Getting Snowy Towers Redesigned!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles here!

Today has been a good day, no rain, well not much!

In fact although the wind has been blowing, it wasn't cold. Mind you, when the ferrets climbed back into Old Two Legs arms after having a quick wee, while Holly and I chased a couple of rabbits, they snuggled down and acted as thought the North Pole was on a visit!

OTL put them down on the beach but Snowflake still wanted to get back into the warm!

Come on Daddy I'm FREEZING!
By the way, that last photo was taken with the mobile phone, rubbish on focusing!

Snowflake gave up trying to get back in the bag and headed down the beach for a wee.

She was not a 'Happy Ferret', some one had trod on her Wee'ing Rock and pushed it into the sand, so, when the tide came in, the rock disappeared!

Me Rocks Gone!
Brambles didn't hang around 'cos he was sure to get the blame! He shot off up the beach and remarked that the wind was 'Blowing his tail About'!

My tails 'Blowin' in The Wind'!
I found a super sniff to roll in and when OTL told me to get up I pointed out that it was a ferret sniff, honest!

If it's good enough for a ferret............!
Young Bryn came past, walking on The Sea Wall, he normally tries to have a nibble of a ferret but today his owner had got some tasty nibbles, so he ignored us and was on his best behaviour!

I've not even looked at them, now, Gissa Nibble!
 Sneaky Woofer got two nibbles!

We are going to try that on The Missus, she's a sucker for a 'Soppy Look'!

Lunchtime we were down the beach again but there was no one about, Holly says that they have all gone away on holiday and were sitting in lorries on the M20 doing Operation Stack, or should that be Operation Stuck!

OTL has spent the afternoon changing the shelves around in the ferret cage, getting ready for the new bits that should arrive soon.

We have sent off an email to The Centre to see how Miss April and Miss May are doing after their operation and we then should get an idea how long it will be before they move in with Brambles and Snowflake!

We are off now to see if there is anything worth mugging tonight before having to put up with that horrible Doggy Scoff again!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles.

F1 and a Soggy Sunday!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles back again!

An exciting day all round today! First we were out this morning and although it was raining, it wasn't too heavy and both Holly and I and the ferrets had fun with Old Two Legs, the ferrets got out of the bag and were rushing about chasing each other. OTL gets the camera out and finds he has left the memory card in the computer!

Wot a Plonker!

That didn't stop us from having a good time on the beach and the ferrets from digging holes in the beach!

We got home to a bowl of Chicken and Biscuits and Brambles was scratching at the kitchen door to be let it as well!

Of course, he couldn't be let while we were eating 'cos he gets right into our biscuit bowl and Holly dog gets all possessive!

It was raining on and off all morning but we were tucked up on our cushions and enjoyed a super 'After Breakfast Snooze'!

Lunch time was a little damp, you see we let OTL watch the F1 racing, right up to the first lap, then I sat by his side, 'talking' to him! He gets the message and we are just about to head out of the front door when the rain just bucketed down! So, back inside to get our rain coats. After we get them on and open the front door, the rain had stopped!

We arrived in the car park and guess wot? Yep, it was raining!

Now Holly doesn't do rain and neither do I!

I don't mind swimming 'cos that is a different wet but rain, no thanks!

So, when we got out of the car and found it was raining we asked if we could go back home!

OK, can we go back now?
OTL said that if he had to miss the F1 racing, then we were jolly well going to go for a walk, rain or no!

Holly had to be put on the lead 'cos she wanted to go back and wouldn't come when OTL called!

I don't care, I want to go back!
It wasn't until we got to the spot where we turn for home that OTL let her off the lead. She was still grumpy and wanted to get home!

OK, Let's go now!
I must admit that her suggestion was sort of 'Appealing'!

Home doesn't seem so bad actually!

We didn't go back home straight away. OTL said we were going to get some more Cat Litter for the ferrets poo tray and the place where OTL gets it is The Doggy Shop!

We just love that place, the sniffs are super and there were doggy biscuits on the floor, so we had to help tidy them up and there was rabbits in a box with windows and Holly and I had fun choosing which one we wanted for lunch!

