A Shampoo & Set Day for us Girls!

Hello Woofers!

Daisy, Holly & Snowflake back again.

We normally love Fridays 'cos that's the day that Old Two Legs finishes early and we normally go out on long walks, but not today!

Holly was up last night with a 'Grumbly Tum', we were given one of our favourite 'Chicken & Rice' chews that OTL gets from the Doggy Shop, but Holly, being the greedy guts that she is, ate her one then pinched mine and finished that off!

Around one thirty she went down to the back door and did her 'Let Me Out I've Got A Grumbly Tummy' woof. So, OTL rolls out of bed and staggers down the stairs to let her out.

It was just after three that finds OTL staggering down the stairs again because Holly was calling and when she came back in, she had the 'Grubby Butt' and was in need of a wash!

That'll teach her to pinch my chews!

We were out for our morning stroll good and early 'cos today is the day we have an appointment with the Poodle Parlour for our Shampoo & Set.

We met up with Max & Oscar, who, as normal, were just overjoyed to see OTL, Tarts!

Here come the Tarts!
After a quick chat we continued our stroll and we had to drag OTL away from the flowers!

Not sure, but we're going back with the tripod and a flash tomorrow!

You know, I'm almost sure that is the same bug we saw yesterday, either that or it's his brother!

Didn't we see you yesterday?
We got our walk and rabbit chase done in time and was down at the parlour with about ten minutes to spare. So, rather than sit in the car we had a walk along the grass in front of the cages where all the doggies are kept while their owners go away on holiday.

We have never heard such 'whining and woofing and sounds of woe' as we heard today, there must be loads of people going on holiday! Of course, we just pranced up and down and calling out that we were on the outside!

It was shortly after that the doors opened and we rushed inside to try to be first in line!

We didn't make it to the front of the queue so we had to wait. I was feeling a bit insecure and jumped up to OTL's leg, which is my sign for him to reassure me. He crouched down and I jumped up onto his lap, it helps a bit and I feel safe as well!

While I was up there, Holly jumped up as well!

It helped, but not much, 'cos we know what is coming!

I won't bore you with the details, but we were washed, shampooed, shaved, clipped and roasted with a hot air blower!

It was Hell!

Back home Snowflake had the run of the office and was fascinated with the sniff of OTL's boot, she just couldn't work out what it reminded her off!

What have you been doing in here?
Then it dawned on her, it reminded her of the other boot!

Two fifteen OTL collected us, after paying out a fortune, Holly and I were out of there in double quick time!

Once in the car OTL got a lick from both of us and the command to 'Get The Woof Outta Here!'

Back home to our dinner that we missed out on this morning plus a cuddle from The Missus!

So, that's it, we are all super smart and trim looking, wonder how long it will last?

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly &Snowflake

Back to work for OTL!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly & Snowflake back with you again!

You know what? Nothing really exciting today to report, which is most unusual!

We were up early 'cos Holly was snoring her head off and waking everyone up!

Even Snowflake was stomping up and down her bedroom mumbling about the noise!

Old Two Legs was in 'Manufacturing Mode' today and spent all morning in the office working away with his box of tools!

When we went out at lunchtime we spotted a new 'Wormy Man', we could tell he was new to the job 'cos he wasn't far from the beach!

The new ones worry about sinking into the quicksand!

Mind The Quicksand!
We both thought it was funny and Holly decided to have a woof at him as we passed, not that he took any notice, he just carried on digging amongst the rocks!
Leave him alone, he's New!
By the way, did you like the shape of the photo? OTL has been playing again!

You'd think he had better things to do, like take a ferret for a walk of tickle her tummy!

It is getting close to 'Insect Time', that means that he will be changing his lens for a 105mm Macro and a tripod and some other bits of gizmo stuff!

A Green Bug having a bath on a Daisy!
Back home it was back to work again and we retired to our favourite snoozing places until all was ready to be taken down to the carrier.

We helped OTL by standing guard in the car while he off loaded all the stuff and then instead of going out for another walk, we headed home!

That's not the thanks we were looking for!

That's it, if he thinks he's getting a cuddle tonight, he going to be mistaken, no walks, no cuddles!

Off we go now to try mugging him for some of his dinner!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly & Snowflake

OTL shows his age!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly & Snowflake back with you again!

Today has been a day of sweat and tears and aches and pains and something strange in the pond!

