out at the waves that were splashing onto the shore, but then she got scared and ran up the beach to OTL so she could get into the bag again!

Too Close For Miss Snowflake!

Brambles said he wasn't scared and he wandered down to the waters edge, blew a big raspberry and ran back before the water could splash up the beach again!

Nah! Nah! Nah!, Not scared of you!

One thing we have noticed, Mr Brambles has now got his Winter Coat and the hair that is darkish brown has grown very dark at the ends, this picture shows it very well. Of course, Miss Snowflake is still white all over but she is all 'Fluffy' and 'Cuddly' with her winter coat and she looks dead smart in it as well!

Mr Brambles is always cuddly and enjoys a cuddle while slurping the Ferretone!

OTL was disappointed that there was no sunrise over Sheerness and took this picture just to show how undramatic the morning was!

Sort of Boring really!

Mind you, when we got back home it was all go, go, go, to get the house put back together again. All the furniture had to be dusted off and assembled and put in place. All the stuff had to be got out of the loft and other hiddy holes where it had been stashed while the decorating was going on!

New lights had been purchased, so OTL was busy with the screwdriver installing them and when he finally switched them on we all went 'Ooooooooooooh!

Lunch time The Missus took us out for a walk around the field which was not what we were expecting and to be honest, it was just not the walk we wanted!

About five, OTL had finished all he was going to do today and put us both in the car and off to the Sea Wall we went, in the dark!

It was fun hiding from OTL as he walked along the Sea Wall, then we would jump out at him and go 'Woof!' and make him jump!

Great fun!

So, the rest of the evening is going to be 'Fine Tuning' the stuff on the shelves and then doing the measuring for the new curtains!

Another Day of Pongs and Restricted Movement!

Hi Woofers!

Us again, Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles.

Well, we still have the Decorator Men here slapping the paint about but I must say, they are doing a super job and we can't wait for them to finish!

Last night Holly fell out of bed! She was doing an 'OTL' by having an energetic dream where she was fighting a big Bozo Woofer who was looking to eat the ferrets!

She jumped up and with a big snarl, she fell off the bed and landed on the cushions where she took a big bite out of the Bozo's butt and found out it tasted like sponge filling of her cushion!

She decided to spend the rest of the night on the cushion as it wasn't too high off the ground!

Along the Sea Wall this morning we met up with Bryn and Max and Oscar, who we hadn't seen for some time 'cos they get out early in the morning nowadays, so we were catching up with the gossip and the sniffs.

We all took the woof out of Bryn 'cos he was the only one to have a coat on! he said it wasn't his fault but it did stop the draft blowing down his neck!

Do those elastic straps pinch?

Now, we normally go down onto the beach and come back via the steps but today there was one of the Fishermen throwing worms back into the sea. So, Old Two Legs had to pick the ferrets up and lift them onto the path!

Look, a Bozo Fisherman is blocking our path!

Holly and I sort of crept around all his fishing stuff and Holly even had a sniff for some sandwiches but we thing he had already eaten them!

Both ferrets were a bit put out that they had to move off their normal path and showed off until they were back on the grass path and could recognise the sniffs!

Back home we were locked in the bedroom with our bowls of Lambs Liver while the Decorator Men slapped some more paint on the walls.

Cor! That paint really pongs and it even makes me sneeze!

Lunchtime it was The Missus who took us out 'cos OTL was off to the dentist!

As it was just for a checkup we wasn't too worried, they just poke about then charge him money. That is a lot better than causing him pain, and then charge him money!

We had a chat to a couple of fishermen who were painting numbers on the Sea Wall, seems like there's going to be a big fishing match next weekend and there will be loads of sandwiches there as well!

Holly is licking her lips already!

This afternoon has been a bit boring 'cos we have been confined to the office because of the paint slapping. Holly has got a bit ratty with Snowflake 'cos she was having a sniff of Holly's ear and Holly didn't like it!

It was a good job the cage was in between them!

Not sure if the Decorator Men are going to finish today, claws crossed they will!

Wot a Pong!

Hi Woofers!

The Gang is Back! Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles!

You know, I just love lazy mornings and we had another one this morning!

The Missus had got up at midnight again 'cos she had 'an inspirational dream about a card' and wanted to try it out.

Yeah, I know, and we understand there's no cure!

