Another day of ever decreasing circles, and I get really 'Pongy'!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles back again!

Did we have some fun this morning!

We all went down stairs when Old Two Legs called us for our walk, the ferrets jumped into their cage and Holly and I expected our lead to be clipped on.

But no! OTL was there with our rain coats!

Now, as soon as Holly and I see that, we sort of 'Back Off' 'cos we just don't like the rain and Rain Coats normally mean rain, loads of it!

When we stepped out the front door there was hardly any rain at all, 'Goody Goddy' says Holly and heads for the car.

As we get closer to the car park, the rain drops get bigger and more of them as well but when we got to the car park, no rain!

Off we go, chasing a rabbit or two and sniffing the sniffs all along the path until we got to the beach where both ferrets jumped out of the bag and began to 'Ferret About' !

The Long Legs was still over in Sheerness and looked rather impressive in the morning light, well, that was until the rain clouds rushed across the River Medway and rained on Sheerness!

Who is for a quick wash?

Then it happened, the heavens opened up and down came the rain, onto us! There was loads of rain and some strong wind as well which blew us all the way back to the car.

We got soaked and so did the ferrets and so did OTL!

The weather was terrible and OTL managed to get a shot of it as it chased us all the way back!

Back at the car, the ferrets got a rub down first and then popped back into their travelling cage.

Next it was Holly and my turn to get a rub down. However, by the time we had all got dried off, the towel was as wet as OTL!

So, he didn't get a rub down, he had to wait until he got home and changed his clothes!

Lunchtime it wasn't much better, there was still rain splashing about but we managed to get a quick walk along The Sea Wall.

OTL was mumbling about not bringing the Yellow Filter out with him to photograph the clouds!

Where's a Yellow Filter when you need one?

While he was looking up into the clouds, I found a sniff, a Super Sniff', a big soggy sniffy Pongy type of sniff that almost blew my tail off!

So, what did I do?

Yep!

I had a roll, a really good roll, a roll that went from my left back leg, over my back and down my right leg!

It was super!

OTL spotted me and tried to tell me off and called me a Pongy Puppy!

Did I care?

No!

Well, not until we got home and I got washed by The Missus who just kept on about how Pongy I was, as if there was something wrong with that!

OTL headed off out on his own to do deliveries and a bit of shopping for the holiday.

He came back with a new pump for the water in the caravan and some pegs to hold down the awning and some blue stuff to put down the loo and some gas for the cooker and a pretty blue rubber football to go over the ball hitch on the car!

Then there was a couple of other bags that were far more interesting!

We could sniff chicken fillets and chews and cat litter (for the ferrets poo tray), and there were some teeth cleaning chews!

Yum Yum!

Holly says that she is going to try for a chew tonight, just to get us in the 'Holiday Mood'!

OTL has been playing with the photo of the clouds and changed it all around to make it look like a Yellow Filter job!

A big dollop of Photoshop and it's getting close!

So, that's it today, OTL has never had so many phone calls in one week, do you think that his customers know he is going on holiday and are panicking in case they haven't got all their stuff?

Tomorrow, we expect to go down to the Riverside Park 'cos there are some final bits to be delivered!

Getting to the last few jobs, we think!

Hello Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles back again!

Another busy day today. Out good and early for our morning stroll along the beach.

That Ropey Thing was nowhere to be seen, but it may come back, you never can tell with those rope things!

Looking over to Sheerness we saw a boat with very long legs! Old Two Legs said that they put those legs down onto the sea bed when they are doing work like installing the wind powered electricity generators.

He couldn't say for certain, but he thinks he may have done some work on that one a few years ago!

Long Legs!

Both ferrets were in a good mood and Miss Snowflake had a go at climbing up the Sea Wall, until it got too high, then she fell down onto Mr Brambles!

Shall I give you a shove dear?

We met up with Butch, and Holly really fancies him rotten! She goes bounding up to him and starts acting like a Real Tart!

She winds him up rotten and she also knows he is not allowed off his lead, which makes it even more fun for her!

OTL was off down to the carriers with a load of stuff then off again to his customer where OTL was doing some modifications to stuff he delivered a few days ago.