Let me explain, as you remember me saying, Old Two Legs had half a ton of pebbles delivered so he could finish off the 'Rocky Patch' in the garden. Well, first thing this morning the man in the big truck turned up with the bags of rocks, all twenty eight of them, on a big wooden pallet!

He dumped them down on the drive where the caravan is parked. OK, that's no problem says OTL, thinking he is still young and fit. On goes his Boiler Suit and Industrial Work Gloves and he starts carrying the 25kilo bags around the back of the house. He started off all sort of bouncing along with a bag cradled in his arms but slowly he started to slow up and then his back started to give him pain and in the end he was staggering along with the last bag, sniveling and whinging!

Holly and I both went to the back garden, jumped up onto his lap and gave him a cuddle to make it all better! The Missus brought out a cup of tea but that didn't really help 'cos she had forgotten to put some sugar in it!

In the end the rocks were spread all over the area and, it don't look too bad, now he has got to do some weeding and sow some 'Wild Flowers', but that will have to wait until next year 'cos there are still some weeds growing on the patch!

Now, there we all were, looking out of the window at the garden discussing the birds and the pond and how good the rocks look when there was a big 'Plop' in the pond.

It was the sort of Plop you get when a fish flicks it's tail at a passing fly or insect. We didn't see any tail, in fact we didn't see anything, strange!

Holly says that it must be something that lives in the pond but we only know of the insects and the snails that have taken up residence since it was filled with water last year, very strange!

Holly says that until we find out what it is, she is definitely not going to be drinking any more pond water, no matter how refreshing it tastes!

So, OTL now has an aching back, he is all sweaty and pongy and in need of another shower!

It was a good job that he took us out for a walk at lunch time 'cos he had to get rid of the wooden pallet the rocks were delivered on and of course, you know what is near the rubbish tip, The Forest!

Holly and I fancied a bit of Squirrel Hunting and OTL had his camera with him so he wouldn't be bored!

OTL's Hunting Bluebells!
 First I looked this way.

I Spy With my Little Eye
I really looked hard but in the end couldn't see any squirrels, just birds and Holly having a sniff!

So, I turned around and headed off to a new location where I had seen squirrels before and ........

Still no Squirrels!
This was getting bad, OTL got his Bluebells but I couldn't find a single squirrel!

Maybe tomorrow?

Well that's if the rain holds off and we get down the Forrest again!

Well, I'm off to see if the Doggy Scoff looks or sniffs any better than it did this morning when Holly and I both decided it might be a good idea to have a 'Fasting Day', I've sort of gone off fasting, especially when my tummy rumbles!

See you all tomorrow.

Luv,

Daisy, Holly & Snowflake (Presently out of the cage and 'Rampaging'!)

I'm in Trouble Again!

Hello Woofers!

It's us again, Daisy, Holly & Snowflake.

You will be pleased to know that Holly is feeling much better now but she still has a sore butt!

Old Two Legs has been washing it every time we come back from a walk and Holly reckons if he carries on this way it will wash off!

Snowflake has  been a good ferret today, she hasn't tried to scare OTL again and has even given OTL a wash by licking  his hand when she was cleaning her claws after a slurp of Ferretone!

She had a little clear up in Snowy Towers and then off to bed for a snooze.

The Sleep of the Innocent?
She looked all warm and cuddly in her sleeping bag, Holly says that as she didn't bite OTL it must be the 'sleep of the innocent', I said I'd reserve judgement on that one, I've seen the size of her teeth!

We spent the morning doing what we do best, eat breakfast and then some serious snoozing!

Lunch time we set off for The Forest, via a couple of customers but when we got to town, it was raining. So, OTL took one look at the direction of the wind and said that the rain may miss us if we went back to The Sea Wall, and you know what?

He was right!

We had our stroll along the Sea Wall and Holly woofed at a fisherman who had just finished his lunch. He didn't even save us a nibble, and that upset Holly!

OTL had left the lead in the car, so when we got to the rabbit ground, I rather fancied my chances of having a dig in the rabbit hole. I sort of hung back a bit, waiting for OTL to push Holly towards the car and as soon as they disappeared around the corner, I dived back to the hole and had a great dig!

Before long back came OTL, with the lead in his hand, he was not looking a 'Happy Puppy', in fact, he even growled at me!

I know I was a bit dirty 'cos some of the hole had fallen down on my back and it had also got in my ears and on my head and around my chin and up my legs and all over my tummy and in my tail and.........well, you get the picture.