Then we went to the place where the Chicken Fillets were kept and OTL got the last five packets off the shelf!

We got back into the car and OTL opened up one of the packs and Holly and I got a bit each to eat while we were heading home!

Back home we left OTL watching the recording of the F1 racing, OTL says it was a 'very interesting race'

So, we are now heading down stairs for a little mug of OTL's dinner!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles.

Summers Here!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles back again!

Well, what has happened to the weather? Yesterday it was showers and cloud, last night it was heavy rain making very large puddles on the road that leads to The Beach!

Before going out the ferrets must have got wind of the inclement weather 'cos they were cuddled up and when Old Two Legs called them out to get their harnesses on, what did they say?

But Daddy, it's cold outside!
Not that it made any difference to OTL and before long we were down on The Beach.

When we got out of the car the wind was rather strong and in fact it was blowing so much that OTL left his hat back in the car!

Both ferrets were cuddled up in OTL's arms all the way down to the beach and it took a little while before they agrees to get down on the sand and have a game!

Mr Brambles was first to get going and he found a very interesting sniff that he shared with us!

Get a load of this sniff Sis!
We looked over our shoulder towards Sheerness and OTL commented that he should have gone Black & White and brought his Yellow Filter!

It looked more like Autumn or even Winter!

Summer?
Back home we got some Chicken and that was followed by some Rabbit Ears!

OTL spotted Miss Snowflake racing from the office and into TM's Card Room with a unchewed Teeth Cleaning Chew!

The Cat Lady turned up mid morning 'cos she is over to play 'Glue Slapping' with TM, so we retired to our beds with a Rabbit Ear and a nibble she had brought us!

Mornings don't get much better!

Lunchtime came and the ferrets were snoring their whiskers off and OTL suggested a walk!

OTL bumps into another Soldier Beetle but this time it is just a male, on his own and no females, OTL said it was because it was too cold, too windy and too late!

So, where is everyone?
We left him to it and headed down The Sea Wall where we met up with a new woofer. We said 'Hello' and exchanged information on sniffs.

You know, there is a good reason why Holly and I greet any single woofer, you see, while one says 'Hello' the other sniffs his butt!

Hello there!
Holly and I think it's great fun, and dead crafty!

We had a good game of 'Chase' and Holly, being the crafty one, took a short cut and got to OTL first!

Holly Wins!
We have been nibbling on Rabbit Ears and Chews and Teeth Cleaning Chews and you know what, OTL told us that he saw Snowflake running into TM's Card Room with a Teeth Cleaning Chew in her mouth and she hid it behind a set of shelves where we couldn't get to!

Sneaky or Wot!

Not sure what is for dunner tonight, last night it was Curry, so we missed out on Muggins, but maybe tonight we will be in luck!

See you all tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles.

A Damp Start to the Weekend.

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles back again!

It has been a real Mix-up Day today, first of all we overslept 'cos we were up late watching the appendices to the Lord of The Rings, four DVD's!

It has taken four nights and we still have one more disc to go before starting on the second film!

Well, there we were, up late and half asleep!

Today The Missus is taking us out for our morning walk 'cos Old Two Legs has got an early morning job to do which means that us and the ferrets get all mixed up!

Like, they got a little run around and a change of Poo Trays then it was back into the cage with a promise that TM would let them out later for a run around!

We headed for the beach and the tide was in and just right for a dip. Trouble was, every time I got down the beach and near the water TM would bellow out 'NO', so, I went to the next bit of beach and again, 'NO' so in the end, no swim, not even a paddle!

We got to chase a rabbit but to be honest, it was hardly worth chasing 'cos it was so small!

Back home the ferrets got five minutes run around the office and a slurp of Ferretone and then back into the cage, hardly a Rampage!

Late morning OTL returned and pretty soon we were all heading to the beach again. Unfortunately, the tide was out, so no swimming, not even a paddle! The ferrets had fun digging a hole or two then plunged into the sea grass to hunt snakes and other monsters!