Unfortunately, we couldn't go with him 'cos they don't allow dogs in there, unless they are a Guide Dog, like wot we 'aint!

The Missus gave us a walk at lunch time but she didn't take her camera, so you can't see pictures of us chasing a dozen rabbits and two Nargles!

OTL's back now, so all is well and we plan to do some mugging tonight!

It seems that TM has been getting a load of requests, on Face Ache, for OTL to do some Doggy Sitting, but the doggy is a Whacking Great Rottweiler that thinks if Holly and me as a 'Tasty Morsel'!

Yeah, in your dreams!

He Left Us!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles here again!

We were up early this morning 'cos Old Two Legs has planned to go out to Dungeness RSPB Site.

So we caught the early sun over the River Medway, it certainly looks like it's going to be a good day!

 Miss Snowflake was in a good mood and played 'Hide and Seek' with OTL and any one else who would take notice of her!

Bet ya can't see me!

 We did have a laugh when our mate the Beetle came scurrying past and without stopping called out 'Morning Snowflake' can't stop too busy!' and she was supposed to be hiding!

Too Busy, Too Busy!

Back home Ian and The Cat Woman had arrived and OTL had to hurry up and get the ferrets sorted and back in their house fully fed and tired out!

Then Ian and OTL packed up their stuff and headed off to Dungeness without us! OTL had already told us that the RSPB were 'Anti Dog' and didn't want us woofers running around upsetting the birdies!

OTL took his big lens and although there were not many birds to photograph, there were some doing silly things!

This Common Tern was trying to call out to his mate not to try to land on his perch 'cos they would both fall off!

Go On, Clear Off!

His mate landed on the post next to him, by the way, OTL has been playing with the Photoshop buttons again!

This is My Post!

OTL said he was watching the Terns when three swans passed by, eating the stuff they eat, when, with a sound like Wet Thunder, a big male swan came crashing towards the other swans from behind and chased them away!

Get Outta My Pond!

 He chased them half way across the water shouting at them all to clear off!

Then, having got rid of them he came steaming back and asked.........

OK, Who is Next?

And they were worried about little woofers upsetting the birds? I reckon the birds do a very good job of upsetting each other, never mind us woofers!

They arrived back late this afternoon and after showing some of the pictures OTL headed off to the office to get prepared for tomorrow, more work!

Looks like the run down towards the holiday now!

Still Working!

Hello Woofers!

Us again, Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles.

Well, today Old Two Legs was planning to sneak off to do some bird watching but first thing this morning, it was raining and there was a load more rain getting too close!

So, instead of having a day out on his own, he spent the whole day with us!

Lucky Lad!

First thing this morning we got our coats on and headed for the beach, guess what we saw?

Oi! Wot are you doing back on our beach?

It's back!

It wouldn't say where it had been but we told it that it really should move on and not clutter our beach!

If we see you on our beach we will disassemble you, OK?

The ferrets wouldn't leave it alone and they both gave it the 'Ferrets Warning'!

We didn't hang about for too long 'cos it was raining and we didn't want to get too wet. Mind you, the ferrets were having fun in the wet grass and when they got back to the car OTL had to give them a good rub down with our towel!

Lunchtime it had stopped raining but there was still a bit of wind but the temperature wasn't too cold!

I decided to do a run along the bottom of the sea wall and dodge the waves!

I wasn't in too much danger 'cos the waves were just lapping at the wall and not splashing as they do sometimes!

Can't Catch Me!

 Along the grass path Holly found a really good sniff and said that she really fancied a roll in it but as OTL was watching and very close, she tried to get me to do a roll!

As if!

You roll if you want to, this girls not for rolling!

Mind you, we will keep an nose on the sniff 'cos we got Archie Babe and Maisie visiting next weekend so we got to keep some 'Good Sniff' for them!

Back home OTL was still working but as of six thirty this evening, he has just one more to do before Tuesday morning, then, with a bit of luck, it will be a slow run down until next weekend and Holidays!

Saturday and He is Still Working!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles here!

