OTL's Paddling to Greater Heights!

Hi Woofers!

We're here again, Daisy, Holly, Snowflake and Mr Brambles.

We had a laugh this morning, at Old Two Legs expense!

First of all, he was up just after six so he can get his paddle around the office on the rowing machine. The ferrets got up to say 'Good Morning' but returned to bed quickly as they get a bit fed up watching OTL paddling around. Snowflake says it's just like watching a slow game of tennis, you know, plonk.....plonk.....plonk.....plonk!

After a while you get an ache in your neck or get to feel sea sick!

OTL on the other hand seems to be making headway, in stead of worrying about falling off the machine, he now has time to day dream as he ploughs his way through the waves and whirlpools of the office!

This morning he turned the TV on to watch the news while he was sloshing about. The problem is, he has to watch it in the reflection of the glass front of the wine cooler, so everything in in reverse, which confuses the hell out of the Old Boy!

This morning he is watching the weather forecast and trying to get his brain around a reverse picture of the map of Europe when he suddenly realised that the stroke count on the rowing machine had reached five hundred and fifty!

Well, that was it, he decided that as he was at that count, he would carry on to Six Hundred, which he did!

Will he keep it up?

That's the question!

It was a little overcast this morning but that didn't stop Mr Brambles from having his morning 'dig' on the path.

OTL says  it's more like 'Skid Marks' than a proper hole!

That's not a Skid Mark!
Down on the beach OTL found a lump of wood and threw it down the beach for us to chase, I ran after it and it was only when I got to it that I noticed the tide was right out, so no swim for me!

Holly, on the other hand, thought it looked remarkably like a stick she had buried a few days back and woofed at me to bring it back to her!

Yeah, on yer Bike Sis, this is mine!

....and that's when the fight started!
Snowflake and Mr Brambles didn't take any notice of us two scrapping in the sand. They were too busy digging holes in the sand and sea shells!

My Hole's Better Than Yours!
OTL called us to head back to the car and the ferrets shot off 'cos they wanted to get to a sniff they spotted on the way down to the beach and wanted to investigate it in more detail!

Wotcha Sniffin' Mr Brambles, is it a Stoat or maybe a Weasel?
In the end they decided it was Poodle Wee and carried on chasing each other all the way back to the car!

Breakfast was much better today, Chicken and Biscuits followed by a nibble of carrot. We reckon that Annie's offer of a 'Good Home' with Jasper shocked The Missus into action on the food front. We reckon that the thought of us leaving home was too much, I mean, if we left she would have to go back to soap and water instead of us giving her a 'Morning Lick'!

We headed off up to the office where I knew OTL had hidden my chew for me, so while Holly was making the most of the carrot, I sneaked off under the desk and spent some time 'Chewing the Chew'!

Holly was not happy but I didn't care, OTL was there to stop her pinching it!

Unfortunately, OTL had to go out to work this afternoon, so we spent our time snoozing on the sofa, just like little dogs should do!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Snowflake and Mr Brambles

Ooops! Late Again!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Snowflake and Mr Brambles here at last!

What a day of running around we have had today or as Old Two Legs would say, 'A Day of Ducking and Diving!'

Not that I have tried diving 'cos I've only just learnt to swim!

OTL has been playing with his big camera again and said that he wanted to convey a sense of speed.

????!

Wot?

So, he got me to run past him at my top speed and he was clicking away, as normal. However, when I looked at the picture I sort of see what he means!

Speedy Meeee!
The Missus really hates us!

After coming back from the morning promenade on the Sea Wall we got presented with our breakfast......Doggy Scoff!

Holly and I were not amused and Holly says we aught to pack our bags and leave home. The only problem is, who would have us?

You could see we were not Happy Puppies 'cos when TM switched the TV on we stuck our bottom lip out and sulked!

Bet you wouldn't want to eat Doggy Scoff!

Lunch time, that's a joke, all there was for lunch was Scoff! Anyway, off we went to the Sea Wall and as the tide was in I decided to have a swim. The big problem was, I couldn't find a stick for OTL to throw!

He had a brilliant idea, he threw a stone into the sea and I chased in after it, discovering a little too late, stones don't float!

Swimming after stones!
That was it, Doggy Scoff and Sinking Stones!

I decided that the best thing I could do was to go home and have an early night!

Unless we find a good home for us where we get Chicken and Lamb and Beef and Venison and Nibbles and Milk and, and, and, well you know what we mean!

