It's getting more like Spring!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy here again.

Another early morning, we missed!

You know, it's getting harder waking Old Two Legs in the morning. I've tried woofing, jumping up and down on the bed and even sticking my wet nose in his ear!

The Missus, on the other paw is an early riser, like last night, she woke up at twelve thirty, then two thirty and finally four thirty, and that’s without me sticking my nose in her ear!

Down on the sea front we met up with some of the walking woofers and of course they were all over OTL. Anyone would think they hadn't seen him for months!

Sunrise was a little rubbishy today and it only managed to light up the clouds!

Now, we have all seen better!

One thing we did see on the way back to the car was the grey squirrel that appeared last year. We got a shot of it on the path last year but today it was spotted up a tree where we reckon it's got its dray where it spends the winter months.

We missed out on a photograph cos we were so surprised to see it!

Lunchtime came and we kept our eyes open in case it was around but we reckon it has gone back to sleep!

It was then that the rain started and didn't stop all afternoon!

Spring it maybe but it's still wet!

See you tomorrow.

Luv,

Daisy.

Sunshine and Spring?

 Hi Woofers!

Daisy back with you again!

I made a discovery today as we went out walking, Spring has sort of arrived!

Look Hawthorne Flowers! The first this year!

Mind you, there I was looking at the blooms that were not there yesterday when this dopy Labrador decided he wanted a sniff!

 Sniffs by appointment only!

Just as a change, Old Two Legs pointed out the Tree, Ship, Bench and Poo Bin, mind you, the ship didn't stay long and it was heading out to sea as well!

A bit further around the hill, hidden in the protection of some trees, we saw another Hawthorne tree with some more blossom. I'm certain it wasn't there yesterday, OTL says it's a sure sign that the Spring has arrived. Won't be long before the Daffodillies start blooming as well!

Walking along the sea wall, I saw a Pea Bug insect thing only it's not insect cos insects only have six legs, (I think) and this one has loads under his protective coat!

Hey Mister, how many legs you got?

The sun was playing games again and OTL says it looked like a rocket taking off!

This is ground control to Major Tom.............

It was a bit breezy today but not cold enough to freeze you but if it goes on like this it will be warm before long!

See you all tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy.
