It's the Dentist!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy and Eric de Ferret again!

Well, not such a good day, it rained last night and that made the ground soggy.

On top of that there was no sunrise, in fact we couldn’t see any sign of a red sky, just loads of grey clouds!

After cleaning the cage, Old Two Legs was off to the dentist to get a couple of fillings done. Actually, it wasn't too bad, three years and only two fillings!

Mind you, the bill could have been for three missed years!

After that we took the car back to have the radio bit installed. OTL reckons tomorrow he will be able to listen to Classic FM all the way home!

Boring!

Eric has been bouncing around his cage and OTL has allowed him out for a scamper and a cuddle.

Once again, as soon as he was put onto his blanket, he was rushing to get out again for another cuddle!

He soon settled back down again and tucked himself under the blanket.

That's it for today, nothing too exciting, just a gentle day!

Eric has been a right pain today!

Hello Woofers!

Daisy and Eric de Ferret here.

First thing this morning, before the sun got up and while it is still dark and cold, I woke Old Two Legs up in my normal fashion, a cold wet nose in his ear!

That always wakes him up but does nothing for his good humour!

We headed off to the sea front and it was exceedingly windy with a nasty wind chill as well!

We were a little early for the sunrise but was treated to an ever-changing vista over the top of Sheerness!

You can tell it's still dark but the sun could light up the clouds. It was a better shot five minutes earlier but OTL couldn't get across the football field quick enough!

Just as we got around the corner it started to change again and the clouds were begining to get lighter!

Then, the sun poked its head over the horizon and there was the sunrise!

Back home Eric was being a right pain. He would cuddle up in OTL's arms and pretend to go to sleep. OTL would then put him back under the blanket for him to sleep but as soon as his butt hit the blanket, he was up and scrambling to get into OTLs arms again!

This went on for ages and OTL couldn't get any work done, so, Eric got packed up in the travelling cage and off we went down to the football field where Eric was taken out and put down on the grass for a run!

Eric don't do running!

A slow waddle maybe but today is his first time out for ages and he had forgotten what the grass smelt like and how the earth was damp and cold!

The walk was longer than normal but Eric got to have a walk between being carried in the Ferret Bag!

Back home it didn't take long for him to fall asleep under the blanket and that is where he stayed all afternoon, allowing OTL to get on with some work!

Sunday.

 Hi Woofers!

Daisy and Eric de Ferret here.

What a day, first off it was all frost and by lunchtime it was almost warm and balmy!

Being Sunday that means we get an extra half an hour in bed and that also means that the sunrise has risen and was heading towards Sunset!

Looks more like a rocket taking off!

Eric has been having fun, he started off wanting to get out of his cage for a run around, then he fell asleep in the bedroom while I went out for a walk and just as we were going out at lunchtime, he was banging on the cage door to come out again.

By the time we got back from the walk he was fast asleep on the carpet in The Missus store room!

That's how his day has gone!

This afternoon we sat back and watched a DVD and I must admit, I fell asleep having a cuddle on OTL's lap!

I've just remembered that tomorrow is Monday and the only day where there is nothing planned. Not like the rest of the week, dentist then car menders then visit to a couple of customers.

It's all go you know!