See you tomorrow, we are off now to see Long John Silver (Michael) 'cos he is out of hospital now.

I bet he don't get DS for his dinner!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Snowflake and Mr Brambles

A Wet Day!

Hi Ho Woofers!

We're back again, Daisy, Holly Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles!

What a day it's been today! First of all we set out with Old Two Legs for our morning walk, accompanied by the ferrets and had a super run along the Sea Wall. Mr Brambles joined in the fun and kept chasing Holly and me trying to give our legs a nip.

Now that was OK, right up until he decided to chase OTL and instead of  giving him a nip, Mr Brambles ran into the side of OTL's boot!

That'll teach him!

We got some Lambs Heart this morning so we were well pleased with that, it seems that Archie's Mum has done her stuff and made The Missus pay more attention to our dietary needs!

I spent the morning in the office with OTL, snoozing and chewing on my chew!

Just Snoozing, Just Snoozing!
OTL was panicking about some stuff he was waiting to be delivered, the stuff left the factory yesterday but had not arrived at the proper time, so there he was, on the phone trying to find out where it all was!

Normally that's no problem but today we needed to go out a bit earlier than normal at lunch time 'cos there were storms promised for us early afternoon. OTL couldn't leave the house until the delivery arrived so TM said she would take us over The Farm. Now, as far as we were concerned that would be OK 'cos we hadn't been out there for a while and the sniffs would all be new!

Well, that was the idea anyway but what happened?

I Rained!

We got half way around the field and it started to come down in big drips, you know, the ones that land splat on your nose and you think, 'Who Threw That?'

It didn't take long before we decided to forgo the pleasure of the sniffs and headed back to home as fast as our legs could go while trying to pull TM along with us!

Wet, Damp and Soaking!
It was a good job that OTL was watching out of the window so he could get our towels out to dry us off as soon as we got in!

Well, that's it really, not much more to add, we all snuggled down for a snooze to await dinner and OTL is still trying to find out where his delivery is!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, (Damp) Holly, (Also Damp) Miss Snowflake (Dry and Snoozing) Mr Brambles (Eating!)

Monday and we get Fed!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly Snowflake and Mr Brambles here again!

First of all we have to thank Archie's mum for telling The Missus off for not feeding us!

Actually,, I sneaked down in the night for a nibble of the Doggy Scoff 'cos I was so hungry!

This morning, after our walk, Holly and I were tucking into a big bowl of Chicken & Biscuits!

Before we went out, Snowflake and Mr Brambles had a great time playing with the cardboard tubes again and once again, Snowflake had the pickle in her and she chased Mr Brambles around all over the place!

Come Here I want to Bite Your Butt!
Then Mr Brambles started to chase her and she rolled over onto her back and went all 'Soppy'!

Come on Chase me, I'm the Last Bus!
Down on The Beach, we met up with a Two Legs who had a Husky type of woofer on a lead. The ferrets were scampering about digging holes and you could see just what the Husky was thinking!

By the way, his name is Cyril and you could see it in his eyes..............'Go On, Just One Little Bite?'

Well, how about a little off the Flank?
It was a good job that he didn't get off the lead or we might have had a ferret cage for sale!

Both ferrets ran all the way back to the car and were in their travelling cage in double quick time!

After such a super Chicken Breakfast we fell asleep for a good snooze on Old Two Legs bed!

Our Lunchtime walk was a little early 'cos we were expecting rain this afternoon and we didn't fancy getting wet, so, off we went for a Sniff and a Wee.

TM decided to come along with us and brought her Bird Spotting Binoculars with her. These are the ones that she takes with her when we go on holiday, just in case there are some eagles flying about!

Here Be Eagles?
Well, we missed out on the Eagles but we did spot what we think is a Black Tailed Godwit poking around in the mud!
Looks like a Black Tailed Godwit to us!
Mind you, TM didn't seem too impressed when I asked if it tasted like Chicken!

Chicken?
Still, we had a good time chasing rabbits we couldn't find and congratulated our selves on getting back to the car before it started to rain!

No Rabbits and No Rain!
We have just heard that Michael's been thrown out of hospital 'cos they wanted his bed. So tomorrow we will go and visit him at home and providing he doesn't hurt too much, he may even get a lick if he bends his ears down to us!

Must go, OTL has Gammon tonight and that is most muggable, unless TM burns it!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles!