I thought that this weekend was a Bank Holiday Weekend, you know, sit down, have a snooze, paws up and loads of nibbles!

Not as far as Old Two Legs is concerned!

He has been 'Manufacturing' and then pounding away on the computer doing some sort of list for one his customers.

Next thing we knew, we was off to pick up the caravan from the people who service it for us!

Now, that was fun 'cos we stayed in the big car while OTL went in and paid for the service, got a couple of new bottles of gas and a spanner to connect the pipes to the bottle!

That was loads of fun 'cos we were woofing at the people who were wandering about looking at the new caravans and then we were woofing at the Caravan Engineers who were wandering about doing things to the caravans!

It was good to drive back home with the caravan on the back of the car, it sort of felt like we were almost on holiday!

Still, only a week or so and then we're off for real!

We saw Bailey this morning and he said he wished he could go on holiday but it's an effort getting around the beach with his arthritis!

Yep! Off Home Now, but Slowly!

 Down on the beach Snowflake was having fun trying to get back into the ferret bag and having seen Holly do it, she did what she called the Ferret Commando Creep!

 Then she made a rush for the bag but OTL spotted her and she ended up on the beach again!

Curses! I've been spotted!

 Mr Brambles was having fun running along the Sea Wall and a couple of times he went right up the wall and rolled over!

It's The Wall of Death Run!

 The grass path was full of sniffs and because they didn't come out yesterday, they were catching up on the sniffs, ours as well!

Not Bad, Not Bad at all!

 Back home it was all rush and tear around and then down to the caravan and back again.

During the lunchtime walk Holly discovered a Whelk that had obviously lost it's way!

Oi! The sea is that way!

 Mind you, there was nothing inside the shell so we reckon that the Whelk has gone on holiday!

Although the tide was in, it was too cold for a swim so all we did was to look at the sea splashing onto the shore!

Splashy Splashy!

We were waiting at home, up at the bedroom window, waiting for The Missus to come back from her Master Class.

After a good 'Welcome Back' we settled down to some serious mugging!

TM and Us today!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles here.

Well, what a day!

Old Two Legs was up at the crack of dawn today and after his breakfast with the ferrets and cleaning their Poo Trays, he was off out, leaving us behind!

This working stuff is getting too much!

This means The The Missus took us out for our walk, Holly and me but not the ferrets!

She still doesn't feel in total control of them and lets face it, ferrets won't come back if the get off the lead and I don't think OTL would be very pleased!

So, Holly and I had a chase around but no photos, TM forgot the camera!

Back home and OTL still not back, so we relaxed on the sofa for the morning.

Lunchtime OTL was still away working, so TM had to take us out again, but this time she got all sneaky!

Where Holly and I would have a sniff, then a rummage about, chase a rabbit or two and dive into the undergrowth looking for Nargles and stuff. TM kept whispering, 'Where's OTL?'

Well, that got us all excited 'cos we thought he was at home waiting for us. We cut our walk short, just to head home and look for him!

All the way back Holly was woofing and I was calling to him as well.

When we got in, there he was, upstairs in the office, working away manufacturing again!

We all had a super cuddle and a lick on his nose, then Holly and  I settled down to watch him working. He finally finished what he was doing  at seven thirty!

So, we are now off to see what he has for dinner, and mug some!

Good News Day!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles here!

Well have we some good news!

Remember that poor little Teddy who was sitting on the block of concrete waiting for her friend? Well, she fell off a couple of times and Old Two Legs put her back up again and it rained and rained some more and then it got dry. Well, today we pulled into the car park and she wasn't there!

OTL had a look all around the car park and the blocks of concrete but she was nowhere to be seen.

We reckon that she has been found by the little Two Legs who lost her!

Now, that's good news!

Teddy's Gone Home!

With that very good news the day turned out to be a Super Day and Mr Brambles said that with the sun shine on his back he really felt good!

Life don't get much better than this!

 Mind you, they spent so much time rolling in the grass that Holly and I were getting a bit fed up waiting for them both!

How long do you think they are going to be?

