Helicopters or Dragonflies?

Hello Woofers!

Daisy, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret here.

Well, today has not been so cold as I expected. I thought it would be six feet in snow or heavy frost thick enough to freeze your tail off!

Instead of that we got a clear sky (makes you cold) helped along with a bit of wind that makes it feel colder than it is!

This morning Old Two Legs was in manufacturing mode and by lunchtime had got everything made and packed up ready for the carriers.

While OTL was filling a plastic bag with all his stuff, I hid down stairs 'cos Eric was making too much noise rattling his cage door. OTL let him out for a run while he did the packing. Eric decides that he would help by getting inside the bag and re arranging the stuff inside. He is such a helpful little lad!

OTL told him to get out of the bag or he would ship him off to the customer to do some debt collecting!

Lunchtime as normal, we were down the sea front getting our 2.63 miles worth of exercise!

There was a ship coming into dock, being guided by a couple of tugs!

Left hand down a bit Mr Philips!

I went hunting sniffs at the place where we turn around and head back to the car. I don't like getting there but going seems like going downhill!

OK, I'm all sniffed out, what's that noise?

That noise was made by three helicopters heading up towards London. Mind you, they could have been going anywhere but they still made a lot of noise as they went overhead.

When you look at them in a photograph the rotors look like dragonfly wings!

Now Auntie Sarn, I never miss out of my food, it's just that I'm rather fussy when it comes to eating. I get a bowl of Doggy Dins put down for me of which I normally eat half, then I go and woof at The Missus for a treat, then, before I go to bed, I finish off the rest of the food, guided by OTL and when I finish that, OTL sends me off to bed without any treats!

OTL can be right mean like that!

TM is off tomorrow on some demo of glue slapping and inky fingers!

That means I have to make sure I get OTL up early enough for my walkies!

See you tomorrow.

Luv,

Daisy, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.

Getting colder now.

 Hello Woofers!

Daisy, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret here again.

Well, this morning Old Two Legs was up around half six, not because he wanted to, but rather 'cos I cuddled his head and gave his ear a good licking!

It never fails!

Mind you, when we got down on the sea front there was loads of cloud keeping the temperature almost as high as yesterday. Also, we were looking for a sunrise but unfortunately all we saw was a streak of sunshine behind the cloud!

Two Trees, a Bench, Poo Bin and a streak of sunrise!

Not exactly the most exciting morning view we have ever had!

Even when we climbed up onto the hill, we found the sea was right out, so, even with the mud in view, that streak of sunrise was pretty boring!

I think we will have to wait a bit longer before catching the sunrise.

OTL was waiting for the carrier to deliver some stuff that had to be given to one of his customers. It got to half eleven and I decided that it was walkies time, so off we went and I had to do the 'Long Walk'.

I was hoping that he would cut the walk short to get back for the carrier but there was no way he was going to miss out on the walk!

It's a long way to the end of the wall and the weather is still as boring as this morning!

When we got back the carrier had been, so, OTL gathers up the stuff and heads for the car, leaving me to recover on the bed!

I wouldn't have minded going with him but to be honest, my little legs were a tad tired after the walk!

Mind you, I had recovered enough to give him a Woofer Welcome' when he got back, two hours later!

It should be getting colder going towards the weekend, I think I may just keep my flying jacket on!

See you tomorrow.

Luv,

Daisy, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.