What they found was a grumpy crab who refused to move 'cos he was too comfortable on the sand!

It's taken me ages to get comfortable!
Snowflake didn't bother discussing it with the crab 'cos the rain had started and it was still a long way from the car park!

Yeah! Whatever, it's too wet to discuss it with you!
We headed back to the car at a trot 'cos we didn't want to get too wet. Except Brambles who insisted on having a sniff and a roll every ten foot or so!

There were a couple of times when OTL picked him up to carry him 'cos he wasn't making any progress but as soon as OTL scooped him up, he wriggled about so much that OTL put him down again and told him to 'Hurry Up!'

Back home it's Doggy Scoff again but with any luck, we might get some muggings from OTL!

The ferrets got a good 'Rampage' around the house and Brambles had great fun eating our biscuits and splashing about in our drinking water bowl!

Then it was back to bed for him while Snowflake did some 'House Keeping' of her squeaky balls which she hides in the 'Adventure Playground', mind you, after all that 'Sorting' she then falls asleep in the box and OTL has to dig her out and put her back into the cage again, all without waking her up!

See you tomorrow!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles!

Snakes in the Grass!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles back again!

Well, what an exciting day, sort off!

It started this morning very early, Holly could hear something out side the house, so, being on 'Puppy Patrol' she did her 'Keep Quiet and move on' woof, which lasted a long time, long enough to wake The Missus up.

TM, being a friendly sort, especially at three in the morning, joined if the woofing as well!

Then she proceeded to bounce about on the bed claiming she couldn't get back to sleep and because of that, she made sure everyone else was awake to join her in not getting back to sleep again!

That of course didn't make Old Two Legs happy and he got up a little earlier than normal, which in turn means the ferrets were woken up earlier than normal!

So, that means TM managed to wake everyone up and of course she blamed everyone except herself!

Down on the beach we had a fun time digging holes and chasing each other.

Miss Snowflake had trouble getting out of the ferret bag 'cos she really wanted to catch up on her sleep!

Just a Five Minute Snooze, Please!
On the way back we came across Mr Bailey who was having a 'Mid Walk Rest'. He is getting on a bit and is a bit slow. That of course is an open invitation for Brambles to have a little joke!

He and Snowflake were dancing along the path and just before they got to Bailey, Brambles rolled onto his back and called out that he would wrestle any one within six feet!

Then he fell on his back and kicked his legs up and called out 'Come on, Who's next?'

Come on, who's next?
Back home we had a great Lambs Heart breakfast followed by a super snooze. OTL was getting on with his work until lunchtime arrived!

Today OTL decided that he would try his Macro Lens as the insects were about, so off we set and pretty soon landed in the car park.

We got out and a our mate Mercedes, the Bozo Labrador who thinks OTL is wonderful, seemed to have left his TL on the grass. Even OTL was a little puzzled and asked what he was doing.

'I've just let loose a snake that I found in the garden' he replied and offered to show OTL where it was. It seems that the snake was caught by a cat and was a little shaken by the experience.

When we got to the spot, the snake had crawled off into the undergrowth. Before he let the snake go, the TL had taken some pictures and he kindly sent them to OTL.

We picked the best and after a little fiddling OTL came up with this.

Thanks, I'm off now!
We didn't see any snakes so OTL had to put up with the insects on the flowers! First of all we spotted the Soldier Beetles!

Smile for the Camera!
Next OTL found a Dragonfly having a rest on a plant and crept up to take this shot.

Just having a rest.
Then, a Flesh Fly landed on a flower and started drinking the nectar.

Holly said that it was the first time she had seen a Vegetarian Flesh Fly!

Really, I don't like meat!
It was rather warm and Holly decided that she would take every opportunity to have a rest in the shade!

This is a cool spot!
We found this flower that had three insects having lunch together, a Soldier Beetle, a Flesh Fly and a Bee or Wasp, we can't make up our mind and OTL can't find it in his 'Insect Book'!

Three for Lunch!
Back home it was back to snoozing until OTL finished his work.