I thought that I would just get a good brush when I got back but, OTL started to fill up the sink with warm soapy water, not a good sign!

Well, I got washed, from the tip of my nose all the way down to the tip of my tail, and there was nowhere in between that wasn't washed!

So, here I am, clean but still a 'Damp Doggy' watching the antics of Gob and Mouth, who are getting fatter by the hour!

Feed Me Mummy!
Mum & Dad have been feeding them all day and I just don't know where they put it all!

They have been flapping their wings and have been preening their feathers, so I think that it won't be long before they fly the nest and are off to explore the big world!

Snowflake is still asleep, there is another one who seems to get more than her fair share of snoozing!

Tomorrow, OTL reckons that the rest of the rocks are going to be delivered, so that will be another bit of the garden finished!

Bye bye for now.

Luv,

Daisy, Holly & Snowflake

Snowflake gets The Pickle in her!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly & Snowflake here!

Wot a grey old day it's been today. We got up and stuck our noses out of the back door then decided to go back to bed!

We were enjoying our 'After Wake Up Snooze' when we heard Snowflake chuckling away in the office. Old Two Legs was in there throwing Snowflakes squeaky toys around and she was going potty rushing about collecting and stashing them in her travelling cage!

OTL was also cleaning out her 'Top Floor' where she has her food and water and one of her beds and a 'Play Box' made by OTL out of a cardboard box!

He had removed all the stuff and was brushing up the spilt food when she came rushing up from the floor below and just flew at the cloth OTL was using to wipe the floor.

Don't Worry, I'll Kill It!
She grabbed it and gave it a really good shake, then looked at OTL, who thought she was going to give his hand a good shake as well, so he withdrew his hand from the cage at a lightening speed, unfortunately he banged his hand on the cage door and now he has three very sore bits that have only just stopped bleeding!

To help cheer him up. Snowflake showed him how she can stand on her head!

Look OTL, 'On Me 'Ead!
I don't think that helped too much so she decided to help him eat his breakfast of Rabbit Food, well, the milk really!

I 'LOVE' Milk!
We went off for our walk down on the Sea Wall and Holly said she was not feeling too good, a bit of an upset tum we think. What is worse, it has put her off her food! Still, knowing Holly, it won't be too long before she is back again!

Mind you, it didn't stop her chasing after a rabbit she saw!

Flying!
As we got closer to the car, OTL spotted a fox looking at us! We missed it 'cos there was some tall grass between us and the fox, however, we shall be keeping an eye open for him in future!

Sneaky Mr Fox!
We were a bit late with the 'Lunchtime Walk' it was more like very late afternoon walk but at least Holly said she felt better!

Feeling Better all the time!
She proved that by having a run and chase along the path and even took some interest in rabbit droppings, what even turns you on!

We hear that Archie lad has been back to the vet (not good) and has got himself a collar fitted so he can't worry his sore spot (horrid things!) but we're keeping our claws crossed that it is only some brambles that have scratched his back.

Put on a brave face Archie lad, we're all rooting for you!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly and Snowflake (Pickles 'R' Us!)

A Fun Sunday.

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly & Snowflake here!

Well, today has been a super relaxed day today. We didn't wake up until seven thirty, really late for us!

Snowflake spent some time mugging Old Two Legs for the milk in his 'Rabbit Food'!

We enjoyed a stroll along The Sea Wall but it was a bit windy and even OTL said he felt cold!

Holly spotted the rabbits out for a munch of the grass and did one of her 'Highland Charges' down the hill but as normal, by the time she got down there they had all gone to ground!

Chargeeeeeeee!
She'll never learn!

We have a new 'Follower', Sam, all the way from sunny Worcester, glad to have you on board Sam and we hope you enjoy our adventures!

By the way, what is the name of your Woofer, looks a Classy Pup!

The Missus told us that our mate young Archie, (A Cocker Doodle!) isn't feeling too well at the moment and has had to visit the vets, not a nice place!

We hope Archie gets better soon, our advice is for him to stay away from seriously smelly lumps in the grass and make sure he gets loads of chicken and rice!

That'll sort him out!

The garden looks like it has been zapped by atomic fallout, with all the weeds looking really sick and doing the 'Falling Over' trick!

We are not allowed out there unless we are escorted and then we are kept away from the weeds and the grass!

Lunchtime down on the Sea Wall, the wind was blowing and the waves crashing onto the shore, OTL was playing with the camera but as we have said before, see one wave and you've seen them all!