We headed off towards the car and were enjoying the sniffs when behind us we heard 'Yo Girlie's, Yo OTL!

It was Barney!

We hadn't seen Barney for some time and he had just got back from a long holiday over in France!

We couldn't stay for too long 'cos OTL had a lot of work to get done today, but it was good to see Barney again!

Lunchtime we were back again and OTL had his camera and said that he should have brought his yellow filter 'cos the clouds looked 'Exciting'!

Now, does it look better in colour or black & white?

 Now we're not so sure about the clouds but we reckon when it come to us, colour is best!

 So, there we were, on top of the bench when along comes this gang of Basset type woofers who couldn't get up onto the bench!

Poor Dears!

Didn't we have fun woofing at them safe in the knowledge that they couldn't get to us!

How did you get up there?

We enjoyed snoozes today 'cos OTL has been working hard today, manufacturing and delivering!

He is going to be very busy tomorrow as well and still has some manufacturing planned for the weekend as well!

He says that next time he wants to be born as a woofer! Yeah! Let's see how he gets on with Doggy Scoff!

Oh Look! It's Raining!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles here again!

Wot a change from yesterday! We went out first thing this morning and there were little drops of rain sploshing down, but not wet enough for our rain coats!

Old Two Legs forgot to take off the Yellow Filter, so, you've got Monochrome today!
 
Mind you, they're getting better, not brilliant, just a bit better!

You can see that for Mono a good lump of cloud adds to the picture, even if there is nothing else there!

Seascape!

 Both ferrets were in a playful mood this morning and kept chasing each other. Of course, both of them were jumping on each other and rolling on the ground and even laughing at the same time!

Have you ever heard a ferret laugh? Well, it's like Ho, Ho, Ho, but shorter, sharper and harder, if you know what I mean!

OTL does a good imitation which has Snowflake in stitches!

Come on Bumbles, Outta my way!

Holly and I had a game of 'Blink' and Holly tried to put me off by doing her 'Commando Crawl' and waggling her backside at the same time!

It worked!

Well, she looked so funny!

Back home we spent most of the morning snoozing while OTL was working through the orders that have come in. Poor lad, he is working so hard that he is going to need his holiday!

Come lunch time, it was wetter, so we had to put our coats on and after a quick wee we decided that we didn't really want a long walk, just as far as the steps, then back to the car again!

I don't care, I'm going no further than the steps!

That was it, back to the car and back home again!

Now for some really good news, Lucy Babe is about finished with her course of treatment at the vets and it won't be long before she can get rid of that jumper she has been wearing since the treatment started!

I mean, a girls got to look good 'cos the Spring is here!

We also hear that Archie Babe has been troubled by Nargles encroaching on his patch.

Just keep yer Wand handy and don't forget, 'Swish and Flick'!

Did any of you see the pictures Mike took at the French Kite Fest'? Have a look, the kites are amazing!

OTL has got a couple of days of 'Manufacturing' ahead of him and it will take place in the garden, so, he is praying the rain goes away tomorrow and Friday!

We've been 'On Guard' in the Big Car today!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles here again!

Well, what a day today!

A bit cold to begin with but it warmed up during the day.

On the beach this morning the tide was almost all the way in and it looked so inviting, just right for a swim!

Trouble was, Old Two Legs was watching me and as soon as I got too close to the water, what did he say!

NO!

 In fact he said so loud that Snowflake stood very still thinking he was talking to her!

Hey! Wot? Me? No? Wossat?

Back home OTL was busy on the computer and we kept him company while he worked.

Mind you, he was complaining about Holly snoring, but that's normal, both him complaining and Holly snoring!

Lunchtime he decided to get the Yellow Filter out again and have a play with the Monochrome again. You see, he has a look at some 'Expert' Photographers Web Sites or Galleries. Then he gets all 'inspired' and off he goes click, click, click!

The Sea Wall at Grain

What he wants is to try photographing a Two Legs in portrait mode using just natural light. He says that he will have to stick with us 'cos models cost too much!

It is just not the same if he tries a 'Selfie'!

As he was telling us about models and such when heard a little voice call out......

