It's the Foggy, Foggy Dew!

Hello Woofers,

Daisy, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret here again!

Well, what a start to the day, there I was all snuggled up on the bed, making sure that Old Two Legs got his proper quota of sleep when I was dragged off the bed and forced out the front door!

That Missus can be right bossy when she puts her mind to it!

As soon as the door opened, I was shocked to see that I couldn't see! I mean, like there was fog everywhere, you know I couldn't even see my paws in front of my nose!

Now when you get fog so thick that you get lost it can be very scary!

First of all, I headed up to the fields but got lost half way along the path. Next, I tried going to the left, thinking I was heading towards the bee hives but instead landed up in a path that led to Cross Park!

In the end I got totally confused and nearly fell into the pond!

I was glad when TM put my lead on my collar so we wouldn't get separated and headed off for home!

I decided that you can keep the fog!

This is lunchtime and the fog is still there!

One thing I did notice was that the tide seemed to be rushing in a lot faster than normal and of course there was the scum being pushed ahead of it.

It's always there but sometimes there is more than normal!

I think OTL must have been at the Jelly Beans again cos he was bouncing along the sea wall leaving me behind!

I must have a look at these vitamin tablets!

I must have a rest, just for a minute or six!

One thing I have noticed is the growth of fungi, we have seen the small button fungi but today there were the big ones.

I reckon there will be some big ones before to end of the weekend!

I can't remember what this one is called, I must get the Fungi Book out and have a look!

See you all tomorrow.

Luv,

Daisy, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.

More of the same as yesterday!

 Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret here!

Well now, as far as this promised period of sunshine and blue skies, I think it has bypassed us and headed off to Scotland!

Mind you, it was warm this morning, I know that 'cos the heating didn't turn on!

I managed to sniff a fox this morning, I sniffed it and The Missus saw it.

The fox went one way and I went the other! Well, my legs aren't as long as TM so I missed seeing it.

Lunchtime we were down the sea front but, on the way, down it started to rain and it was a good job Old Two Legs brought his big rain coat and left the camera in the car.

We met up with a couple of Lakeland Terriers who we have seen before, we had a sniff and then they headed off over the hill while OTL and I headed for the forest to get out of the rain.

As soon as we got home OTL was waving me good bye as he was off to take a parcel down to the carrier. On the way, he stopped in at the local garage and managed to get some petrol, the first time since the shortages began!

He had to go into town to get some more Chicken Strips for Eric and I, Miss Wendy isn't too interested in them and sticks to the kibble but Eric loves them!

The F1 racing is on this weekend from Turkey with practice today followed by Qualifying tomorrow.

The weather looks good and they have washed the track to get rid of oil from the new Tarmac so we should see some fast times.

Tomorrow OTL has a Zoom Meeting to do with his photography thingy but it doesn't interfere with walkies time of food time or even Chicken Strip Time, so we will let him play for an hour or so!

See you tomorrow.

Luv,

Daisy, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.