It still looks wet!
Mind you, this is June and we were really expecting balmy days with loads of sunshine and not howling gales and mountainous seas!

Looks Rough today!
We did see Max and Oscar who both commented on the wind and how their short coats were not really designed for cold weather in June!

Hi Girls, Windy Innit?
Holly said that we were off to the Hairdresser next Friday so it had better warm up by then!

We found and old stick and played a game of 'Chase' it was fun grabbing it off each other and at one time the game nearly turned into a bit of  'Chariot Racing' as neither of us wanted to let go!

NahYouLetGoFirst!
Tonight we plan to mug OTL for some of his shortbread but first we have got to get him to get it out of the cupboard!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly & Snowflake!

PS  Chin Up Archie!

Chemical Warfare & WMD's and Snowflakes Ears!

Hello Woofers!

Daisy, Holly & Snowflake back again!

We have been having fun watching Old Two Legs and The Missus wandering around with the 50 gallon drum of 'Super Strength Weed Killer'

There is OTL pumping away and TM, instead of just spraying the leaves, she attempts to drown the plant before there is any chemical reaction!

Mind you, she is the same with the fly spray, she can't wait!

We, of course, have 'Confined to Barracks' and can only watch out of the window!

After they had finished, OTL was straight up to the shower for 'Detoxification' 'cos his next job was to give us a brush!

Looking on the 'Job List', the next job is a brand new task. Ferrets seem to suffer from two design faults, the first is that their front claws grow at an alarming speed and have to be trimmed every so often, or, as OTL does, gives her a long run on the concrete of the Sea Wall!

He has trimmed her nails in the past and that is now no big deal, Snowflake doesn't even think about it!

OK, Wot You Got Planned?
The second design fault is their ears. They have an 'L' shaped auditory canal (ear holes to you!) and OTL has read that you should not go poking too far down with the cotton buds!

So, gathering a few cotton buds in a small glass of warm water, he got Snowflake interested in a bucket of Ferretone and while she was slurping away, he wiped the inside of the ear lobe to clear out any wax that was there.

It made Snowflake jump to start off with but in the end OTL managed to get out a little wax, Snowflake drank about two gallons of Ferretone and OTL felt better about her ears and their condition!
I'm sure there's some more wax in there, get the Ferretone out!
Mouth and Gob are getting bigger by the hour! The parent birds are in and out every few minutes with food for them and because there is only two of them, they are getting very well fed!

Feeed Meeee!
We are not sure, but we think the Blue Tits in the box on the shed wall have fledged 'cos we haven't seen or heard anything from the box for a couple of days!

There are loads of young Black Birds and Starlings running around the garden getting fed by Mum & Dad!

Mum, Feeed Meee!
It's fun watching them getting used to this 'Flying' thing!

Wheeeee!
The Green Finches have returned to the feeders after not seeing them for a few weeks.

So, after TM & OTL come in there is quite a lot going on in the garden!

OTL spotted this caterpillar crawling along and now he is looking for what it will change into!

What will it be?
OTL thinks that it is the Lackey Moth Caterpillar but he not 100% sure, so if you know.....tell us!

Lunch time we were down the Sea Wall again and the wind has got really strong now and as it was high tide there was a lot of water sloshing about!

Looks wet to me!
Of course, OTL was trying to catch the water as it splashed over the top of the Sea Wall!

Another Splash!
When we got back home, Snowflake had woken up and was all ready for a game, especially as her ears were nice and clean!

She was playing with her squeaky ball doing the 'Keepy Uppy' trick!

Hey! Watch This Game Girls!
We said that we would rather have a snooze and watch the F1 racing, it's Qualifying today with the race tomorrow.

So Snowflake decided to have a cuddle with OTL and also give him a playful nip 'cos she really wanted a game!

After that, even she settled down for a snooze!

Not sure what OTL has for dinner tonight but we enjoyed some lambs heart this morning and for 'afters' we enjoyed our 'Chews' from last night!

It will be fun to see what the WMD Chemicals have done to the garden or even if there is anything left in the garden that is growing!

Bye bye for now!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly & Snowflake (Gob & Mouth say hello too!)

Friday down The Forest.

Hello Woofers!

It's the Three Musketeers back again, Daisy, Holly & Snowflake!

Well, Snowflake sniffs a bit 'Musky' sometimes!

