Didn't it rain!

Hi Woofers,

Daisy here.

The weather man got it right today, it has been raining on and off overnight and all today. As we headed off to the sea wall we could see a rather large rain storm in the distance, it was a good job it was going the other way!

What would have been worse is we didn't have a raincoat on!

We kept on checking to see if the clouds were going to empty a few gallons on us!

The fairground was almost empty and they were all rushing to get it done by the end of the day!

On the road again!

The wind was rather strong and the insects were hiding, again, but we managed a couple of shots.

This one was ducking and diving all through the grass and brambles!

Now, this was a cracker, it stayed long enough to get a few shots at the pattern when it opened its wings.

This was the flower it was sitting on and it had just flown away!

It was here and then it was gone!

This is a better shot as OTL had got a bit closer and the wings were open!

The F1 Racing was a bit of a disappointment. Lewis was on pole position but couldn't get the car going quick enough and by the time the race was over he was fourth in line, the same position he was at the first corner!

Claws crossed, maybe better next week!

See you soon.

Luv,

Daisy.

What happened to the sun?

Hello Woofers!

Daisy here.

Strange weather today, we were out early this morning and there were clouds all over the place!

Couple that with a breeze blowing along the sea wall it makes you wonder if there was some rain on its way!

We wondered if the fair would be washed out if the rain came down especially as it's all set to go today!

Looking out to sea there was a dismal looking cloud formation.

Not the best view we have seen!

It makes you wonder what sort of weather condition is needed to produce such a featureless sky!

I spent some time hunting the sniff spots looking for traces of Devo but I think we were out to early for him.

A little sniff here, a little sniff there, here a sniff, there a sniff, everywhere a sniff sniff!

Lunchtime we went around the field at the back of our house and we went looking for dragonflies but they had hidden themselves in the brambles!

After we got back it started, rain and the pond started to fill up again!

We need a couple of weeks, bright sunshine before we can finish clearing the pond, plus the frogs to grow up and leave the taddy poles behind!

See you all tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy.