Well, that left us on the bed and cuddled up to Old Two Legs who was doing the proper thing of snoring his head off!

What with all the lights going on and off and TM marching up and down the stairs to her 'Craft Room', we sort of 'Over slept' and woke up to a stunning sunrise!

It was all crimson red and yellows and almost filled the sky.

We heard OTL go into the ferrets to say good morning and Mr Brambles was muttering away about a 'Red Sky in the Morning, a Ferrets Warning'!

He's a happy little soul first thing in the morning!

We all rushed around and got ready to go but when we got to the car, the sun had got up and left it's crimson cloak behind and instead was wearing his gold coat as normal!

Holly and I went off to investigate the sniffs while OTL emptied the ferrets out of the bag. He reckons it is better that pulling them out!

I wish he would let us wake up before emptying us out!

 Miss Snowflake went off to find her special rock but there was more water around than normal and she was worried about getting her tail wet!

Looks damp down there!

 It was then that she decided to make an 'Executive Decision'................

I name this rock 'Wee'ing Rock Number Two'

 Mr Brambles joined us on the beach and was puzzled about where all of the sea weed had come from. Holly said that it turned up every year just before Christmas and that's the only time she ever sees it.

Mr Brambles reckons it should be called Christmas Weed!

I name this.........Christmas Weed!

Back home the decorator men were slapping paint everywhere so we had to stay in the kitchen until we had finished our chicken and then we were marched upstairs, one at a time, and had to stay with OTL in the office.

It wasn't too bad and he did have the window open to get rid of the paint sniff, horrible it is!

It wasn't too long before lunchtime arrived and we set off for another run along The Sea Wall!

Now, ages ago we told you about some Two Legs who was making a film for the Tourist Office and he wanted to film us walking along the Sea Wall? Well, when we were down the vets, one of the ladies down there commented on the fact she had seen the film and us and OTL!

So, back home we had a 'Surf' around YouTube and found it! If you get onto YouTube and search for Discover Medway V3 YT 1080P you will find us. Now we are 4.42 minutes into the film and it starts off with OTL taking a picture and the Holly and I running along the Sea Wall. I know it's not a long scene but, unlike everyone else, we get TWO SCENES!

Are we the stars or wot! Mind you, don't blink or you'll miss us!

We were down the Sea Wall and met up with a new woofer. We all had a sniff but he was a bit unsure of OTL. First he ran towards OTL, then he stopped, OTL put on his 'Friendly Face' and the woofer came closer.

Then he ran away again, stopped, turned around and came running back. OTL still had his 'Happy Face' and the woofer stopped again, unsure about a Two Legs who could 'Talk Doggy'!

It was then that his owners called him and he had to go, maybe next time he'll get closer to OTL!

I know it's a 'Friendly Face' but on a TL?

 He'll learn, maybe next time!

Back home the Decorator Men were slapping the paint brushes about and sloshing paint everywhere! Oh but the stink! I have been sneezing almost all day!

I will be glad when they finish and the house is ours again!

Back to Work, but not for us!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles here.

It's been a bit of a slow day here, we stayed in bed a bit longer and snoozed away an extra half an hour while Old Two Legs got the ferrets sorted out and dressed in their walking harness.

Then it was off down to the Sea Wall and the beach. The sun was poking it's head over Sheerness but it hadn't fully got out of bed yet!

Wake up Sunshine!

Miss Snowflake was clambering over the rocks, as usual, and managed to get back without falling in the water or getting her paws wet!

Nearly There!

Then, with one mighty leap, she landed on the sand and scurried off to get back into the ferret bag!

Made It!

By now, Mr Brambles had woken up and was having fun seeing how far he could run up the sea wall before he fell off again!

Yeah, I know, but it's a 'Ferret Thing'!

..........and up we go again!

 On the way back to the car we had to pass a Two Legs who was walking three Bozo Woofers, they were more interested in sniffing the ferrets than saying hello to us!

Then we found out that the TL also kept ferrets but only had one at the moment. Well, that was it, him and OTL stood gassing for ages about ferrets and the like!

Back home to a bowl of Classy Scoff and then off to bed for a snooze while OTL was playing in the office!

Lunch time we met up with Dave, he's a Westie who we meet every so often. He came bounding up and said a quick 'Hellooo!' to Holly and me.