Last night we let Old Two Legs go to bed early so he can catch up on his sleep. Trouble was, Holly, being full of food and Doggy Chews, had nightmares and she was dreaming that a big rabbit was chasing her around the garden. So, what with her legs doing the 'Running on the Spot' trick, plus her woofing at the rabbit, it all woke OTL up, so he didn't get the complete nights sleep he wanted!

Still, we didn't want to be let out into the garden last night, so he has some things to be grateful about!

Snowflake is as bubbly as ever and OTL put her on the scales again and she is now 850g! So that is an improvement and a vote of confidence for the beef she had from OTL yesterday!

My tum is OK, so all is well with our world.

Pity Old Two Legs is not so happy. During the time we have been on holiday, it has been raining here in North Kent and then the sun shone and then it rained some more and then the sun comes out again. All of which means that the plants have all sprung into bloom, weeds included!

We are trying to build a 'Natural Wildlife Garden', you know, one that looks after itself but to get that effect means a load of work!

So, today The Missus has been wandering around the garden making notes for OTL on where he can do some weeding and where she can do some 'Designing of Boarder Plants'.

She has also ordered up a large bottle of chemicals called  'Super Strength' weed killer with a long hose attached to the side. OTL will have to walk around holding the container, pumping away at a handle to get some pressure inside while TM holds the hose a squirts the weeds with this stuff!

All the time we will be kept inside while the stuff dries onto the plants and they all fall over and whither away!

Well that's the plan anyway!

We are told that it is a 'Three Day Job' which is another excuse for not taking us out on an adventure and keeping us inside the house!

So, today we made sure we had an adventure when we went out for a walk, well, it started off going to the carriers to send off some stuff, then down to the rubbish tip to get rid of some more stuff, then down to The Forest so we could do our stuff!

We got there and were immediately passed by a couple of Bozo's and their dogs!

See, you don't have to have four legs to be a Bozo!

Bozo's Ahead!
It was good catching up on the sniffs and seeing just how many leaves had sprouted since we were down here last!

Mmm Sniffs!
OTL got all enthusiastic about the Bluebells, so he was on his knees clicking away with the camera while Holly and I started 'Hunting Squirrel'!

Bluebell and Bramble.
There were still loads of Bluebells all over the woods but not as much as we had seen in Scotland, mind you, down here the spring was well ahead of Scotland!

Pretty Bluebells.
OTL spotted some blossom that he thinks is Hawthorn, mind you it could be Blackthorn or any other thorn for all he knows. He is not too into plants, mainly because the blossom gives off pollen and when OTL and pollen come together.......BOOM.......Hay fever starts!

OTL is not happy when he gets Hay fever and it's just starting now!

Hawthorn Blossom.........we think!
It's OK that OTL has an interest, well it keeps him out of trouble but sometimes it does interfere with our walkies. We are forever having to come back to find him!

OTL!.........Keep Up!
Mind you, all we have to do is look for a big bunch of flowers or mushrooms or insects!

I Spy OTL!
We found him hiding behind a tree trunk trying to stalk up on a butterfly that wouldn't sit still!

OK OTL it's time to go home!
Back home we found that the delivery man had been and The Missus was reading the instructions on the weed killer.

I want to know why they have sent two 'Chemical Hazard Suits' as well!

I think we will stay in doors tomorrow until the yellow mist clears!

Bye bye for now!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly & Snowflake (and Gob & Mouth who are getting bigger!)

Wot a Shock, Wot a Night, Wot we going to do with OTL?

Hi Woofers!

It's us again, Daisy, Holly & Snowflake.

Remember I told you I got some of Old Two Legs left over meat from his curry manufacturing stash? Well, both Holly and I both woofed that down in record time!

So, last night we were both 'Well Full Up Puppies'!

I don't know what it was but last night I got a dose of the 'Upset Tums' and needed to go out about five or six times during the night.

That meant I had to wake OTL up to let me out into the garden, five or six times, starting at one thirty in the morning!

I didn't get too much sleep last night and nor did OTL.

You know, he's not having a good time with all this disturbed sleeping pattern!

So, there I was with a sore butt and a little tired of it all and Holly had given up and gone back to bed after deciding there were no 'Nasties' to woof at!

OTL was up and down the stairs looking like a Zombie!

So, around seven I started to want to go out, but not in the back garden, rather I wanted to go down to the Sea Wall where I could hide in the long grass and do my stuff!

OTL said he had 'Given Up' and got out of bed to get ready to take me out.

