Sunday, Sunday.

Hello Woofers!

Daisy the damp here!

Sunday is for sneaking an extra half an hour in bed 'cos you know there is nothing that you need to get up for, like working or guarding, or selecting today’s menu!

Except having a full bladder!

So, a couple of minutes after six am I descended upon OTL's ear and gave him the well-known 'Wet Ear' treatment!

Now, I know that the clocks go forward in a few days time and I pretended that my attack on his ear was a practice run!

He didn't believe me!

Mind you, we did manage a sunrise shot with a few sunbeams!

Look, no rain drops just a few clouds and four sunbeams trying to make an entrance!

I did notice that the daffodillies had sprouted a couple more blooms and for a change, were looking at us!

Hello Daffy!

Lunchtime was fun, the sun was out and there was a gentle breeze blowing plus there were loads of new woofers being walked along the sea wall and weeing all over the old sniffs!

I chased after a scotty dog who found a bit of fox poo and was immediately marched back to the car to get a good wash when he got home!

I'd stay away from that fox poo if I were you!

I tried to warn him but he didn't listen, that's the trouble with the youngsters, they all think they know best!

Now, what he should have done is what I did, go in for a Deep Paddle!

Cooling!

It is just the dog’s doo dahs, a cooling wash of Medway water and mud and there's nothing OTL can doo cos he would only end up in the water if he tried to follow me!

Back home I got rubbed down with my doggy towel, then stretched out on the bed for a well-earned snooze!

You just can't beat a Sunday!

Bye for now.

Luv,

Daisy.

.....AND THEN IT RAINED!

 Hi Woofers!

Daisy here.

Not the brightest day today, it seems every time we got out of the car the rain came down!

We got out early so that TM could get the glue slapping stuff laid out but as soon as we got out of the hall, it started to rain.

As we headed along the road to Grain the rain stopped and the sun came out.

We pulled into the car park in Grain, opened the car door and.........the rain came down.

It was a case of speed weeing our way along the sea front and then down into the forest where the rain drops were a lot bigger!

As we opened the car door, guess what?

The rain stopped!

It stayed like that all morning and OTL got on with the stuff he had to do on the computer (Boring).

I decided to go to sleep under the desk until lunchtime.

My internal clock told me it was walkie time and I dragged OTL away from the computer and off we went to Grain.

Just as we arrived in the car park................the rain started!

OTL forgot to bring his hat so he had to put up his hood and spent the walk complaining about the water running down his neck!

The froggies were swimming around in the pond laughing and joking about the rain!

We retired to the lounge where we could watch the F1 practice and watching them get ready for the qualifying and then the race tomorrow.

I must admit, I fell asleep!

It was the drumming of the rain drops on the window that did it!

Bye for now.

Luv,

Daisy.