Helloo Girls!

 Then he went rushing off to OTL to say hello and get a tickle!

Hellooooooo  OTL! Gissa Tickle?

Wot a Tart!

Holly and I have given up on him now, he has something about OTL and Tickles!

 He really ought to get out more often and meet more woofers!

After the walk we headed off to The Vet!

Now we weren't too sure what we were going down there for but Holly and I said we were fit and in full health and there was nothing we really needed from the vet especially if it come on the end of a big sharp needle!

We got into the reception and headed for the weighing machine, as we do normally.

I weighed in at 7.8kg, a bit heavier than last time!

Holly weighed in at a whooping big 10.0kg!

We have never been as heavy as that before! OTL said that we will have to loose a few kg's after Christmas.

He also said that he will have to loose a few as well!

Luckily enough, the only thing OTL wanted in the vets was our worming tablets, so we are looking forward to having some fun spitting them out of what ever OTL tries to wrap them in this time!

Let the battle commence!

Holly to The Rescue!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles here!

Wasn't it chilly this morning?

We headed down to the beach and Old Two Legs just had to photograph  the frosty plants!

Frosty or Wot!

The sun had climbed over the docks at Sheerness so it was blinding us as we walked along the path.

We turned around and saw that OTL's shadow looked miles long!

I looked as tall as a greyhound and Snowflake looked like a camel!

He'll never get back in the car if he stays that tall!

 Miss Snowflake soon got back in the bag and off we went to the beach. As we got closer she stuck her head out of the bag and asked........

Are we there yet!

Of course we were there!

Both ferrets were emptied out of the bag and went scurrying around doing what the do best, wee'ing!

We spotted one of the woofers we meet and the big black one always wants a game. This time he came bounding onto the beach and ran around us in his normal potty fashion!

Then he spotted OTL and the ferrets.

He ran down the beach and danced around OTL in his 'Play Mode' kicking up loads of sand. Now, this worried the ferrets and they called out to be picked up, which OTL did but being down on his knees, the woofer thought that is was time to play and jumped closer to OTL, woofing and doing little yelps.

Now, Holly Dog had been up the beach sniffing and rolling in something smelly, saw the woofer getting too close to OTL and she didn't like the way the ferrets were getting worried by the barking and, OTL was crouched down looking like he was protecting the ferrets from the woofer.

That was it, Holly decided that although she could woof at the ferrets and OTL, no other woofer was going to upset the ferrets and worry OTL!

She went tearing down the beach and jumped in between OTL and the woofer, then she did her 'Warning Woof' then, with her legs firmly planted on the sand, she did her 'Warning Growl'!

Well, any woofer knows when that happens you take a good look at  what's happening and back away unless you want to get into a fight!

The woofer backed away and then turned tail and ran off along the beach back to his TL!

Holly got a tickle behind her ears and a 'Well done' from OTL.

I came along after and jumped up at OTL's leg, just to make sure he was OK and the ferrets were safe!

Back home The Missus got all soppy over Holly's actions and we both got lambs heart for breakfast!

Yum Yum!

Lunchtime, we were back down the beach but OTL hadn't brought the normal camera, instead he had got the Video Camera, of course, we just kept turning our tails to him whenever he pointed the camera at us!

We couldn't put too many videos on here 'cos they take an age to up load!

I think it's back to the normal camera tomorrow!

By the way, Archie Babe, keep yer tail up, those nasty needles don't hurt for long! Mind you if you can give the vet a 'Serious Woof' they'll won't hurt so much!

We've had a visitor today!

Hi Woofers!

Here we are again, Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles.

It was a bit nippy this morning, well, the heating hadn't turned on yet and it was only three forty five.

What are we doing up at that time I hear you ask? It was The Missus's fault, she got in a panic. There she was, snoring her head off, as usual, when she heard, in between snores, a small scratching sound.

On goes the bedside lamp and there is Miss Snowflake trying to scramble up the side of the bed!

Seems like she gave her cage door a good rattle and found that Old Two Legs hadn't fully locked it last night after the late night lick of Ferretone and a cuddle!

Why TM was getting all panicky we shall never know, I mean, as Snowflake said, 'She was only sleep walking'!

Well, TM got up to think about another project and we went back to sleep!

We were woken up again by TM wanting us to take her up to the village hall for another of her 'Master Classes', well, it keeps her busy!

