F1, Sunshine and Hayfever!

 Hello Woofers!

Daisy Dog here again.

Up here the day started off super fine. The wind was just a breeze and the sunshine was out.

We were out early and so, missed the lads and in fact we missed everyone!

The whirligigs on the Isle of Sheppy were turning over, slowly and that is always a good sign.

It's not even worth a lie down in the mud!

The Missus was up the village hall with her mates, sloshing glue and glitter all over the place.

Lunchtime arrived and the wind had got up and you could see there were the White Horses on the wave tops and once again we didn't see any woofers at all!

I reckon they have all spent Sunday fast asleep on the sofa!

It was windy as well!

OTL has spent most of the day fiddling with the camera set-up trying to focus up on an imaginary moth on the work surface.

To begin with he could only focus on a spot the size of a five pence piece but by swapping lenses and varying the position of the camera we finally got it all to work!

Of course, having got it to focus up and stop it shaking, all we needed then was a moth!

Unfortunately, all the moths had gone to bed, so, as we were walking through the forest, we were looking for a butterfly but no such luck.

Instead OTL tried to get a shot of a Hover Fly who had stopped to watch what we were doing!

The camera was set up for landscape mode instead of high-speed shutter release and although we got the fly, it was a little shaky!

Never mind, there is always tomorrow!

Bye for now.

Luv,

Daisy.

F1 Stopped through rain!

 Hi Woofers.

Daisy here!

It has been a slow day today, it started off by getting up late and therefore late to get to the sea front.

On the way I had a good sniff to see if Devo had been past over the last hour or two.

Not a sign of a Devo sniff!

On the other side of the car park a couple of gulls were hanging around to see if they could rob any crow of a biscuit!

Look, over there is that a crow with a biscuit?

Mind you, it is always possible that the crow has eaten all the biscuits!

Typical gull, all mouth and late again!

When we started to watch the F1 racing, there was a crunch from one car and then down came the rain and the whole show stopped!

OTL then went off to see if he could set up a system of photographing moths. But ran out of technical bits. It seems that the set up could photograph the hairs on a mosquito’s bum but not a whole moth!

Back to the drawing board!

With a bit of luck OTL will work out a camara system before the race starts!

See you tomorrow.

Luv,

Daisy.