He is out early tomorrow and TM will have to take us out for our morning walk. Mind you, she says that she will not be able to take the ferrets out, just us. So, after we come back she has said that she will let the ferrets out for a rampage!

Now that will be fun!

So, we're off to do some mugging, see you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles

Monsters in The Forrest!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles back with you again!

It has been a muggy sort of day today, the sort of day that is just right for snoozing under the tree in the garden, after a big bowl of chicken!

Well, that's what we did after we got back from our morning walk!

Brambles got out of the cage before Miss Snowflake was even awake! That means he gets first slurp of the Ferretone!

The Early Morning Slurp!
When we got to the Car Park I saw a rabbit having some breakfast grass, that was it, straight out the back and we raced across the grass to find the Sneaky Bunny had legged it!

I Hate it when they do that!
Around the corner we met up with a couple of woofers and because they were on leads, Holly played The Tart and danced about, just out of reach!

Holly, playing The Tart!
We had some fun on the beach and then headed back to the car. Holly and I had to wait at the top of the grass path while the ferrets were messing about diving in and out of the grass!

What's it going to be like when there is four of them?
Holly and I found a sniff and Mr Bro Brambles just couldn't keep his nose out of it! Holly said it was an old sniff but Brambles till wanted to have a share of it!

I don't care if it's old Sis!
Then he did a quick flip and rolled onto his back and wriggled around all over the sniff!

I mean, it's just not fair, Old Two Legs would have stopped Holly or me if we did that!

This is how you do it!
Back home there was chicken waiting for us and with OTL busy working we had a good snooze until lunch time when we headed off to the carriers.

Before we left OTL spotted a Red Admiral Butterfly on the Buddleia, so, out he gets and takes a couple of shots.

Red Admiral on the Buddleia!
After the carriers, OTL asked where we fancied going, 'The Forrest'! we woofed and off we went!

When we got there we spotted a notice that had been nailed to a fence post.

Shorthorn Coo?
Now, we had never seen a Shorthorn before, Longhorn and Highland but not Shorthorn!

So, being 'Careful Woofers', we kept a watch out for these new Coo's!

Wassat a Coo?
At first, every noise we heard we thought might be a Shorthorn Coo and of course we would stop very still and listen and look, very hard!

No Coo Sniffs here!
In the end we didn't see a Coo or even come across Coo Poo!

Holly reckons that they must have been down the other end of the forest and was munching on fresh grass!

I said that was OK by me, I don't do Coos!

Back home for another snooze before getting ready to mug OTL again!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles.

Someone Nicked The Water!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles back with you!

It been a super sunny day today, this morning was great, we saw Bailey the old Long Haired Labrador who says he is 'Over One Hundred'!

He reckons it is too warm for him especially with all his hair and he said he wished he could go in for a swim but didn't think he was fit enough to go splashing about like he used to!

We did our 'Rabbit Hunt' first thing but the rabbits were heading back to the burrows for an after breakfast snooze.

This is no good, they've gone!
Down on the beach Miss Snowflake was having trouble working out why her rock had shrunk!

Brambles says I've been wee'ing on it too much!
What Brambles didn't tell her was that he had thrown sand all over her rock so it couldn't be seen properly!

Let's see her find it now!
Feeling somewhat cheated of a good wee, Snowflake came over to help me dig a hole in the sand.

Mind you, she can't shift as much as I can but in the end I had to let her have a go!

Come on, it's my turn now!
Needless to say, once she got in the hole, she wouldn't let me back in again! I left her to it and wandered off down the beach.

Bro Brambles came up and said that Snowflake wouldn't let him, I told him about I was kicked out as well!

She won't let me in either!
I decided to play a trick on Old Two Legs. First I made him stand still and close his eyes, then I walked up the beach and told him to get ready with the camera.

Then I ran down the beach and jumped up and woofed 'NOW'!

Daisy jumping over OTL!
Up the grass path Snowflake and I were having a ferret around when something moved in the grass. We didn't see what it was and because OTL had Snowflake on a lead and she was in the way!

