Back to work again!

 Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret here!

Well, the weekend was fun, loads of sniffs and an exciting F1 Race!

Today the battery for the caravan arrived and the pack of small screws to hold the roof vent frame in place.

We are now waiting for the last pack of screws to arrive and Old Two Legs will be off with his drill, screw driver and tube of adhesive!

But, until then, it's back to walkie time and photographing the spring flowers!

We hadn't noticed them before but today the Daisies were all bright and deserved a couple clicks on the camera!

I think this was F4!

This next one was F8, you can tell by the background being almost in focus!

Now, just for Archie Babe, OTL took a couple of Holly and me but we were more interested in sniffing the sniffs instead of looking at him and saying 'Sneeeeeeze!'

Someone tell him we don't do glamour photos!

We saw a few woofers and of course OTL just had to say hello to them. Us, well we get bored easily and go wandering off looking for more sniffs!

You'd think by now he would have got fed up with stroking strange woofers!

We headed off into the forest and tried some more shots of Hawthorn blossom and try to get a blurred background.

This one was the best at F2.8!

Back home we decided to leave the battery install until tomorrow and with a bit of luck the final screw pack should have turned up by then!

Tomorrow OTL says he will take the Tilt/Shift lens and see what can be done with the Hawthorn Blossom!

Bye for now.

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.

Sunday, 28 March 2021

It's Sunday so that means F1 Racing!

 Hello Woofers!

It's Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret here!

Well, as we expected, this morning was a little windy and cold. You could tell that 'cos Old Two Legs let us wear our jackets which help stop the wind from blowing under our legs!

Stay close to the vegitation and the wind is less!

As normal at the weekend, loads of Two Legs and woofers roaming along the sea wall, so we stayed well up on the top of the hill above the beach.

There were very few birds floating about so OTL got the camera out and went looking for new plants to photograph. Sadly, there were very few plants that we could get to so he went after anything that had a flower!

We were not too sure what this one was but it was hiding below the other plants and was keeping out of the wind!

So, it got snapped!

Not sure what it's called but we have seen this one before, I think!

This was all on it's own so OTL snapped away and was wishing he had brought his Macro Lens to get rid of the background, but, hey ho, you can't win them all!

Next time it will be 105mm Macro and possibly an F4 aperture!

Mind you, this shot we have done before but there was so much more blossom we couldn't resist!

You know, this even set off OTL's sneezing!

I reckon there will be a lot of sneeze making flowers this year!

Back home we sat and watched the F1 Racing, a terrific race and a super finish. OTL reckons that in the end it was experience that got the win but there is still a load more races to be run before the end of the year!

Tomorrow we are expecting the new battery for the caravan and the last packet of screws to keep the roof vents on the caravan. So, all we will be looking for is a dry, sunny day to install it all!

See you tomorrow.

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.
