All together again!

 Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret here again!

Well, what a hot one today!

I wish the weather would make up its mind, I mean, one moment it is pouring with rain and next it's blue sky and record-breaking temperatures!

It was a good job we went down on the beach cos I could roll in the sand even though the water was still over the horizon!

Today I'm walking on the sky!

It was also great that we had time to sit on the bench for a few moments looking out over the river.

I've seen that ship before; it was on the other side of that bush!

Just after midday we went off for a family get together to Auntie Janes house where Alfie, Oscar and Louie live.

They are the brothers who sometimes stay with us for a few days.

There was a jacuzi bubbling away in the garden so the mini Two Legs went in for a 'Deep Paddle'!

I really fancied going in for a swim but it was just a little too deep!

Uncly Ian did a super job of burning everything on the B-B-Q, but in the end it tasted just great!

It could be a bush fire!

Of course there was the traditional family photograph for the album!

A right bunch of hooligans and that's only the Woofers!

Now OTL is collecting orders for framed photographs!

 Bye for now.

Luv,

Daisy, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.

The weekend is here!

Hello Woofers!

Daisy, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret here again!

We love Friday's 'cos that means I get to bark at the dustbin men and then the weekend can start properly!

Old Two Legs was going to get out the ladder again and clear the gutters in the front of the house but he had some work to do and by the time he had finished, it was time for our lunchtime walk!

First thing this morning OTL took me out around the old golf course and we found that the owners had erected a big long screen around the inside, you know, one of those screens that keep in or out any wildlife. On top of that, there were squares of carpeting type stuff to see how many snakes or slow worms get under to keep warm!

OTL had a look under one of the squares but there was nothing there!

Maybe tomorrow he will take his camera and we will have a look at another square!

The lunchtime walk was not up to scratch, I mean, no water!

Well, there was water but it was so far away that I reckon we could walk half way across the river before finding any water!

Look! It is still miles away!

Looking further up the Medway it was still the same, miles of squidgy mud before there was any sign of water!

Maybe they should call it The River Mudway!

It seems that the white flowers had all gone and now there are only yellow flowers left. Pretty soon even they will have gone and then the green leaves will be changing as well!

It may just be yellow flowers but the dragonflies and bumblebees are still active. It's a pity the dragonflies don't take time to have a rest. They are tearing around all over the place and flying up high as well, we just don't seem to be able to photograph them!

All good things come to an end and as we come out of the forest, there is the car, sitting in the car park waiting to take us back home.

OTL says that providing it is cool enough and not raining, he may get Eric dressed up in his harness and take him for a walk tomorrow morning!

That will be fun!

OK, home James and don't spare the horses!

Bye for now.

Luv,

Daisy, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.