Another Lazy Day!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Snowflake and Mr Brambles enjoying another day of fun!

First of all, we have some new regarding our Fatty Sailor Man. This is now the end of week two of him rowing around the office trying to get rid of his gut!

Well, the first week he paddled around doing just four hundred strokes on the lowest setting, first thing in the morning, waking the ferrets up and making them laugh!

The next week he went up to five hundred strokes but this time when he got to number eighty in each of the hundred he would put a spurt on and go like the clappers until he got to the hundred.

Well, that caused even more merriment for the ferrets who were rolling on their backs laughing their whiskers off!

Now, today he has changed again, this time he has increased the tension to number two!

Number two in effect doubles the drag on the 'oars' and this morning we noticed that he wasn't so fast when he got to the eighty mark, in fact, we didn't see any spurts of speed at all and his face was getting redder as he paddled around.

The ferrets were getting worried in case he fell off the rowing machine as wouldn't be able to take us out for our morning walk!

It all worked out in the end and we think he will survive for today!

The ferrets had fun with the new cardboard tube, running in and out and Snowflake was storing all her squeaky toys in it!

Hey! I can stand up in this one!
As soon as she put a toy in, Mr Brambles would dive in and kick it out again! We think he was trying to be bossy but decided against it after Snowflake bit him on the backside!

Get yer toys out of here!
Snowflake went back to her other boxes and tubes and played a game of 'Hunt The Ball'

I can See Them!
Of course, when breakfast arrived, Old Two Legs got his bowl full of Rabbit Food and Mr Brambles got into his 'Begging Position' right at OTL's feet, looking up and asking to be fed!

Can I have some Milk Daddy?
Mr Brambles is a bit of a 'Guzzle Guts' and not only does he finish his Lactose Free Milk in record time but he polishes off Snowflakes if she hasn't slurped it all down!

Down on the beach we all had fun digging holes and I even went in for a little paddle! OTL wouldn't let me swim 'cos he hadn't got a doggy towel in the car and I would have got too cold!

The ferrets were having great fun and at one time Snowflake tried to pinch Mr Brambles hole!

Gerroff! Go Dig Yer Own 'ole!
Back home The Missus served up our breakfast.................Doggy Scoff! Yuk, Yuk, Yuk!

We have decided to report her to Archie's Mum so she will tell TM off good and proper!

I suppose now we will have to survive on what we can mug off OTL!

I had some fun with OTL, you see, 'cos the office is so handy, he keeps going in there and keeps up with the paperwork, which is pretty boring, so today I decided to do a protest 'Sit In' and prevent him for doing all that boring stuff!

This is a Doggy Protest!
It didn't do me any good 'cos he took the keyboard off the desk and worked on his lap!

Lunch time arrived and the clouds arrived and it got a bit colder outside. We decided to get out a bit earlier than normal 'cos OTL said that it may rain this afternoon.

Off we went, Sniffin' the Sniffs and having a good time, then back home.

Holly Sniffin' the Sniffs'
Holly tried to raise our hunger concern with OTL, she went up stairs and stood behind his chair and did her 'I Want Something' woof!

She then led OTL down stairs and into the kitchen where she sat down in front of the Doggy Scoff and looked at it, then she looked at OTL, then back at the Scoff and back to OTL.

Well, it couldn't be any plainer, so OTL told TM about it and you know what?

She said 'Tough, that's all they got!'

She can be so cruel sometimes, just wait until she wants a cuddle!

Let's hope OTL has some muggable dinner tonight!

See you tomorrow, if we survive!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly Snowflake and Mr Brambles

P.S. We hope Mike is getting better after the operation, we will wait for Sue to report back.

Didn't we have a Lazy Day!

Hello Woofers!

It's us again, Daisy, Holly, Snowflake and Mr Brambles.

Today The Missus was up at the crack of dawn 'cos she had one of her 'Master Classes' today and needed to get up to the Village Hall early to set it up.

Now I know that all we were doing was off loading all her stuff but Holly and I just couldn't resist a run around the hall.  You see it is so large and so slippery and so much fun that we both ran all over the place while Old Two Legs and TM were unloading the car!

Then it was back home to pick up the ferrets and off to the Sea Wall.

Of course, as soon as we got onto the beach, Mr Brambles was digging away and making holes everywhere!