Down on the beach, the tide was coming in but it hadn't reached the shore yet so both ferrets scrambled out over the rocks for their morning wee!

Now, where is the Wee'ing Rock?

Miss Snowflake was able to find her rock but on the way back she spotted that the water was a bit deeper than when she went out!

This looks dangerous!

With a big jump, she landed back on the beach and headed for OTL's leg, she was on a mission!

Here I come!

She was back in the ferret bag in a flash!

On the way back home we stopped off at the village hall to wait for our visitor and before long Maisie arrived!

We all had a sniff and headed off back home!

OTL cooked up a super chicken meal and we all enjoyed a warm, greasy meal!

We had a snooze, just to let it all go down then we were off for another walk on the Sea Front.

Holly and I showed Maisie all the sniffs.

There's a better sniff over here!

Maisie was excited about the sniffs 'cos there was loads of 'Sea Sniffs' she doesn't get at home!

This is one I found earlier!

 Maisie was very interested in the Wormy Men and kept asking why they didn't sink in the mud.

Is the mud softer that this?

 Then she kept looking at every one who passed us and asked, 'Is he a Wormy Man?'

Is that one?

We had a great time and back in the car park we all got our paws cleaned and Holly got her butt washed with the wipes OTL keeps in the car for such occasions!

Maisie was intrigued by the camera and was wondering what OTL was doing, all this clicking got her puzzled.

'ere, I can see myself!'

We explained that she would appear on the blog tonight, so she is going to ask if she can see it when she gets home!

It wasn't too long before we had to say bye bye to Maisie and  OTL headed off to the village hall to take Maisie back and bring TM home!

Tonight OTL has got curry, so we are hoping for a lick of the Naan Bread after he has dipped it in the gravy!

A North Wind and Didn't it Rain!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles back again!

We had some wind and rain last night, it even woke Old Two Legs up, which was good 'cos he was in dream mode and he always talks in his sleep when he is dreaming, last night he was chasing delivery of some important stuff and he was not happy 'cos it had been delayed!

He does show off sometimes!

During the night the rain was bashing against the window and the wind was blowing as well. It's a good job OTL had all the trees cut down or they may have fallen on the caravan!

When it was time for our morning walk, it was still raining and OTL decided to bring our rain coats and leave the camera!

We got dressed and headed for the car, it was still raining!

When we got down to the car park, OTL put our leads on us and the ferrets and off we went. The ferrets in their carry bag, all snug and warm and Holly and me dragging our paws trying to decide if we should carry on or go back to the car.

That's why OTL put the leads on us, just so we could be dragged, protesting, behind him!

When we got to the place where we chase rabbits, the rain sort of disappeared and it was just the wind blowing.

OTL let us off the lead and we headed for the beach!

Both ferrets got out of the bag, climbed a rock, had a wee and scampered back to the bag!

They were thrown out again when we got to the grassy bit and then they headed back to the car,  sniffing the sniffs all the way back!

This morning has been spent snoozing and watching the decorator men but after a while it gets a bit boring slapping glue on the walls and sticking bits of paper on the wall as well, Holly said they should try the glitter stuff The Missus uses, at least then she won't have to spend all that time clearing it up after she has been 'Creative'!

Lunchtime it was all damp looking and we weren't sure if it was going to rain or not but when we got to the car park the clouds were flying off out to sea, just like the ship that was zoooming out to sea!

Zoom Zooom!

 The Wormy Man out on the mud was looking around for the worms but they had all gone Zoooming off!

Where's those Zoooming Worms?

 Another sight was the Curlew who was having the same problem, no worms 'cos they seemed to have zooomed off as well

This is a zoooming problem!

 Holly and I were having a game on the beach and were zooming up and down, well, everyone was doing some zooming so we decided to have a zoom as well!

Then, on The Sea Wall, there was a woofer we had seen before but couldn't remember his name! He came down onto the beach and we all had a sniff!

Holly was having a chat with him and telling him all about our coats and how warm the Flying Jackets were and how good the Rain Coats were. Seems he doesn't have a coat and he asked how he could get one.

Come on, how do I get a Coat?

 Holly told him that it was OTL who got our coats so he went over to OTL and said.......

Gissa Coat Mister?