Busy, Busy, Can't stop, Too Busy, Outta My Way!

Holly said that she recognised him 'cos he was going the other way a couple of days ago!

We didn't go straight home 'cos OTL had to pick up some stuff from his customer and return it to a supplier.

So, we had a job to do, GUARDING THE CAR!

While he was doing the pick-up, we were standing on the front seat and woofing at anyone who came near the car, especially Traffic Wardens!

We did a good job and then we headed off for Herne Bay to drop off some stuff!

He didn't stay too long and soon we were heading back home!

So, we have been good little puppies and OTL is safe and sound back home.

Now, what is he having for dinner?

A Super Fun Day!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Snowflake and Mr Brambles back with you!

Wot a Super Day it's been, the sun has been shining all day and Old Two Legs has been in a happy mood all day!

It started off this morning when he went to say 'Good Morning' to the ferrets. Both ferrets were awake and waiting for him. They both gave him a lick on his nose and told him to hurry up with their morning milk!

They have a small amount of Lactose Free Milk with a drop of hot water, just to take the chill off!

After getting showered he was back up with a tray on which was his 'Rabbit Food', a glass of orange juice, a mug of tea and two bowls of milk for the ferrets!

Now, what normally happens is, the ferrets slurp down the milk on double quick time while OTL has his breakfast whilst browsing his emails. Then, having slurped down all the milk, the ferrets have a rampage around the office and a game in their 'Adventure Playground'!

Then, when OTL has finished he gives the ferrets a slurp of Ferretone and fits their harnesses ready to go out walkies with us!

Somewhere between giving the ferrets their milk and getting their harnesses on the pair normally manage to leave a 'Marker Poo' each, somewhere in the office!

It's always a good game 'cos OTL has got to find them before going out 'cos if he doesn't, he may step onto them when he starts work and that would not be a good idea!

Here is the good bit.

Both ferrets have been sneaky and not done the poo in the usual places so OTL is getting frantic, is there a big pile of ferret poo lurking is some corner waiting for him to walk into, or, have the ferrets been super kind and left it in their poo tray, before OTL comes up with the breakfast tray?

Of course, the ferrets were keeping very quiet about this, just to wind OTL up!

Even down on the beach there were lifting their tails up and saying, 'Maybe or Maybe Not'!

Maybe we will or maybe we won't!

The sunshine over the estuary looked very calming this morning and even the ferrets stopped to look!

Yeah, it's OK but it hides the Rocks!

Back home we were packed off up stairs while OTL got the caravan ready to take to be serviced. He was planning to take it down there on his own!

Before he had hitched it up we had crept out the front door and into the front seat of the big car and waiting for him to hitch up!

After  we had dropped it off at the caravan menders we started to 'Talk' OTL, telling him we really needed a wee and a walk, and Now!

That means only one thing, we stop at The Forrest on the way back!

It was great, loads of sniffs from the flowers and we even saw a couple of squirrels as well!

Just for a change, it wasn't wet and soggy and full of mud! Today it was all dry enough to walk on!

OTL said we couldn't hang about 'cos he had work to be done!

We got back home and OTL was busy packing up the stuff for the carriers. He was planning on sneaking out with the parcels and leaving us behind, again!

No Chance! Does he never learn?

We were down at the front door before he had got the parcels down stairs!

After dropping off the parcels, Holly said she really fancied a Big Wee and could we go down to the beach on the way home.

It wasn't on the way home but let's face it, OTL falls for it every time!

We met up with Max & Oscar who were out for a stroll along The Sea Wall and told us about some sniffs on top of the hill!

Yeah, just near the bench and behind that big clump of weed!

Holly and I played 'Chase' on the beach but what we did was to start in the middle and run to the opposite ends of the beach then run back with some bit of Whelk Egg Sack and the first one back was the winner!

Go!

Holly cheated! There was a big ball of egg sacks half way along her bit of the beach, so, she was back a long time before me!

That woofer is getting just too sneaky!

So that is our little day today, oh, and by the way, Mr Brambles was down stairs stuffing his chops full of our biscuits, so that means he is back to normal again!