He wandered into the office to get his electric razor and, as normal, said 'Hello' to Snowflake who was in her 'Sssh' Sleeping Bag.

Snowflake didn't move.

She was in the bed with her chin resting on the edge of the bag and had her eyes open.

She didn't move.

She still didn't move when OTL stroked her nose through the metal bars.

She still didn't move when he undid the door and put his hand under the bag and lifted her up.

She was sort of 'lifeless'

OTL called to The Missus that he thinks there is something wrong with Snowflake and she could be dead!

He unclipped the bag from the cage and lifted her and the sleeping bag out, she still didn't move.

All this time her eyes were open, but not blinking.

Then OTL put his hand inside the sleeping bag and lifted her out to take a closer look.

She woke up!

She cuddled up to OTL and twitched her whiskers then snuggled back down into his arm!

Talk about a shock!

After she woke up properly, she was dancing all over the place, chuckling like the potty ferret she is and slurping down the Ferretone like it was going out of date!

OTL said he couldn't take much more of this!

You know, OTL didn't even complain when he was eating his 'Rabbit Food' from one side of the cereal bowl and Snowflake was slurping the nice cold milk from the other side of the bowl!

All this happened this morning and before it was even eight fifteen!

We have spent most of the day snoozing in our beds, that is Holly, Snowflake and me, OTL has been working away trying to catch up with the paperwork and stuff, so he has been pretty boring today!

We did get our walks along the Sea Wall and I got my butt washed a couple of times but it seems to have settled down now.

Holly hasn't been troubled with a tummy upset nor has Snowflake, so it must have been something else I have eaten that upset me.

That's what being a dog is all about, continuous testing of food stuffs, even if it does give you the Wobbles every so often!

Today, OTL didn't even take his camera out with him on the walks, he must be bad!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly & Snowflake

Getting Sorted Out and Becoming Aunties!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly & Snowflake here!

You know, going away on holiday is great fun but all this tidying up afterwards is a real 'Pain in the Tail', we have been working away this morning getting the garden sorted out and then there is our beds to re make after hunting out all the chews we hid there!

After our walk along the Sea Wall, Holly was complaining of an 'Itch' by her ear, so Old Two Legs had a look and yes, another tick!

We think this is one of the 'locals' 'cos it hadn't gone in too far and was all wriggly when Old Two Legs removed it.

The tick was last seen swimming like mad, going down the plug hole in the kitchen sink!

That was him sorted!

Another thing has happened while we were away, Mrs Sparrow, who built a nest in the bird box has laid a total of five eggs and so far, two have hatched and are getting to be big sparrows!

The nest box is still a complete mess and it is hard to see the chicks but every so often the grass gets moved away from the camera lens and we get a glimpse of a couple of mouths open wide and screaming to be fed!

We were thinking up names for them both, Holly thought that Itchy and Scratchy would be good but I said that those names have been used so many times before!

We were watching them get fed when the perfect names just sort of got said!

Gob & Mouth!

Snowflake says that she knows she can't eat them, but, just what do they taste like? Purely academic interest you know!

Yeah Right!

When we took Snowflake to the Health Spar she weighed 970g but today when OTL put her on the postal scales she was down to 830g!

We think that it was a combination of lots of exercise and she was off her food 'cos she missed us all!

Snowflake said she only missed OTL 'cos he gave her treats, like Ferretone and raw beef bits left over from the meat used for his curry!

I suppose that now she is back home she will be stuffing her self silly again and living the posh life again!

Maybe she was looking at the birds 'cos she felt 'Peckish'?

We met up with young Bryn down on the Sea Wall and he was showing off his new hair cut, looked really fit he did!

Bryn, looking good!
We told him that we were due for a 'Shampoo & Set' next Friday and would soon look as posh as him!

We had a chat about the really mucky foam on the tide but he said he had heard it was normal for this time of the year!

Normal for Spring?

On the way back to the car we spotted a big, very dark grey looking snake wriggling into the grass, it was a very dark  colouring but we didn't see any markings on its back 'cos it was just too fast!

OTL reckons it might have been an adder, so we're going to keep our eyes open for him in future!

We chased a couple of rabbits but to be honest, they were so far away that we stood no chance of catching them, but we've got to put on a show, just to keep them on their toes!

Lambs Liver tonight, so we're looking forward to that one plus the scraps of beef from OTL's batch production of curry.

Snowflake doesn't get it all you know!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy & Holly & Snowflake. (The Thin!)
