It's Sunday so that means F1 Racing!

 Hello Woofers!

It's Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret here!

Well, as we expected, this morning was a little windy and cold. You could tell that 'cos Old Two Legs let us wear our jackets which help stop the wind from blowing under our legs!

Stay close to the vegitation and the wind is less!

As normal at the weekend, loads of Two Legs and woofers roaming along the sea wall, so we stayed well up on the top of the hill above the beach.

There were very few birds floating about so OTL got the camera out and went looking for new plants to photograph. Sadly, there were very few plants that we could get to so he went after anything that had a flower!

We were not too sure what this one was but it was hiding below the other plants and was keeping out of the wind!

So, it got snapped!

Not sure what it's called but we have seen this one before, I think!

This was all on it's own so OTL snapped away and was wishing he had brought his Macro Lens to get rid of the background, but, hey ho, you can't win them all!

Next time it will be 105mm Macro and possibly an F4 aperture!

Mind you, this shot we have done before but there was so much more blossom we couldn't resist!

You know, this even set off OTL's sneezing!

I reckon there will be a lot of sneeze making flowers this year!

Back home we sat and watched the F1 Racing, a terrific race and a super finish. OTL reckons that in the end it was experience that got the win but there is still a load more races to be run before the end of the year!

Tomorrow we are expecting the new battery for the caravan and the last packet of screws to keep the roof vents on the caravan. So, all we will be looking for is a dry, sunny day to install it all!

See you tomorrow.

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.

We Love the Weekend!

 Hello Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret here!

We have been listening to the weather man and he says that this weekend will be cold and windy plus a bit wet and here we are, Saturday and it's just windy and only slightly cold!

The new vents for the caravan have arrived and so has the adhesive and some of the screws. Only one pack of screws to arrive and Old Two Legs will be swinging on top of a ladder against the caravan roof sticking and screwing the vents in place, plus, it should be warm for at least three days!

Fingers crossed for the last pack of screws 'cos we can't start without them!

Lunchtime walk down by the sea side was full of Two Legs and their woofers. Holly wanted to go down and say hello but OTL says we have still got to stay away from everyone, even though he has had his first jab!

The clouds cleared a little and it was rather bright over Sheerness!

  Maybe it will rain tonight?

Over the hill the Daffodillies had been picked or blown over but this one was in the middle of an area where the path doesn't go, so no one was tempted to pick it without a deviation from the pathway.

 The Last one this week?

Holly couldn't remember this one and called it a Slippy Cow'!

Now we all know it's a Cowslip'!

The Drilling Rig is still there but at least it isn't blocking the river like wot that thing is doing on the Suez Canal!

You can see there is a hint of green on the trees, Spring is here!

Heading back to the car, the Hawthorn makes a pretty tunnel.

It's a good job we can get around the side of that gate!

It looks good looking back as well!

We had a visit from Rosie today to drop off a super Birthday Cake with 'Happy Birthday Eileen' in pink icing. Mind you, it's a good job it didn't have any candles on, 'cos that would have constituted a fire hazard!

OTL says it will taste super just like wot the other ones have done from Rosie!

Miss Wendy came out to say hello to Rosie and get a cuddle. Let's hope it won't be long before the village hall is open again and Wendy can see Rosie again.

See you all tomorrow.

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.
