Snoozy Sunday.

Hello Woofers!

It's Daisy, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret here.

We do love Sundays, I mean, what day of the week do you get an extra half an hour in bed all cuddled up and doing deep snoozes!

Even the ferrets get to have an extra snooze!

Miss Wendy, after pinching the Brambles Biscuits, heads off to the pile of doggy towels and buries herself then falls asleep with a full tummy! 

It's only when Old Two Legs digs her out, she opens half an eye and pretends she is a Dormouse!

 

Miss Wendy the Snooze!

When she first got out of the cage, she got a slurp of Dook Oil, a sort of Ferretone type stuff. While she was slurping away OTL decided to give her claws a trim, both front and back.

Normally the claws are clipped in double quick time but today she decided to have a game with OTL and she struggled to get away. Now when a ferret gets angry, they wag their tail like a woofer being offered a tasty treat!

Now, bearing in mind how old she is and the fact she was angry it surprised OTL just how fast she wagged her tail!

Mind you, it didn't last long and, in the end, she got her claws clipped!

Once she was put back to bed OTL went hunting Eric. He was found in The Missuses stock room, curled up in a corner guarding his squeaky balls!

You know, he didn't even wake up when OTL picked him up and put him back on his hammock!

Turn the lights out please, I need a snooze!

Being a Sunday, TM was on the Zoom Thingy with her glue slapping mates, making as much mess as she could and gassing with the best of them!

Lucky for us we had time for a pre walk snooze before OTL woke us up with the question, 'Who Wants to go Out?'

He does ask some daft questions sometimes!

Eric was still a bit sleepy but he had a run in the football field and along the beach before crawling up into OTL's arms for a rest!

You know, I could even do with a carry here!

 Being a weekend on a Sunday in particular, we had the sight of a speed boat thingy race alongside of the sea wall. Eric called them a rude name before heading off to the car!

 

Eric says they are a bunch of '^1@}8&#:/' well, that's the best interpretation of Ferret I know!

 Tomorrow's Monday, back to normality!

Eric tries Mountain Climbing!

 Hi Woofers!

It's Daisy, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret here!

We were looking forward to a sunny day today but the cloud cover stopped all that and the wind didn't help either!

Being the weekend Old Two Legs got a whole fifteen minutes extra in bed but I still had the job of waking him up!

Hey! That deadly sniff Archie Babe let off reminds me of the time when Snowflake let go of a Ferret Fart. Now if you think a Woofer Wind is bad, you should try a Ferret Fart! Gawd! Your eyes water and your brain goes into 'Wobble Mode'!

When a little lost ferret, Twinkle, came to stay for a few days, she would let loose a sniff that nearly took the roof off!

We were right glad that she ended up going back to her family and big brother!

The Missus always blames me for letting loose a sniff but OTL says he can't sniff it and says it's TM who is to blame!

Down by the sea wall the tide was in and the sea didn't look very inviting, so I stayed out of the water and contented myself with sniffing the sea weed!

Here a sniff, there a sniff, everywhere a sniff sniff!

 

Eric had fun climbing over the rocks and calling out that he should have put crampons on and brought his ice axe!

It's a good job we brought the ropes and stuff!

Looks a bit dangerous up here, wonder if OTL will come and rescue me?

The fun bit was that after all this climbing Eric wanted to share his tales of mountain climbing with me and kept on bumping into my legs.

I didn't mind the tales but I kept on treading on his nose!

If you get any closer I'll be riding on your back!

Not that it stopped him, and OTL thought it was funny that I had to keep telling him!

Tell you what, why don't we sit down and I'll tell you all about it?

Unfortunately for Eric, I wanted to get back home 'cos I had left a big bowl of scoff at home and couldn't wait to get back to it!
