Wot a Day!

Well, it's been another really grey day, no sunrise, no blue sky nor fluffy clouds!

Boring!

The only exciting thing that has happened is OTL has booked a hotel up on the North East coast for him and Alun to see Banborough Castle.

I think OTL will be taking his camera gear plus tripods and a load of other stuff.

He has seen the castle photographed from the northern side and on the beach, so, all he will need is a sunset and he will be tickled pink!

One small problem, I'll be stuck at home! It had better not be like today!

Twenty shades of grey!

We met up with that Boarder Terrier again. She is a right tear arse and had to give her a woof to keep her in line!

Hi! It's me again!

She got the idea in the end and to show she was a good girl she rolled over onto her back, stuck her paws in the air and grinned at me!

Common, let’s have a game of chase!

OTL thinks she is a super puppy and he always gives her a tickle on the tum! 

Mind you, I can't complain, I get lots of tickles and cuddles from OTL!

Here comes the weekend!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy here again.

As a continuation from yesterday we were left with the hotel saying they can't change the booking, the system couldn't see any email he sent. 

So, back to basics.

OTL found a telephone number that claimed to have a real Two Legs on the other end.

So, ring, ring and 'Press 1 to be confused' 'Press two to be insulted and press three if you hate telephones!

Off he went pressing the buttons on the phone and finally spoke to a real TL!

OTL explained, very slowly what the problem was and after a while, Mahmood, understood what we wanted and in no time at all it was all sold!

OTL then had a chat with Mahmood and found that he was in Amsterdam, talking to OTL in Rochester about a hotel booking in Gretna Green!

It would have confused me as well!

We were up early this morning and managed to catch a sunrise and all before the sun came up.

 

It was mild down on the sea wall and I was tempted to go for a paddle in the mud!

We walked along the top of the hill and slowly the sun climbed higher and lit up the sky and all before it poked its nose over Sheerness!

Not bad, not the best but still worthy of appearing on the blog!

 After the morning on the phone, I dragged OTL down to the sea front again and what a difference!

It looked like there was just two colours, if you don't include the white of the yachts sail!

  I think the term 'Bland' would be a good description!

 After that, a walk through the forest was a change and this shot of the path fading into the distance!

 

 OTL trying to be all arty again!

Then it's all back home for a snooze and a bite of lunch, well, it was OTL's lunch and I managed to snaffle some!