....and Down We Go Again!
We all had a go at Rock Climbing and scampering over the beach, great fun! Holly was tearing up and down the rocks saying that she was doing 'Free Climbing' 'cos she didn't have any ropes attached and Mr Brambles said that it wasn't ropes but Ferret Leads just 'cos OTL doesn't trust them!

Yeah Right, like do we trust them!

Look, Free Climbing!
Back home to clear up all the mess in the office 'cos we didn't have time when we left for a walk. Snowflake was in a high state of fun and ran around chasing Mr Brambles and when he hid in the back of the desk drawer, Snowflake then started to chase OTL around while he was trying to empty the Poo Tray!

It wasn't too long before everyone settled down, we went off to have our Lambs Heart Breakfast (Yum Yum!) and the ferrets had their Ferret Nuggets and a slurp of Ferretone.

Then the pair of them curled up in their bed and spent the whole morning snoozing!

A Bed Full of Ferrets!
Come lunch time we headed off to the beach again and thoroughly enjoyed the new sniffs the tide had brought in, in fact I spent such a long time picking a sniff apart 'cos it seemed to have loads of sniffs all wrapped up in one!

I spent so long on the beach that Holly lost me and spent some time looking for me and of course, when I didn't appear, she even got OTL to call out for me!

Where has she gone?
Well, after while, I came up to the path and told her about the sniff, so, down she went onto the beach to investigate but of course, I had used up most of the sniff and it was hardly worth the effort, which didn't please Miss Holly Dog!

I had great fun watching her sniffin' away and getting nothing and when she finally finished, she came racing up the steps complaining I had pinched the sniff!

I've used all the sniff!
We had a super afternoon, Holly was crashed out on the sofa and I was fast asleep on the arm chair with my head on OTL's leg and OTL was snoring his head off!

A really lazy, laid back, snoozy Saturday Afternoon!

Late afternoon came and there was a crashing at the door and the door bell was 'ding--a-linging', it was TM back from the Glitter & Glue Class!

We were jumping up at the door and when she finally got in we gave her a good licking as a welcome!

She also came in with a big cardboard tube that one of the ladies, Jenny, had brought to the class.

Thanks Jenny!

It was a present for Mr Brambles and Snowflake 'cos they like that sort of thing, it is certainly bigger than their normal tubes that OTL supplies.

OTL says that he will try to get a photo of both of them sticking their heads out of the end of the tube.

That should be fun 'cos when they are in a tube together, normally one is biting the others butt!

Right, we are off to see what OTL has got for dinner, maybe a chance of a cheese biscuit or two?

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, (Sniff-less!) Snowflake and Mr Brambles

.....and then it Rained!

Hello Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Snowflake and Mr Brambles here!

First of all. claws crossed that Michael's operation went well, he is in for a Knee Job, not sure if they are going to replace the one he has or re-engineer what he has got!

We'll let you know what happens!

This morning we were out for our normal stroll and Holly and I spotted a rabbit sitting in the middle of the path. I mean, he was sitting there, sticking his tongue out and blowing raspberries at us!

Well, what is a self respecting pair of puppies going to do to that?

Dead right, we chased after him and scared him into running around the bushes!

Holly and I went after him so fast that I'm sure we were flying!

He only escaped 'cos Holly tripped up and I had to jump over her and the rabbit dodged to the side and was down his rabbit hole in a flash!

Next time Matey, Next Time!

Snowflake was ferreting around the 'Notice Board' again but said that there was no new news to be had. No other ferrets had passed that way since yesterday.

You know, that is where we are lucky, there are more dogs around than ferrets!

No News!
Mr Brambles dug a couple of holes in the sand, then suggested some rock climbing, he set off at such a pace that Old Two Legs had trouble keeping up with him, calling to Snowflake to 'Come Along' and us two to 'Stay Out of The Mud!'

This is an interesting 'Traverse'!
Soon Snowflake had caught up and was soon climbing up to the top. She got there before Mr Brambles and was calling out to him to Hurry Up!

Beat Ya! I Beat Ya!
That was it, the pair of them were arguing all the way back to the car on who was the best climber!

Back home to some Chicken, freshly cooked and tasting delicious!

Holly pinched some of mine 'cos she was a hungry puppy, having not eaten anything yesterday. I, on the other hand had mugged some baby carrots off OTL when he had his dinner!

Lunch time we went out again and I wasn't too sure it was going to be enjoyable 'cos as soon as we got in the car, the rain came down!

