I get another Paddle!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret back again!

Well, it's been a funny old day today, frosty this morning but not windy.

Then we heard that Archie Babe has been kept in at the vets to check on his blood pressure.

Now don't those vets know that all woofers get high blood pressure when they get taken to the vet. Have you seen the size of those needles!

High Blood Pressure, it's a wonder we don't explode!

Take our vet, like, I wish someone would, but last week Old Two Legs asked for a prescription for my tables and some anti tick stuff and he asked for some anti tick stuff for Holly.

That was last week.

As we were passing the vet on our way home, after dropping stuff off to the carrier, the vet looked all lost and didn't know what OTL was talking about!

It's a good job we aren't in any hurry!

Anyway, claws crossed that Archie Babe gets out soon with a clean bill of health!

Talking of clean, I managed to get a paddle in the sea 'cos I told OTL I was a bit grubby around the butt end but I'm sure he didn't believe me! 

Look, I'm nearly clean!

You know, you let the Two Legs loose and look what they have done to the grass!

Not content with melting the poo bin they now try burning the grass!

Hooligans the lot of them!

OTL found a Cow Slipper plant that was resting against the flower next to him, if you forget the stalk, you would say the flower head was twice the normal size!

When we got home OTL got onto the place where he gets our pills from and ordered up the stuff. 'Cos Holly is a bit heavier than I she has a bigger dose and the lady on the phone said 'Ah, Holly, yes, she is bigger?'

No says, OTL, she's just fatter!

That's when the fight started!

Another day like Sunday!

 Hello Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret here!

I've managed to get the computer away from Old Two Legs to say 'Hello'!

Again, nothing too exciting, except for the early morning walk in the late sunrise.

Looking out to sea we could see a container ship heading up the Thames even though it was well out in the estuary.

 Can you spot it?

You have to look hard!

You know, those container ships are getting bigger every time we see one!

Lunchtime we were shoved into the car and off we went with The Missus sitting in the front. She had some stuff to drop off and we called into the park that has a spot called 'Horrid Hill'

There is some story that goes with it but we didn't stop long enough to read it as Old Two Legs wanted to get back home to do some more work.

Boring!

You know, as a punishment I think I will hide his bottle of Single Malt down the back of the ferrets cage!

Mind you, I'm not sure what Eric will do with it!

A Sunday like wot a Sunday should be!

 Hello Woofers!

It's Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret!

You know there are times when it all comes together like wot you always planned a day should be.

Today has been one of those days, you know I haven't slept so much, weed so much and just generally sniffed so much!

It's been great!

Old Two Legs has been playing on the computer doing something that is so important that he has not even noticed us snoozing on his feet.

The Missus has been playing with the glue pot and making videos of the art of glitter throwing!

In fact, other than a brief word to tell OTL to turn off the sound from the Alba Channel on the tv, well it was playing bagpipe music and being a bit deaf, OTL had the sound up a smidgen!

So, really that is all for today, OTL has gone off searching for his bottle of Single Malt and TM is muttering 'Slap it on!'

A bit of a change today!

Well, that's it, judging by todays weather, Spring has gone back home!

It was freezing cold, brought on by the wind that was howling in from the North Sea!

Our morning walk didn't last long!

When we went out at lunchtime it was even worse, I mean, we get out of the car and have a sniff then walk off to the sea wall but as we turned around the corner the wind saw us and tried to blow us back to the car!

It was when we got to the sea wall that we saw the results of the wind!

 White Horses!

 Looking down towards the beach we saw the waves were crashing high up the beach!

Not only high up the beach but cold and wet as well!

There were loads of waves that were doing their best to wash the beach away! 

 I stood for a while I stood watching the waves and thinking that if it was a just a little warmer I could go in for a deep paddle or even a swim!

  Well, I might think of going in but Old Two Legs will only tell me off!

 It was a good job we left Eric at home 'cos he would have stayed in the Ferret Bag to keep warm!

We met up with a couple of Westies who had been shaved yesterday and were cold and grumpy!

It didn't help when Holly called out that she was feeling too hot in her bright red harness!

You know, it's a good job that Holly can run faster that the Westies!