Well I reckon it's a snake with legs on!
Brambles decided not to bother chasing anything as it was too warm for running about! So, while Snowflake and I were investigating, Brambles did what he does best, he just rolled onto his side to catch a few more rays!

Wake me up when your finished!
We didn't find any snakes or mouses or lizards, so we headed back to the car and home for a bowl of Doggy Scoff!

OTL went back to manufacturing while us Woofers stood guard by the food cupboard, just in case something fell out while OTL wasn't looking!

Mind you, we got plans for OTL's dinner tonight!

We had to go out walking at lunchtime with The Missus as OTL was out working.

When we got down to the Sea Wall I ran straight down the beach to the water.

Only problem was.....................No Water!

I mean, nothing, not even a puddle to roll in!

I stood there looking to the left and then to the right and then out to the horizon but there was nothing!¬

I was not a Happy Puppy!

Holly didn't care 'cos she 'Doesn't Do Water'...................But I Do!

Well, you can't win them all!

Maybe tomorrow!

See you!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles.

Cloudy Monday!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles here!

What a change in the weather, this morning was a little damp but not too wet.

We went out this morning with the ferrets and Old Two Legs and while everyone charging about Miss Snowflake found some old clothing that a TL had left in the rock pool.

Come on, a few washes in that machine and it'll be OK for OTL!
After some discussion with OTL it was decided to leave it there and see if the sea would wash it first!

Along came that Bozo who we always bark at but he never acknowledges us 'cos he is in love with his ball.

However, today he came along and spotted the ferrets. ' What are they?' He said, then he dropped his ball! 'Well, look at the Long Wheel Base Rats!'

That was just too much for Holly. 'Hey Bozo!' says Holly, 'You're talking about my Bro and Sis, watch it or I'll take your ball and shove it up your tail!'

Rats?
That was it, Bozo dropped his ball and it rolled off the wall and landed at OTL's feet!

OTL picked it up and threw it along the Sea Wall. Bozo Woofer forgot about the ferrets and off he went!

Clever or wot!

Of course, Brambles just had to open his mouth!

'Hey Sis!' he calls out 'Thanks for looking after your Bro & Sis!'

All Holly said was ..................'Shut Up!'

We headed back for home and Brambles was calling out to Holly......'Who do you love the best, me or her Sis?'

Holly would only say...............................'Shut Up!'

Brambles said he felt a tickling under his tail and asked me if I could see anything crawling around his tail. I had a look but there was nothing there.

No, can't see anything there!
Snowflake came up and gave me a kiss saying that I was very brave getting that close to his Butt!

If you want I'll clear ears out as well!
Back home there was Lambs Heart waiting for us and our snooze beds were calling as well!

Lunchtime OTL was clicking away at the Soldier Beetles on the flowers, you know, they only come up to the flowers to mate but spend the rest of the year on the ground!

I'm getting tired of all this!
After the walk we headed off to do some deliveries and Holly and I had fun sticking our head out of the window and blowing raspberries at all the other cars, especially when we're waiting at the traffic lights!

So, no swimming today so I stayed as dry as Archie Babe and Sis Holly!

See you all tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles.

Soggy Sunday!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles here again.

We were out this morning and just for a change, it was raining!

Not buckets of rain but enough to make us all wet, even Old Two Legs!

We didn't hang about too much but by the time we got back to the car we in need of a good rub down with our towel!

It didn't help that the ferrets were chasing along behind us and Bro Brambles kept telling Holly to 'Gets a Move On Sis!'

Holly was not happy about that but decided to leave it 'cos she wanted to get back to the car and get dry!

They're behind us again aren't they?
Lunchtime we were out in the sun shine and of course, I was in swimming. Holly called out, from well up the beach, 'Hey Look at That!'

That's what we should do to you!
There, having a little splash about was this woofer who was being kept on a lead, a short lead and there, behind him was the TL up to his knees in the water!

I just don't believe it!
We had a good laugh about it and I did some more swimming before heading back home so OTL could get his jobs done before The Missus comes back from her 'Glue Slapping'!

So, soggy start and a soggy finish, what could be better?

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles here.