It was sloshing about all over the car and the windscreen wipers were waving about and throwing the rain off the side of the screen as we drove along.

In the car park we were trying to decide on the Important Question, do we get out or do we stay in the warm?

In the end OTL said the rain was almost gone and we were going out for a walk, Holly and I were not so sure!

We stopped on the path and had a sniff, then we both had a wee, just in case we needed to get back to the car in a hurry!

Then we had another sniff.

What do you reckon Sis?
The rain certainly had slowed down to just a misty sort of rain and that was clearing up as well.

OK, we decided, we'll have a walk along the first part of the walk and if the rain comes back, we will use the 'Short Cut' to get back to the car.

So, off we went.

We did the whole half mile walk and the rain held off, so well done Mr Clever Clogs OTL!

We saw a sailing ship trying to make headway up the Medway under full sail and it was only then that OTL wished he had brought his big camera with the big lens but this one isn't too bad!

Under Sail up The Medway!
Once we got back to the car, I jumped onto OTL's lap 'cos my legs and tummy were wet from walking in the grass and when I get wet like that, OTL's warm lap helps dry me off!

Mind you, I have to get off when he starts the car but by then he has put the heater on!

OTL wasn't too happy about it and complained all the way home about his wet trousers!

He is such a Wimp sometimes!

See you tomorrow.

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Snowflake and Mr Brambles

Doggy Scoff........YUK!

Hi Woofers!

Here we are again, Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles.

You can tell the Autumn is on it's way, the mornings are a bit colder than it has been over the Summer and where we would stay on our own bed, now we sneak up onto OTL's bed and snuggle up to his back and enjoy a warm spot in the early hours of the morning!

The ferrets say that they have their own bed to snuggle into and of course they also cuddle up together.

That's 'cos they are built for cuddling!

This morning when we went out this morning Snowflake stayed snuggled up to OTL while Mr Brambles was chasing us along the path!

BOOO!
He is a right little villain sometimes and tries to catch us out when we are planning to surprise a rabbit or two!

Down on the beach he leaves us alone and spends all his time digging in the sand and rubbing his chin onto a 'Marking Spot' that both ferrets have decided that will be the 'Notice Board' for any other passing ferrets!

Checking the Notice Board!
Of course, they also just had to have a 'Ferret Around' the plants growing on the beach. Mr Brambles said that the vegetation wasn't too exciting but still worth a sniff!

Mmmmm, bit rubbishy really!
We managed to get back before the rain started and was looking forward to our breakfast. The ferrets went off to their 'Ferret Nuggets' that contain turkey and all sorts of yummy stuff!

We went into the kitchen to find our bowls full of Doggy Scoff!

Oh No! we had that stuff a couple of days ago and we didn't touch it until late in the day 'cos we ran out of mugging opportunities!

So, we reluctantly accepted another day of 'Rumbly Tums' unless we strike it lucky. Well, the ferrets may take pity on us and toss a few nuggets through the cage bars for us!

Snowflake did pass a couple of nuggets but they were the old and dry ones she found under her sleeping cushion, still, I had a chew and said thank you!

On our lunch time walk we spotted those Bozo Ferrel Pigeons walking along the beach but as soon as Holly asked if they would taste like chicken, they flew off!

....taste like Chicken?
There was a Wormy Man out on the mud but we couldn't be bothered to wait for him to get to the beach and Holly said that there was no sign of a sandwich bag on him anywhere!

Has he got any sandwiches?
I was getting a bit desperate, so I gave him one of my 'Hairy Eyeball' looks but he still didn't look like he had any food, so we left him to squelch through the mud on his Wormy Quest!

Me, doing the old 'Hairy Eyeball'
So, that was it, back home, sniff the Doggy Scoff, go find an old chew I hid in the office and have a snooze until OTL gets his dinner!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy (The Hungry), Holly (The Starving), Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles (Both well fed on Ferret Nuggets)!

I Showed off to The Bozo's!

Hi Woofers!

It's Us again, Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles back with you!

You know, these ferrets can get into a right state sometimes. This morning, Snowflake did her 'Don't wake me up until you get to the beach' trick but Mr Brambles had the pickle in him again and proceeded to chase Holly and me at every opportunity! Not satisfied with that, he even had a go at chasing Old Two Legs!

Down on the beach both ferrets had a hole digging contest, Mr |Brambles won on both depth and length!