 OTL said he should write a letter to Santa Paws and ask him to leave one under the Christmas Tree!

We all had a game on the beach and then headed back home. The wind was still blowing but the rain had gone so we didn't mind being out without our coats!

Not sure what OTL has for dinner tonight but we've got Doggy Scoff, the Classy stuff and what ever we can mug off OTL or The Missus!

Tomorrow we have got a visitor, young Maisie will be visiting so there is going to be fun on the beach while her Two Legs is at TM's Master Class slapping the Glue & Glitter about!

It's another Sunny Day.

Hi Ho Woofers!

It's us again, Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles.

The decorator men were early today 'cos they are starting on the wallpapering. So, that means we all had to be up early as well. Not that would worry us woofers 'cos as soon as Old Two Legs and The Missus got up, we went back to sleep again!

OTL decided that it was a bit colder and a bit windy as well and the 'Wind Chilly Factor'  would come into play, so that means our 'Flying Jackets' were got out!

It was fun getting them put on 'cos Holly and I were still in 'Snoozy Mode' and didn't want to stand up to have them put on us. So, instead, OTL had to get them both on 'Floppy Puppies'!

Mind you, once we had got outside the front door we were bouncing along and looking forward to our walk!

I'm ready for some Zoooming!

Down on the beach OTL was trying to catch the sunrise again and we think that yesterdays was better but he has to work with what he sees!

It's Morning Again!

 We think that yesterdays was so much more colourful!

Mind you, that didn't stop Miss Snowflake heading off to the 'Wee'ing Rock'! 

Your Peeking!

After she had finished she wanted to get back into the bag again but OTL said she had to have a run and anyway she had a 'Grubby Nose' !

OTL wipe my Nose?

In the end OTL had to pick her up and give her nose a wipe to get the mud off.

Then she scrambled into the Ferret Bag and stayed there until we got off the beach!

While this was going on, I had found a really smelly bit of beach where a crab had been opened up and used for breakfast by a gull, so I had a roll!

A Real Smelly Roll!

I really do love a roll!

Back home we had some of that 'Classy Scoff', Holly finished hers off straight away but I decided I would save mine until after our lunchtime walk.

We met up with Mrs Corvid who was on the beach looking for her lunch. She said she had found a couple of whelks and a couple of fishy bits but nothing  'really exciting'!

It's Lunch Time

 I was lucky, we met up with the 'Scruff Bags' and their TL offered me a nibble. I wasn't too sure if I was going to like it but the way they kept on rushing up and taking it made me agree to have a nibble!

Shall I or Shan't I? Decisions, Decisions!

 Surprisingly, Holly decided not to have a nibble and wandered off to have a wee, which was most unusual for her, refusing a nibble, not having a wee!

Back home the decorator men were working well and Holly decided that she would keep an eye on them, so she got up onto the sofa to watch them and at the same time browsed the 'Paint Chart' to see if there were any bone colours that would look good on the wallpaper!

This colour Chart is so tiring!

 So, that was it really, I fell asleep under OTL's desk and Holly snoozed amongst the dust sheets!

Can't get better than that!

A Good Day for Working, except for us!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles here!

You know there are days when things happen to remind you that you have to do some work!

Well, for Old Two Legs and The Missus and the Decorator Men but not for us woofers!

Holly and I woke up on OTL's bed, you know it is so good being able to stretch out after TM and OTL get up!

We were out early and saw a super sunrise over Sheerness and we were expecting high winds as part of this 'Weather Bomb' that is happening up in Scotland.

What did we get?

Nuffin!

Wot? No Bomb?

 Both Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles tried to get back into the bag but ended up having to walk!

I really don't do Mornings!

 Back home we had a tasty bowl of Lambs Heart and retired to our cushions for a snooze.

The Decorator Men were banging and crashing about, which disturbed our snoozing!

In the end we had to get in with OTL and then get him to close the office door!

As lunchtime approached OTL started getting out his kit of tools, a sure sign he is off to do some work!

Yep! It wasn't long before he headed off towards the Dustbin Lorries leaving us to visit TM in the caravan working away on the Christmas Cards!

We went out for a walk with TM over The Farm and caught up on the sniffs!

Then we enjoyed a snooze until OTL got back, all smelly like!

Now we are off to mug him for some of his dinner, so, bye bye for now!