Then they both ran up the path jumping over and on top of each other and at one point Miss Snowflake was chuckling her tail off as she sank her teeth into Mr Brambles butt!

Back home we had our breakfast and headed off to the bed for a snooze.

OTL was busy doing his work 'cos he warned one of his customers that we were getting near to our 'Autumn Holiday' and they would have to wait for their stuff until we get back and what did they do? Yep! They ordered a load of stuff that OTL has to get out before we head off!

Lunch time came and I jumped up onto OTL's lap and licked his nose to remind him that he promised we could go to the New Park. He took the hint and off we went in the little car!

We got there and noticed that the car park wasn't very busy, which means that the mini two legs were still at school and we had the park to ourselves!

OTL dug a tennis ball out from under one of the seats and we were off, chasing the ball downhill towards the Swimming Hole!

When we got down to the Swimming Hole, there were four woofers paddling in the water and as I got there I woofed for OTL to 'Throw The Ball'

As soon as I did that, the woofers left the water and ran off with their owners!

I didn't care and in no time I was launching myself off the concrete step and into deep water!

Watch me get the ball  Holly!
I was swimming out to the ball and getting it back, then OTL would throw it out again and off I went!

Look at me! I've got the ball again!
OTL would throw the ball and I would go in after it but sometimes I didn't open my mouth wide enough to get the ball and instead of grabbing it I would push it further out!

So, there were times when I would turn around, come back to the concrete skirt and off  I would go again swimming out to the ball, grab it and back to shore!

Come here ball!
OTL was laughing at me swimming with my tail straight up in the air and called it my 'Periscope'!

Holly said that it looked more like a Shark Fin and called me a Dog Shark!

Maybe I'm a Woofing Shark!
Back home we told The Missus all about my swim and how Holly only got her paws wet 'cos she said that I could have the whole Swimming Hole to myself.

I was sorry there wasn't some of those big Bozo Labrador woofers who make such a big splash, I would have enjoyed showing off to them!

Still, there's always next time!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy ( The Shark), Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles

Michael gets a Licking!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles here on a dull, damp Tuesday!

It is a good sign that Autumn is about to descend on us followed by Winter, Brrrrrr!

I must tell you, Old Two Legs and The Missus dropped in to see Michael yesterday evening. It shouldn't be too long before they decide to either Throw Him Out or Operate on his knee. Mind you, OTL did suggest that they should chop it off, then he won't have any more problems!

While they were there, OTL spotted a Vertical Rainbow and managed to take a picture using Michael's mobile phone.

OTL said that TM gave Michael a lick behind his ear for us, so that's a result!

Then OTL said he told Mike that if he wants his other ear licked he could do it himself!

This morning OTL was up a little late and Mr Brambles and Snowflake had obviously got fed up with waiting for him and went back to sleep. So OTL didn't have any ferrets cheering him on this morning as he rowed around the office, they were too busy snoozing!

No, I can't be bothered either!
Although it wasn't raining, the walk this morning was a little chilly. The wind was coming in off the sea and it looked all dull and grey, not even a good sunrise to cheer us up!

The ferrets were digging away on the beach, as normal and Mr Brambles was chasing Snowflake all over the place! He obviously had the pickle in him again 'cos he was not only chasing Snowflake but he was chasing Holly, OTL and Me!

That ferret has got big ideas for one so small!

A super breakfast of Chicken was followed by a snooze on OTL's bed, a very comfortable place to snooze!

Lunchtime we were out again and the weather hadn't improved at all, but at least it wasn't raining, yet!

Holly said that she keeps warm by jogging along the Sea Wall!

This beats rowing!
Mind you, I rather fancied a swim in the sea but the tide was still coming in and all we could see was a muddy sort of scum racing up the beach and OTL told me I couldn't go swimming in that!

What about if I jump over the Scum?
The further we went along our walk the darker it got, we could see the rain clouds gathering, so, only stopping for the occasional wee, we headed back to the car in double quick time. I don't mind getting wet when I decide to go swimming but to get caught in the rain, No Thanks!

It looks like rain!
Back home, the ferrets were still asleep, as usual, TM was slapping the Glue and Glitter about, as usual, so we decided to have a snooze before dinner time, as usual!

Not too sure what is happening tomorrow but we are going to ask OTL if we can go down the New Park 'cos that is where the Swimming Hole is and I want to show off to those big Bozo Labrador dogs who make such a big splash when they jump in the water.

I'll show them what a Terrier can do!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles
